Econo Lodge Darien Lakes

Horrible stay. Unhelpful lazy and rude staff. Brown water. Broken dryer (which staff failed to put an out of order sign on the broken dryer). We will never stay at another econolodge again.

Worst hotel experience ever. Water was brown. Our plans to go to darien lake after using the guest laundry. The dryer did not dry my clothes or my husbands close. We tried drying for hours. One maid offered to dry our close in the staff laundry saying it would only take a minute but another employee told her not to. The front desk said there was nothing they could do. The tv in our room did not work it constantly kicked us off our show. Staff was rude

It was okay for the price, but the cigarette smoke smell was strong & the toilet had not been cleaned.

The front desk lady was a sweetheart, my problem was thw room , there was some type of leak that was coming from the wall and the floor was soaked and some of my clothes got wet, I didn't really have time to complain because we got there very late and we were tired and I didn't notice it until in the morning, we had to leave at 5:30. I hrabbed my.clothes and they wheee soaked
