The front desk guy was lying about the broken elevator, he gave me 3rd floor room although he knows the elevator will not be fixed, he lied that the elevator will be fixed next day. It was not fixed ever. The bathroom has lots of mold. If you need pictures, I can send them to you.

This hotel clearly needs some renovation. The hallway didn't look like it had been vacuumed in several days, if not longer. The pool was covered and clearly shut down for good, even though it was summer. The room and bed seemed clean otherwise, so not too bad for the price considering.

The washer and dryer does not work properly and frequently goes out of service. After washing is done I had to fill the wet cloths in the bag and go out to a laundomate for a wash again. Staf did not help in that they just asked me to go out and get it done.

The property was under construction when we got there, they gave us rooms in the 3 floor where all rooms Had no door locks and there were people still working to Install them. The whole floor was a mess with tools, dust and all the pieces they needed to fix the doors scattered on the floor. One of the rooms they gave us was not even clean with the bed still no made and another with a door that wouldn’t open.

The desk staff was not helpful. The breakfast was late and incomplete once it was finally open. The washing machine did not work. There was a strange chemical smell. Strange costumers coming in an asking for 3 hour rates.

The rooms smell like mold so bad!! Room and bathroom dirty the toilet is very low, The hotel have no ice machine is broken the breakfast is very limited and only coffee, orange juice and waffles….. the staff is always there but hardly speak English, people who stay there hang out in the back parking lot being loud. The blankets looks like the been to war with cigarettes burns and holes. It is horrible I will definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

This property, being the cheapest in the area, brings in droves of young people and thus drinking in the parking lot, trash on the ground and just an overall sketchy vibe. The property itself is barely maintained with duct tape holding ice machines together, outside doors that are falling apart and a creaky elevator. The room we had, even thought non-smoking, smelled of cigarette smoke. The cleanliness of the room was the best part of the experience. Basic budget room but the maid staff maintained its cleanliness. The free breakfast consisted of a choice of apples, cold cereal, packaged yogurt or a waffle. You won't find anything prepared like eggs and bacon. Overall, I would stay there if you're just looking for a bed to crash in, it will do in a pinch.

The staff were nice, but my room was dirty. The bathroom floor had dirt and hair. The bed sheets and blankets were stained, the wooden cabinet that held the fridge had severe water damage and what looked like old dry mold.

This property is in need of updating. The hallways were dirty with garbage on the ground outside of rooms and in the stairwells. There was blood on the wall in bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and had an odor. The rooms and hotel smell like mold / mildew. I would not stay at this location again.

We got a King standard room. Easy check in. Just asked for ID and that’s it. The room itself was clean, no fuss and no stains. I like the bathroom set up. Limited TV options but still found a nice movie for background noise. All in all, would stay again. I found the bed very comfy. We had lots of space. We also felt secure, being able to see our cars from the window. Like that it’s behind a Target. Easy for any last minute needs. Like the location. Price is pretty standard but also cheaper than other options in the area for similar set up. Breakfast was a little lacking: just waffles/coffee/juice. Cereal and muffins are also available.

We were in an even number room on the "Train side". We were woken every morning at 6:20 and 7:30 with train horns. I told the front desk when someone is there more than one night they should not be put on that side of the hotel. Even numbered rooms on the parking lot side.

The front desk person was not there. Waited approx. 20 mins to check in. Waited approx 5 mins to check out as no one was there either. Toilet was broken. Shower looked gross. There were dirt spots around the room. The hallway had a weird smell!

I was given a room that someone was already in, I can’t imagine what they went through when I went into their room at 1 am; but I do know what happened to me, I locked the door every way I could and was woken by any sound that night fearing someone would just waltz in! Overall don’t recommend, I’ve never even considered this a possibility lol

I requested a 2 bed accessible bathroom room for my grandmother. When she reached to the hotel room, it was not accessible. The man at the front desk said that only rooms with 1 bed are accessible. The pictures on expedia's site showed 2 beds and an accessible bathroom. I called choice hotels to complain and share my frustration. How can you only offer rooms with 1 bed for people who need accessibility? That is not equitable. Some elderly people have an aid that works with them. It is not ethical or appropriate for them to sleep in the same bed. Choice hotels need to better to accommodate all people and their situation. The hotel also smelt like Marijuana really bad and people constantly arguing. Not a good choice and will never stay there again.

First did not receive the type of room that I reserved, then it took 3 calls to the front desk for someone to come and check out the problem. They finally switched my room still not the type I reserved. Then I rudely woken up at 2 am from extreme amount of noice from the room next to me that lasted until 3:30am, I called the front desk and they did absolutely nothing about it. The hallway and the rooms smells like weed, they told me that they can't do anything about it.

We got a King standard room. Easy check in. Just asked for ID and that’s it. The room itself was clean, no fuss and no stains. I like the bathroom set up. Limited TV options but still found a nice movie for background noise. All in all, would stay again. I found the bed very comfy. We had lots of space. We also felt secure, being able to see our cars from the window. Like that it’s behind a Target. Easy for any last minute needs. Like the location. Price is pretty standard but also cheaper than other options in the area for similar set up. Breakfast was a little lacking: just waffles/coffee/juice. Cereal and muffins are also available.

I've stayed at this property many times over the last 20 plus years. It is now very run down. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was terrible. They didn't have any food except for the waffle maker and coffee and juice. I will not stay here again!

The rooms smell like mold so bad!! Room and bathroom dirty the toilet is very low, The hotel have no ice machine is broken the breakfast is very limited and only coffee, orange juice and waffles….. the staff is always there but hardly speak English, people who stay there hang out in the back parking lot being loud. The blankets looks like the been to war with cigarettes burns and holes. It is horrible I will definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

The gym is a joke. Almost no equipment. The breakfast area had 4 yogurts, cereal and a juice machine. The clerk when I checked in didn’t even get off his personal phone.

Pleasant surprise here. Staff was excellent, super easy check in. Safe and quiet, for the most part. Decent bed and the AC worked well. Pool on site was open and, clean. Only bad would have been the non existent breakfast. I will stay here again if I find myself in this area.

Not a bad place to stay. Bed was decent, A/C worked well. Parking for a truck and trailer was no problem. Pool was open and clean. Fitness room, meh… Breakfast is waffles and cold cereal Was great for work travel. Not someplace to take the wife and kids for the weekend

Requested handicap accessible and only thing that met that criteria was the shower. Toilet was very low-kid height. Bed was high. No way a person in a wheelchair could get in the bed by themselves! A wad of hair was on the bathroom floor. Frame around bed was broken. Furniture old and worn. Office chair on wheels broken. Air conditioner was not flush with the interior wall and had a big dent and could see outside thru the gap. Right by the freeway and can hear loud traffic all night. I actually thought the window was open when we arrived, but it was closed. Windows are older than dirt. No smoking room, but cigarette burn in bedspread noted upon arrival. Another guest and I waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk and check us in. East entrance door was not locked and anyone had access to come in. Homeless people hanging around outside. The final straw, on check out morning there were 8 or 9 intoxicated high school looking kids on the elevator that clearly says limit 2 people. They were rude, loud, and obnoxious at 5 am!! Really!! Never again at this hotel. $150 a night!! I’ve stayed at better places for $80-90 a night. Terrible breakfast choice too!!
