Much better than expected. Very clean room and bathroom. AC worked well. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Parked right in front of my room.

The property was very pretty, but the rooms were not very good. The floors in the room were wet and sticky, the fire alarm went off every time we showered, and worst of all there were bed bugs. We had booked for 4 nights and only stayed one because of the bedbugs.

Was looking for somewhere to stay the night after a concert nearby. Wasn’t expecting much as this was a motel stay. With this being said, cleanliness is something we will never settle on. Upon arrival to the room, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, although the property claims to be smoke free. We then noticed that it appeared that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The bed was made but sheets had crumbs on them as if someone had been eating in the bed, floors dirty and had visible wrappers, a candy stuck to the floor and cigarette ash on the floor beside the bed when again, the property claims smoke free. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned well. We called the front desk and the guy agreed to come vacuum and change the sheets - he was pleasant. The same front desk guy was the one to come change the bedsheets for us. While he was changing the sheets he stated that their regular housekeeper was off today so someone else had cleaned the room, and he agreed he wasn’t sure if the bedsheets had been washed as they appeared dirty - disturbing to think if we had not noticed. We never did get the room vacuumed. We did not have a comfortable sleep and both felt uncomfortable and dirty all night. I travel frequently and am great at keeping expectations in check but this was out of control. Other than the first man we dealt with, staff has been very difficult to deal with when trying to voice concerns.

Well-kept up and clean. We liked that there was a mini-fridge for our use and a comfortable chair to sit in. Bed was comfortable, too.

Overall it was a good stay. Bed was alittle uncomfortable. Water pressure for a shower was low.

Updated, accommodating, pleasant desk staff

Perfectly reasonable accommodations for the price. There was an accessible plug between the beds. As a CPAP user, this automatically makes this a 5 star experience.

It was just OK! Nothing we can say we could say was great. Clean! We didn’t really care for a basement room!!!!!! Damp, but air conditioner helped for Sure. Dehumidifier would have been beneficial! Won’t stay there ever again!

Typical small town motel. Not updated but just fine for a decent nights affordable stay. Highlght....a TV and remote that didn't take a masters degree to operate!

The property front looks nice, but the rooms are not in the condition shown on the website. Floors, walls, bathroom are in need of renovations & the bed was the worst! Super soggy no support, and the pillows were flat. The staff when arriving had the door locked and spoke through a window.

Great place. No frills and definitely a little old, but its clean and exactly what I needed. I was biking down the canal to Albany and there’s not many places to stay on the Canalway Trail in that section, and this place is perfect if your doing the trail. It literally on the trail, there’s food and places to go within walking distance and they are very used to bicyclers staying there, I think that night there were 8 rooms occupied by bikers.

It is right on the Empire State Trail. I arrived on bicycle. They had no problem with me taking my bike to my room. They had an old sheet ready to protect their new rugs.

It was easy to find, easy off and easy on the interstate. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The lobby and breakfast room clean and well-stocked and the room was clean and comfortable with great beds and decorated nicely. We appreciated the microwave and room fridge. I will recommend Weedsport Rodeway to my family.

This is a good choice for a stop while traveling on the NY Thruway. It is also not far from Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge for anyone wanting a nice play to stay while visiting.

The room was cleaned. The room smelled terrible, like a moldy/damp smell. Had to go to a store to purchase air fresheners which helped a little. Found a roach trap next to the bed on the floor, maybe for preventative measures? The lamp next to the bed had only one bulb that worked which made the room very dark. The chair in the room was dirty and stained along with the desk chair. Breakfast was delicious. The motel is older and just needs some renovations.

Welcoming staff was awesome! Properly was very clean and comfortable. Very accommodating with referring us at to restaurants. Across the street was Cooks Diner and food was excellent! Great conversation with Kelsey whose mom was a great hostess!

The staff were excellent, above and beyond helping with paying for the toll road. The room was spacious, adequately clean, but from an earlier era. Coffee was available all the time, I think, but the breakfast was just supermarket mini-muffins.

We needed a reasonably priced motel room close to Syracuse airport. We wanted a clean, quiet room which filters out ambient light and has comfortable bed. it was all of the above. This hotel is very clean and has new amenities. including mattresses, paint and Capet. the Continental breakfast was good, adequate and the staff was friendly and excited about their motel.

Just a dirty place. The single chair in the room is disgusting also the shower. And the breakfast is the worst I’ve ever seen.

It was clean and fine. Room was extremely cold upon entering but warmed up. Heat was off. In the morning however I was not able to make a cup of coffee as there was a piece missing from the little coffee maker. I then tried to go to the office a couple of times for a cup and the doors were still locked at 7:25. The driveway was also covered in black ice which was quite treacherous, even at 8:00 when I left.
