Our stay at this hotel was underwhelming. While the room was clean and comfortable, a huge reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool. It was unusable, looked dirty and the scaffolding and dead plants in pots, liquid dripping from the ceiling into the pool did not make it any more inviting. Our room keys stopped working halfway through our stay. I had wanted to switch our stay from 2 nights to 1 prior to arriving and was not told by both hotel staff and hotels.com staff that they were not willing to accommodate that.

This hotel is in dire need of a makeover. Too many tired and worn out finishes. The wall around the air conditioner in my room as well as a friends room is bubbled and peeling.

Pool area - we could not find the light switch, could not use the pool at night.

One of the worst hotel/motel experiences of my life. This is the kind of place you stay at because you’re traveling to or from somewhere and it’s just off the highway. I paid $300 for a dark, dingy room with an empty shower gel/soap canister in the shower, toilet paper stuffed into the door eye hole (creepy), a glow stick on the floor from a previous guests’ night on the town, a clock that was unplugged because it didn’t work. The lobby bathroom smelled like … well, NOT good! When I checked out in the morning, there was a guy sitting on the adjacent sofa— he was the front desk attendant. He didn’t even get up from the couch and told me just to leave the room keys on the desk. Did I mention this was $300?

rooms smell bad and were left dirty. bathroom fans did not work. surrounding property has very shady characters begging for money. did not feel safe, couldn't wait to leave. will never return
