This was probably hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. To start off, when checking in, the receptionist was yelling at the Uber Eats delivery person because she did not like where he dropped the food. Walking to my room, the carpet in the hall was disgusting with what looked like food crumbs everywhere. When I got to my room, it had a terrible smell, but not wanting to deal with her, I just dealt with it and opened the sliding door. That said, my sliding door was not more than 50 steps from a set of train tracks with a train that comes through hourly, so that was annoying. The next morning, I woke up to have breakfast and could not get back into my room. The lock had broken. On my way back to reception to have this addressed, I noticed a roach by the first-floor bathrooms. I let the reception area know. After leaving for the day and returning, the lock was fixed however housekeeping did not put bedding on the second bed in the room. Just one problem after another. I have never been so excited to check out of a hotel in my entire life,

The two women at the front desk could not have been less friendly, especially 1 looked like she had a miserable day and was didn’t want to be there. We checked out and went to a different hotel that happened to be $100 less and the service couldn’t have been better much nicer much nicer hotel, and exceptionally nice receptionist

The food is expensive I would say bring your own food or go out to buy it

Super clean property. Large lobby and guest rooms, quiet location, friendly staff.

I understand the area has a lot to do with the price but boy this was overpriced for the quality of the product.
