Red Carpet Inn Orchard Park

Bed was really hard and the shower was extremely tiny. We reserved this hotel because of the easy access to Orchard Park. You pay the hotel $50 on gameday and you can leave your vehicle there and walk. If it wasn't for that, I never would've stayed here.

When got my room it was hot i immediately turned a/c on after 2 hours of the a/c on room was hotter than outside the jacuzzi in the room did not work. I went to office to complain about both i could barely understand the work he comes to look at a/c says hot i said i know he said be back he came back with a fan

Specifically picked this room for the jetted bathtub. The tub did not keep water nor did the jets work.

Rooms are clean and they have parking right by ur room. Easy to unpack and pack up the car.

Room was dated and cleanish. Fits the stereotype of a motel. Good for a one night safe place to sleep when going to Bills game.Turns into tailgating lot on Sundays and if staying there an additional $40 is charged for parking. Don’t expect much and you’ll be fine.

The 9 am requirement to be out was too early. I understand it’s because of the Bills game.

Jet tub did not work

Could not be a better location to the bills stadium. Less than a 10 min. Walk from room door to gate. Free parking with room. That being said, I personally would not shower there or stay for more than one night due to the outdated and un cleanliness of the bathroom. However the sheets were clean and it was a great place to crash and not worry about how many drinks you have. It also had a clean mini fridge and microwave. Keeping in mind it is a motel not a hotel. When you factor in trying to uber somwhere or sit in the traffic waiting after the event, paying for parking and what not it's well worth the money. The guy at check in was super nice and gave us a gift bag with waters and snacks. All in all we would absolutely book it again for an event at the stadium.

They were nice people but no they had luke warm water no hot water. And wouldn’t turn hot water tank up and didn’t offer another room

No hot water. Upon checkout was told that you need to do magic with the knob and let it run for 5 minutes. Would have nice to know this upon check IN.

The property worker spoke no English and disappeared once I checked in so I could not forge my complaints. The room was filthy-I took pictures. The sheets were dirty with stains and the bed had bedbugs. We could not stay there. I tried to talk to the worker but he would not answer the door. Awful awful place. I called the health department to make a complaint.

The room was dirty, had to wash the floor with towels and they all got muddy it was disgusting. Tub had not been cleaned, hair in the bedding between the sheets.

there were ants in the carpets on the floor i was so grossed out by it i almost left but decided not to worry about it. they need to remove the carpets they are disgustingly filthy

I tried to clean the room before realizing that the hot water wasn't working. The sheets were stained and room smelled of cigarette smoke. Booked reservation elsewhere. I am not picky about hotels but clean bed and hot water are my minimum requirements.

The room was disgusting! We didn’t expect much but we lifted the sheet and the mattress cover and the mattress was stained with red splotches. Hopefully not bed bugs! Luckily we brought our own sheets and placed them over the beds. That being said, I had to sleep with my coat as a blanket. Long black hairs on the pillow cases too. If you want to call them pillow. I have blonde hair and they were there when we walked into the room. The carpets weren’t even vacuumed and there were stains on the hard surfaces as well. Probably dirt? Not sure but when I washed off all the hard surfaces with soap and water my wash cloth was very dirty brown/black. The rooms were cold. The front desk gentleman ran out of the “office” and yelled at my husband when he got back from dropping me off at the stadium. I had to work early there so he was back by 8:15. Check out was 9am. He yelled at him telling him he only had 45 minutes and if he wasn’t out he would be charged. We were very aware of the early check out. I get it. They want to make $ from parking for the game. Don’t be mean when we still have 45 minutes and we just had to put our bags in the car! Luckily we didn’t want to stay any longer than we had to. Only good thing about this place was the convenience to the stadium. If we had the option, we would have found somewhere else to stay. Next time I would rather pay more and stay further than this place. We will be showing and washing or throwing away EVERYTHING we brought with us.

Room was very dirty and bugs flying everywhere. Bed was dirty, bathroom, tub, jacuzzi was covered in dirt. AC was nice though. Parking was okay

We would have given you 5 stars but the bed was HORRIBLE! It was like sleeping on a pile of rocks.

Really the only problem we had was the bed was extreamly hard and uncomfortable. I had a terrible 2 nights sleep. But the location was easy to get to and close to many areas we wanted to visit.

An old building, can hear everything. Especially if on first and people above you.

Room we rented was small with a very uncomfortable king size bed. It felt like we were sleeping on concrete. The floor looked clean but after we would shower our feet were pretty dirty just walking around the room.

Satisfactory considering the price. Road noise was a bit high in this room.

Super friendly check in, we arrived about 45 minutes early and were able to check in early. Only smoking rooms were available on website, one room had a mild smoking odor, possibly having bee used the night before, the other had no odor. Updated and modern floors and furnishings, but jet tubs appeared original. They appeared cleanish, could have been a little more so (streaks and smudges from rags in tubs and around mirror tops but the giant corner mirrors were very enlarging to the space. Rooms were pretty large compared to others, king beds were extremely firm and springy, anyone used to a pillow top mattress would likely be uncomfortable. Bathroom was small but clean. We only had time to change clothes really and sleep, so it served it’s purpose for us. MIL had a room next door and had some time to watch TV, a/c worked well, nice heavy curtains to darken the rooms’ big windows, parking lot was extremely easy to get in, out and around. Parking spots were large enough to accommodate a king cab extended box dually, especially in any area of a big city, that’s growing more and more rare. GPS measurements were off when approaching (<1000 ft) but sign was large and well lit, and 2 entrances made it accessible if you happened to miss the first. Turning lane also made navigating the traffic a bit easier and smoother. Newly paved lot with fresh stripes, just something we noticed! And unless they had a packed house, you could get around with a trailer in there (<34 ft w/ pickup)

Was looking for a low budget place for an overnight while attending an event. Building overall dated but room was clean and comfortable. Check in staff friendly.

We didn’t have high expectations of the property and booked it for the proximity to the stadium. However, we had to ask to be notified when our room was ready (which never happened). When we got back to the property after being at the game, no one was in the office and our calls went unanswered. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside and they have no lobby to wait in. We went back into the office and let the phone ring until a man finally came to the window. We finally got to our room and the stench of smoke hit us as soon as the door opened! I would NEVER book a smoking room! I cannot tolerate the smell and we do not smoke! I couldn’t tell you anything else about the room because we exited the second after we stepped in. My husband went immediately to the office where the gentleman yelled at him and told him there were no other rooms and no refund. There were some language barriers. We were hot and exhausted after making the almost 6 hour drive to see the game and sit in the heat for hours. We immediately left the property to find some place with air conditioning. It was not worth the convenience of its proximity to the stadium.

Extremely rude when they *finally* came to the desk. Made me feel as if I were an unwelcome interruption. Place is a dump, floors sagging, a real third-world experience. I didn't even bring my bag into the room - left and went to a proper hotel. Will never use Hotels.com again, nor will I stay at a Red Carpet property.

When I got to the property I realized the property was not following simple ADA accommodations required by private establishments who provide lodging for the public. When I approached the front desk about it and just asked them if I could please just get a simple fix for the problem, they got aggressive and told me there was nothing they could do, then pretended they did not speak English in order to shut me up.

The staff who checked us in could hardly speak English. I could not understand what he was saying. It made check in a very frustrating experience for both him and me.

I stayed here for a night while I was in town for a concert. The gentleman at the front desk was so incredibly friendly, and he made me feel welcome! My experience was positive from the very start. There is more than enough parking for guests, and the inn is well-mainted. This chain of hotels unfortunately gets a bad rep from owners who don't care for their establishments. This particular location has been the best within many of the locations within the chain that I've visited. Please remember, this is a budget inn. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, but DO expect to feel safe, meet friendly staff, and rest peacefully with minimal-to-zero noise and disruption. And, if you're wondering.. No, there are no roaches or bed bugs here haha. Will definitely visit again!

My son and I went to the Bills game, so this place is within walking distance BUT they jacked the price over $300 for the one night. Crazy for a motel worth $90/night honesty.

Room is basic. Bring your own pillow, the ones here are cheap and feel like there is no pillow. Bring your own soap and shampoo and you want to consider your own towels, they are small, few and basic. Location to Highmark Stadium is a 10+

Staff are very friendly and a short walk to the Stadium.

This place is clean, the rooms are basic but comfortable. There’s a microwave and a coffee machine. You can literally see the stadium from the property. Tailgate from your parking spot. Many people tailgate here. If you’re going to a game, this is the ONLY place to stay.

Super close to the stadium. We left our room & were in our seats in 20 minutes!

The staff was quite welcoming and gave us water and a few snacks. Having a fridge in the room, however, I was curious why they couldn't have been stored in there so they would be cold. The carpet and exterior could be updated but we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Be prepared that the only thing open around here is the bar at the end of the street, but they had a yummy late night menu!

We liked that it was in a lighted area. The clerk was pleasant and helpful plus the cleaning man was very nice. We enjoyed our stay thank you for your help. Also it would be nice to have a breakfast snack with the coffee.

For the price and location, we thought it was a good spot. Was clean, no smell, staff was nice, and ice machine worked well. Close to all amenities we wanted. Restaurants, shopping and movie theater. We stayed in Niagara the night before, paid more and the place was sketchy and dirty but had a better online rating than this place. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay for a game or concert. Negative reviews are unfair. This place is amazing based on the location. Irish pub and pizza pretty much across the street along with Tim’s for coffee in the morning. What else do you need?
