A very decent hotel for a short stay. Located in relatively quiet area. Staff were pleasant. Good bar areas. Sufficient breakfast. Even offered to provide a packeted breakfast for an early departure. Bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance.

Everything was good. Reasonable rates. Having and onsite gym would have been great. Sound proof windows would have been perfect to dampen the occasional jet plane engine roars and surrounding bustle and construction noises. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful! Onother nice touch are that all bathrooms are fitted with air vents keeping then dry and mold free! Overall had a pleasent stay with attentive, professional and couteous staff!

There were noise issues from drunk customers and the bar on sight. Staff was helpful and cordial. The surrounding area was a bit dicey but lots of Mumbai is like that.

Close to the airport makes it convenient. The elevator for the handicapped is not easily accessible. The hotel management had a confusion about my check in time of after 1:30 a.m. even though I had sent a message to inform them that my flight was arriving after midnight and had asked if there would be any issues but I didn’t receive any reply from the management. During the check in I was going to be charged Rs. 2000 extra for checking in early! Upon showing the staff my note that I had sent to them regarding my checking time, they agreed not to charge me Rs. 2000. It was a little inconvenient but the staff was pleasant about it. The room was clean but there was a very strong air freshener smell in the room but I could still smell the mustiness. The bed was not comfortable at all, it was uneven and the bed frame was creaky. It was ok for one night’s rest. The staff was pleasant.

I loved how different the building was and the beautiful way it was kept. The staff were delightful and caring. Id like to thank the front desk people Prayonya (sorry if that's spelt wrong) for all her help with transport. Also Alpa and the breakfast staff for always making me feel at home and well fed. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps a smoking area for smokers and maybe add a small fridge to the rooms. But I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and was sad to leave. Thanks again.🙏😊

Our 4 nights stay was very comfortable. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, clean bedding and pillows. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant is very nice and relaxing, delicious food served with a smile. Would highly recommend the food at the hotel. Overall a comfortable stay

This is a small hotel in a very good location. Thr resturant was actually very nice and good friendly service both for dinner and breakfast. The only thjngs was there was hair on the bed and oil stsinvon pillow. Nothing major to complain about. I would definitely stay again and will recommend for a budget friendly hotel.

It appears the management is overly focused on generating revenue rather than prioritizing guest satisfaction and efficient operations. Here are the specific issues encountered: 1. I had two rooms booked under separate reservations. I called the hotel twice—seven days and two days before check-in—to request that the rooms be located next to each other, a request I believe is feasible for any organized hotel. However, upon check-in, the staff had no record or mention of this note on our reservations and could not provide adjacent rooms. We were placed far apart on the same floor. If a guest takes the time to call and make a reasonable request, the hotel management should make a better effort to accommodate it. This demonstrates poor organizational and management skills. 2. Both rooms were booked at the same rate and were the same room type. Despite this, one of the rooms provided was noticeably 25% smaller than the other. I'm unsure how many rooms are this inconsistent, but the entire hotel and corridor felt cramped. I expected a higher standard from an establishment that claims to be a 4-star hotel. 3. The hotel's policies appear to be heavily geared towards generating extra revenue: High Surcharge for Extras: While the ₹1500 charge for an additional mattress is transparent, it is still an excessively high fee. Staff and restaurant very nice. However the room has a very loud noisy bathroom fan and in bedroom it has a weird smell of maybe dampness or urine.. having wooden laminate flooring in India doesn’t help. We were there for only a few hours due to an early morning flight so couldn’t be asked for a room switch as may not have made a difference. Otherwise all else good.

Excellent hotel, and their response to customer complaints is also quick. The wash basin was getting choked and they had it fixed promptly. But they should allow early check-in the same morning without charging.

This hotel is located close to airport, and should provide free airport pick-up service as given in the hotel homepage. I asked for this pick-up service because I was first time in India, speaking no Indian and landing very late at 10:30 pm. I sent in advance 4 emails (the first email 3 weeks ahead) via Hotels.com to ask for the service, but NO REPLY at all. At the end it cost me a great effort to arrive in this hotel, short before midnight. Unlucky that I got a very noisy room in the 2nd floor, until 2:00 am in the night I heart people talking laughing, dogs barking and motorcycle running, just like out side of the window... Very bad sleeping environment. Breakfast should open at 7:00. I wend down to restaurant at about 7:20 and found the staffs were still by preparing, almost nothing on the table. Really not to recommend!

Horrible experience. Staff is incompetent and scammers. Room not maintained well, no body wash, shampoo or toilet paper. Paid 7k for 2 nights and additional 3k for extra person? Ridiculous. Went to check in at 1am and the guy is sleeping? Seriously! Booked a room with queen bed and have us 2single bed together (with wheels) so it kept moving during sleep. This is what they call 4 star boutique hotel? Don’t waste your money!

Great value for price. 1. Rooms were much better than expected and the cleanliness was great. 2.The bathrooms were the best part of the rooms. 3. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive, however, has good food with great service. 4. The only big problem with this hotel is that it is overshadowed by the bigger hotels around it. Hence, most of the local drivers are not able to find it. Even Uber driver's struggle because the hotel has wrong google maps location.

The property was not bad especially for staying 2 nights. The area is a bit noisy and the outside area was dirty. Hotel was basically hidden and not clearly visible from the main road, room maintenance could be better. We did like the apartment style two bedroom option since we were a big family traveling with children. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money.
