The room itself was clean but bathroom was out of soap since beginning and the toilet bowl was leaking. I never ask for a room with special abilities but the room was for people with mobility restriction and not proper for regular use.

**$300 for a Dump. The 8.8 Is a Joke.** ⭐ 1/5 I booked because of the 8.8 rating on hotel.com. Whoever gave it that score must have stayed somewhere else. Over $300 for a filthy, worn-out room with a torn carpet that looks like it was laid 15 years ago and never cleaned since. The photos show you the view so you won't notice the poor condition of the room. Breakfast was barely edible, and the location adds nothing. This is one of the most overpriced, misleading stays I've ever had. If Best Western puts its "Plus" name on a place like this, the name means nothing. I'm done with this chain, and I'd tell anyone else to stay away.

The staff were very, very nice and accommodating. When the room they gave me smelled of cigarette smoke, they immediately gave me another room. The one big issue was how dirty the common areas were. All the glass doors and windows looked like they had never been cleaned. The carpets, especially on the stairs were filthy. The hotel had a general musty and dirty smell, especially in common areas. Best Western and the management of this hotel need to step up and do a major cleaning. It would make a world of difference. This hotel definitely has the potential to be much better.

We had a wonderful stay. It was very clean. loved the lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Stayed 3 days,supplies were replenished every day. Breakfast was very good. The only change I would like, is grab bars in the bathtub. I sometimes have trouble getting in and out of the bathtub. An enjoyable stay,
