Arrived at the hotel at 3 pm which was the check-in time and no rooms were cleaned and available yet. Checkout is at 11 and they had no rooms ready? The person at the desk said they would call when the room was ready. Went to get some food and never received a call. Went back to the hotel at 5:30 and room was ready. The room could use some minor repairs, the clothes rack was very loose on the wall and one side of the shower door would not open. Turned down the thermostat to 65, but room never got cooler. The fitted sheet was not deep enough for the mattress, so it wouldn’t stay on. They do not clean the room daily unless requested 24 hours prior, which was strange. The complementary breakfast buffet was very good, lots of choices which changed daily during my 4 day stay. There was a dedicated person in the breakfast area that kept food stocked and tables clean. The location of hotel was very close to freeway and very convenient. There were a lot of restaurants and stores in the area. Very busy area with lots of traffic.
