Nothing wrong but nothing great either. I requested non smoking but got a room on third floor (walk up. No elevator) that had ashtrays in it. Was manageable but not great.

Charges me a $3 processing free for booking threw Travelocity asked for cash not happy with the staff it’s an older hotel with no elevator and I have a hard time walking they put me on the top floor all floors require stairs up or down. Will not stay again

Hotel is undergoing renovations, but room was comfortable and clean. I left a jacket there and they called to make arrangements to get it back to me, which I greatly appreciated.

...easy to get to and had adequate parking. There are no nearby "sit down" restaurants within walking distance. There was a Subway within walking distance. Coffee in the morning was weak.

We have Stayed at this hotel Several times in the past. But the Last 2 times I have noticed the Rooms have not been the Cleanest. This time there was stuff on the bathroom wall and the Floor felt sticky.

After spending a night, I woke up to cockroaches crawling on the table. we attempted to check out, but the staff member said that’s not allowed. So we left without checking out. I stayed at this hotel years ago and I never had such a problem. it must be the change of management

This is the Hotel that we stay at every time we travel to visit family. We have stayed at this Hotel Several times and Customer Service has always been good. Room has always been Clean. We have never had any issues and will return agian.

The vending machine was out of everything. Inside the room: the room was not that clean, the floor was dirty, the bathroom did not feel clean because everything was dated and the door handle was falling off and the tube did not drain properly. $25 over-priced just to sleep. Oh and the so called breakfast was dusty cereal from the 90's

the room was clean. The heater needed some repair. it was loud and the buttons were gone for adjusting the heat. The carpets in the hallway were musty and dirty. The room itself was clean but the public spaces were not. Nice man at the desk though.

The room overall was good for the price and was fine for a nights stay. It was comfortable and clean. We might have had bad luck with the room though. The TV didn't change from the channel it turned on to. The front office person tried everything they could think of to get it to work, so I would consider the service to be good even though it was not able to be fixed and we were stuck watching college football (not even our teams). However, the toilet ran all night, there looked to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the bathroom fan didn't work. The walls were pretty thin as well. We could hear the people above us walking around, the people in the hallway, and the people next door talking.

Liked the hotel for an overnight and would stay again. Good value and perfect for what I needed. Pros: Very clean, new floors, warm comfy room. Helpful and friendly staff. Cons: Was a little loud with other guests. Some minor things like a broken light switch cover in the bathroom that had sharp edges, marks on the walls. Very minor cons overall.

Room was not fully cleaned. We went to Target to buy wipes to wipe down sticky surfaces. No toilet paper holder in room. At check in agent didn’t even notice I was there until another staff member came from another area and told them (I could not see them where they were sitting). Nobody at front desk at check out. No breakfast set up in the morning.

Was pleasantly surprised with the overall updates and cleanliness of this hotel. For the price, definitely worth it. Breakfast is minimal and that was ok for us.

One night stay on family business. The rooms are newly renovated. The convenience to our destination and price were the deciding factors. Also there is a brand New Mexican restaurant next door that was wonderful. Don Juan’s. Don’t skip it.

The bed was not comfortable and the A/C was loud and while it is on, the room is very cold and when you switch it off, the room is hot. The shower tub was clogged.

There were a couple of incidents early on. First they sent us to a room that had not been cleaned at all. Then once we settled in a new room, someone else tried to come in because they’d been given a key. Then we had to get someone to come figure out the TV because it was not connected to the cable and would play nothing. Other than that, we had no issues besides the smell of pot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the motel is nice and convenient to shopping & dining.

Many restaurants nearby. The room is small. It gives two double bed as the default option when I book for my family of 5. I didn’t notice that and it barely fit us with 3 kids.

Definitely just a motel ish for a few hours at best to be near airport. We got 2 room since we were five. Check in was quick and basic. First time all I’ve had to give all ids for guests but this ain’t no westin. It’s really dated. I had amenities but the rooms body wash and shampoos were empty. The walls are paper thin. I can tolerate hearing through the walls we were here for 5 hours between flights. Low prices attract all types. The kicker, on our floor, there were 2 rooms across from each other with the doors open at 11 pm till 1sh with kids and adults talking and running from room to room. That was unbearable. In a hotel like this, nothing to do… basically paid to take a mediocre shower… yes it was cheap but I still can’t believe I paid for that.

I did not expect a hotel near the airport that was affordable to be so quiet, clean and accommodating. We asked to change rooms and were easily switched. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised that the Mexican food restaurant within walking distance of the hotel was very good too. This coming from someone who lives near Mexico. I would highly recommend this place. It felt safe to stay at as a mother traveling with children.

Went on a last minute getaway to do some shopping. If you’re looking for something cheap and a place to sleep for the night this is your place. Bed was comfy but a little small for two people, we slept just fine though! It says there’s waffles and all sorts of breakfast items but you’re limited to about two options of cereal but there’s plenty of dining options around so it was no concern for us really. Staff was friendly at check in and check out. We were surprised by the $100 refundable card hold after checking in but as soon as we checked out the $100 hold was gone and back in the account, so no issue just surprised if you’re on a budget. Overall would stay here again, nothing fancy but good place to start and end your day!

Decent stay and an affordable option given that we were staying in the area for 10 days. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was pretty basic. In the beginning of the trip the cleaning staff made sure our room was cleaned and that we had fresh towels. However, toward the end of the trip even after hanging the cleaning needed sign, speaking to the cleaners and the front desk we had to ask for fresh towels. Decent stay and an affordable option given that we were staying in the area for 10 days. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was pretty basic. In the beginning of the trip the cleaning staff made sure our room was cleaned and that we had fresh towels. However, toward the end of the trip even after hanging the cleaning needed sign, speaking to the cleaners and the front desk we had to ask for fresh towels. The room overall was good for the price and was fine for a nights stay. It was comfortable and clean. We might have had bad luck with the room though. The TV didn't change from the channel it turned on to. The front office person tried everything they could think of to get it to work, so I would consider the service to be good even though it was not able to be fixed and we were stuck watching college football (not even our teams). However, the toilet ran all night, there looked to be mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the bathroom fan didn't work. The walls were pretty thin as well. We could hear the people above us walking around, the people in the hallway, and the people next door talking.

Our stay was as good as it gets. Check was friendly and courteous along with fast and no wait. The hotel room was ready and as promised on the website. It was clean and comfortable and above average for the price.

Room was not fully cleaned. We went to Target to buy wipes to wipe down sticky surfaces. No toilet paper holder in room. At check in agent didn’t even notice I was there until another staff member came from another area and told them (I could not see them where they were sitting). Nobody at front desk at check out. No breakfast set up in the morning.

There were a couple of incidents early on. First they sent us to a room that had not been cleaned at all. Then once we settled in a new room, someone else tried to come in because they’d been given a key. Then we had to get someone to come figure out the TV because it was not connected to the cable and would play nothing. Other than that, we had no issues besides the smell of pot. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the motel is nice and convenient to shopping & dining.

I did not expect a hotel near the airport that was affordable to be so quiet, clean and accommodating. We asked to change rooms and were easily switched. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised that the Mexican food restaurant within walking distance of the hotel was very good too. This coming from someone who lives near Mexico. I would highly recommend this place. It felt safe to stay at as a mother traveling with children.

This place is right off the highway so it makes for a convenient location to crash after a show at SPAC Simple room with all the necessary furnishings for an overnight or weekend stay. Enough value for your dollar….it’s a room!

I had a spontaneous trip to the Albany area and was able to find this hotel a few hours before departure. The reviews were mixed but I found it quite comfortable. Easy to access, convenient to shopping and dining ~ good value!

We go up there a couple of times a year for swim meets. I had read the reviews and was skeptical at first. When we arrived we were greeted with politeness. We were placed on the first floor non smoking room. The room was really clean! It was comfortable. More importantly, it was quiet! There were no hints or smells of cigarettes/marijuana down our way. Breakfast was simple for us and nicely put together; cereal, yogurt, muffins, pastries, coffee/tea, apple juice, milk and orange juice. It was safe and secure. Large tv and comfortable ac/heat unit. It’s walking distance to a small outlet of stores; Target, Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy and an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. What a gem! Ignore all of the negative reviews. Excellent stay! I will be booking again!

Everything was fine. Adequate breakfast. Located on the bus line Troy-Schenectady Road. Nice bed and TV. Bathtub with shower--plenty of hot water, soap, towels, etc. Would give a grade of B overall.

Was in a nice location, with a mall with a target, and some food options nearby. As a vegan it was a bit of a shame that there wasn't any vegan food options for the breakfast - that's about the only thing I'd change. Coffee also wasn't great!

Listing stated that there was free breakfast. They apparently do not serve breakfast, and when I asked, I was just offered packaged cinnamon buns and yogurt cups. It was an otherwise fairly clean and acceptable cheap chain hotel experience.

Well the only reason why we stayed was because we needed to shower as our hot water was off all weekend and we had no hot water so we decided to get a place for the night and everything was fine. Everything was good. Very quiet overall. Not bad

This hotel seemed to be a working persons hotel. So lots a guys rooming together, hanging in the parking lot during the evening. There isnt an issue as having folks out and about probably improves safety of vehicles. The cleanliness of nooks and crannies could be better and if it was would go a long way in improving rating. The shower was out of shampoo in the dispenser, so check before you need it. Walk by weed entrepreneur was experienced in the morning while loading the car. The Target nearby was convenient.

Breakfast was mediocre. As far as the hotel it was very clean, but slightly noisy because we were staying next to the very busy road. I would suggest a room in the back if you are a lite sleeper
