La Quinta by Wyndham Latham Albany Airport

I stayed in room 132. It smells like a hospice. I had to use my perfume and body spray everywhere to get rid of this horrible smell. Also, it seems like they put body lotion instead of conditioner in the shower. But it might be just a bad conditioner. The rest was good.

The staff were very nice . Breakfast was good.

The staff at the front desk was great. However, Hotels.com booked me a room and they did not have it available. She did upgrade me for free which I appreciated until the room I got had windows that howled as the wind blew and kept me up all night. The cleanliness of the hotel has gone down drastically in the last few years. It’s a shame they took away the hot tub. The back staircase was filthy and the Management needs to do a better job making sure the place is clean. There were nasty stains on the toilet seat and stains on the wall.
