This is my 5th time staying here over the last few years. The room is always clean, the beds are comfortable the property is well maintained and taken care of the pools are always clean and looking great! The breakfast spread is amazing! Great location for Lake George. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful! From the front desk clerks to the maintenance guy to the custodial staff to the ladies that keep breakfast clean, tidy and the food full and fresh! Definitely feel like family there! The ladies remember my family every visit :) thank you all! Can't say enough about this place!

Had to be moved on second day (our choice) but rooms smelled funny. Second room had an old bath mat with chipped paint under it in the bathtub. Could not take a bath. Dryer on 3rd floor had a ripped screen and green and red melted candy inside. Staff was great and breakfast was very good. All night coffee in lobby.

The room was clean and so specious. We stayed 4days/3nights. The gym had a few machines but most didn’t work. The pool and hot tub were great. We loved the fire pit but the area is so small it was congested and noisy every night. There wasn’t enough room for people to sit and enjoy. I wish we would have had a chance to enjoy it. The WiFi is awful. It was cutting in and out. The breakfast should have a better variety of hot foods. Especially during the long weekend. I didn’t think we were going to be served scrambled eggs and corned beef hash for a couple days straight. However, we would stay again. The staff were so helpful and sweet. The kids loved it. Maybe in the colder months the place will have less people and we can enjoy the amenities.
