Hot water is cold Pool had bugs all over the place and hot tub chlorine level was too high

the pool was nice....but very slippery. Kids and adults had to walk on the grating. Very dangerous. Shower was also very slippery....will bring a bath mat next time I come.

Very nice and clean hotel! We really enjoyed our one-bedroom studio apartment, especially the kitchen, which had everything from plates and pans to a microwave and refrigerator. We loved the pool and hot tub, and breakfast was amazing. The front desk service was also very nice. We will definitely come back

The suite was very nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower needed a new diverter. The air conditioning in the fitness center was broken and it was 75° in there with no air circulation. I got queasy from the heat and as I stepped off the treadmill, ended up in the floor. I saw a podiatrist who said I sprained my foot. The hotel staff propped the door open to the fitness center, but it didn't help. They need to fix the air conditioning.

We were on the 4th floor in a room far from elevator and it broke down, we had to climb down 4 flights of stairs with a walker and dressed for a formal event. Both of us are mobility disabled, when we told the staff this was a problem were told there was another elevator at the other end of the building which made it extremely difficult for both of us the navigate back to our room after the event. The room was not even close to handicap accessible but we made due with the use of a shower chair the hotel provided but otherwise the room was not as it was supposed to be in accessibility. It was large enough but not really ada compliant.

This is our second time staying here, and we've enjoyed it both times. Good free hot breakfast, indoor pool and a hot tub (our favorite place), basic but functional fitness center with 2 elliptical machines, a treadmill, recumbent bike and a Peleton stationary bike, along with free weights, mats and a stability ball. Staff are friendly and helpful. Could some of the room decor/furniture be updated? Sure, but it was still comfortable and clean. It's a pet friendly hotel, which may explain the condition of some of the furniture. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which was very comfortable. It has a kitchen, and the only thing not in the kitchen is an oven, but there is a stove top, so you can cook if you'd like to. This property has central air conditioning/heating. There is plenty of free parking. Lots of restaurants and several Long Island Railroad Stations within a short drive. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we've extended our stay and few more days. Again, even though some of the room decor should probably be updated, we've had a lovely, relaxing staycation, and we'll be back!

I would have preferred the pool and hot tub be in working order. I specifically stay with you for the amenities. I also feel it wound be beneficial to sever food beyond breakfast

It was ok. Was really looking forward to this stay, but both hot tub and TV were not working. Our toilet handle needed to be manual brought back up to keep from continuous noise/filling. Disappointing

Had a great time. Thought the pool was a bit murky and hence over chlorinated. It is understood with the heavy use. Needed more towels. Would suggest having the area services on a regular basis… say checked every 2 hours.

The toilet was clogged with the previous guest’s BM upon arrival. I requested to change rooms, expressing concern that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. I was assured that it had been and that there were no other rooms available. I expressed concerns about the toilet not being fully functional. The desk clerk plunged the toilet and told me everything was fine. The toilet took 3-4 flushes to flush a small amount of toilet paper. I found the kitchen towel and dishes in the cabinets dirty with fresh food stains. I told the front desk and again asked to change rooms. I was assured that the room would be given a thorough “check out” clean while I was out as to change rooms would involve me having to remove my belongings and would be several hours wait. I again expressed concern given my previous concerns were not taken seriously and was assured that everything would be addressed. I put my belongings in my suitcase to make it easier for the staff and left out the dirty dishes on the counter - told the front desk this. I returned late that evening to find the toilet was not repaired and the room was not deep cleaned. The dirty dishes were just put in the dishwasher. I spent 3 nights without a function toilet. I spoke with the assistant manager who apologised and awarded me $100 in points. My 3 nights cost $900 and I didn’t have a functional toilet. Very poor service and I can’t believe that I was able to have a working toilet. I had to go to the bathroom elsewhere!

Room smelled like smoke; upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy. Nice staff but overpriced for the current condition of the hotel.

Staff was great and efficient. Room and hallways were clean. Breakfast was great.

This was the worst stay near Bethpage so far. The hotel has only one working elevator and it looks and operates like a parking garage elevator. Place has a horrible odor. Very dirty and run down. We had five police cars there two of the days we stayed with them questioning people across the hall. I was woken up another morning by a call from the front asking if we were missing a child. On the fourth and fifth day of the stay we had to come back to the room to get our dogs because they were doing fire alarm testing and were inspecting electrical and entering all rooms. It was a major inconvenience. The tiles were broken and chipping, the thermostat is set to 71– no changing it at all. The doors get stuck or don’t shut all the way. The bathroom has mold spots. The only pro is the breakfast. Otherwise, stay anywhere else.

Very good spacious accommodation, convenient location. Kept clean and tidy inside and out. Good breakfast selection which varied each morning.

There were kids running around all night and people smoking in stairs after elevator was broken for two days. Room had dead bugs and towels and sheets were dirty I asked for new ones and were never brought up.

Very disappointed with our stay. I booked the hotel for my daughter's birthday weekend. We came to check in at 3 pm and were told the room was not ready and that it maybe take an hour or so. My daughter was starting her birthday plans at 4:30 so we were waiting in the lobby and had to tell her party that it has to start later because of the hotel not letting us in a room to get ready. If the check in says 3pm the room should be ready for us or compensate us with another room so we're not waiting in the lobby with all our bags and having to postpone our plans. Very inconvenient and the staff were not nice about it. Very miserable and didn't care to accommodate us or even try to accommodate us for anything. They said housekeeping was behind because it was so busy but that is not my family and I problem if you said I can check in at 3pm I expect to be able to check in at that time. Or maybe change your check in times? When we finally got to the Hotel room it smelled very stinky and like bleach, we had to spray perfume to mask the disgusting smell! The elevators were disgusting with wierd splatters all over the walls that weren't cleaned properly. For the amount I spend for the ONE night at the hotel it was terrible experience. I would not recommend this to any one.

The hotel was a little dated. Inside the room the carpets needed to be shampooed. It was stains on everything from the furniture to the appliances. The couch was sunken in needed a good cleaning.

Only negative was that I could hear person in room next to me. Thin walls.

Horrible place to stay for several reasons: 1) Walls are paper thin meaning that you can hear clearly the voices in adjacent rooms even if guests are speaking at normal volume. You can perfectly hear their radios and tvs as well as the movement of any furniture (which regularly shook our bed's headboard). 2) Celings are paper thin as well. Footsteps in the room above are loud and actually rattled our ceiling and lamp overhanging the kitchen desk. 3) There is no sound barrier between the guest room and the hallway. Particularly annoying was an intoxicated party who sang a few bars of music outside our door late at night. 4) Several lamps in the room did not work. 5) One cannot effectively view the television from the bed or the sofa because of how it is situated. 6) Sofa was not clean and its arms had holes worn in them. 7) We were unable to rest comfortably in our room one afternoon because of the loud music in an adjacent room. The loud music reappeared later that night (1:30am) though the other guests did respond to our complaint to the front office. 8) There were several dead insects in the kitchen.

The fact that the mattress was very soft and no support at all. uncomfortable. It sinks in the middle, and if you stand away from the mattress and look at it, the foot is high and drops all the way down like a hill. that mattress should definitely be thrown away. Absolutely immediately and the pillows were the worst so soft you had to literally roll them together to try to get some support.

Rooms are very small. Needs updating. Hallway carpets dirty.

Great customer service, man at afternoon/evening front desk was very friendly and helpful though the late night man was not very friendly. Room was perfect, large, like an apartment. Nice breakfast!

The room was very clean, hotel beautifully decorated. I was on the second floor and the outside light was blaring into the room which made sleeping difficult. The darkening curtains don’t close the window to the outside light. Very annoying! Please do something about that. Heat was so hot I turn it off didn’t work. Hole in the floor of the shower basin. Overall 9 out of ten. Would go back and stay. pool clean but floor very slippery and dangerous

We have stayed here a few times. Nice room, very convenient. This room the fan on the air conditioner did not turn off so the room was always warm. Even though it was cold outside.

Great room with a decent kitchenette and full-size fridge. Very spacious and clean. Staff all had smiles anytime we met. I look forward to staying at Hilton again.

My only complaint was that despite a 12:00 check out time and “Do Not Disturb Sign”, house keeping loudly tapped on the door ( 6x each time) beginning at 9am and an hour or so later. They continued to tap until we woke/verbally responded, each time. I had the alarm set and was prepared to leave at check out time ( and did) but would have preferred a restful morning and that staff respected the “Do not disturb” sign. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, room was clean and amenities were appreciated. All staff were friendly.The breakfast was delicious!

front desk staff was great. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each day. My biggest issue was our toilet bowl overflowed and we asked for a mop and bucket and cleaninhg products. We were more than happy to clean up ourselves. But the evening maintenance man was very rude and scolded us and started telling us to not flush the toilet more than once. He came in with an empty bucket and mop and basically just pushed the dirty toilet water around the floor. Then came in with a big sheet and absorbed the rest of the water. No cleaning products. He left the bathroom covered in germs. I had to go out the next day and buy my own cleaning products. I would have given a much higher rating if not for this. We were upgraded at check in and were very impressed with the rest of the staff. Not sure why this gentleman felt he had to reprimand us for a simple overflowed toilet.

Very professional and friendly at front desk, very quiet and roomy suite! Housekeeping above and beyond wonderful

The front desk staff and the property itself was excellent, my only is was that I requested that housekeeping clean my room from 12:30 pm on the Saturday and I checked out today but never got my room cleaned. I was very disappointed with the housekeeping staff.

The hotel itself is nice. But I left a bag in my room with medicine in it. when I called the front desk, I was put through to housekeeping. I got a message that they were not going to be back until five days later when I called the front desk again I was told I just called back in the morning and was hung up on my bag, they told me it was not there. It was definitely there. I left it under the kitchen sink. They probably just threw it out. When I asked housekeeping to Please double check the room under the kitchen sink. They told me that every cabinet is always checked. That is so not true because I definitely left it there. Something like that they should put in the lost and found or something not happy at all.

Great stay, amazing breakfast food options

The elevator was too far from the check in desk. I was awoken in the middle of the night with someone trying to get into my room. I was so scared. I literally did not know what to do. Fortunately it stopped. I then heard loud footsteps above my room, for quite a while, and toilet flushing. I was very disappointed and quite tired after this experience. I then went to breakfast and the food was cold. Bagels were stale.

Rooms are good with a full kitchen and breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety.
