The room smelled quite musty, the widows were filthy and the blackout curtains were so old they were peppered with holes. It really was not pleasant at all. The staff were very helpful and the free shuttle to Le Garda airport was a nice extra.

The property was better than I expected. They had on sight parking and Yes, I had to pay for it, but it's NewYork so it's expected. The property provided things like cups plates, bowls pots, so I was able to cook during my stay (no charge) making it a lot more convenient for me. The only semi-negative comment I have was that sometimes it was hard to reach someone at the front desk but it wasn't too bad overall 8.5 out of 10 for this property.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. We booked for 2 nights and there was no toiletries in the bathroom, roaches were crawling on us on the bed, bathroom sink was clogged, shower had mildew and mold, breakfast included meant a muffin and coffee, and its $20/day for parking.

This property uses stock images from their brand and the property is not reflective of those images. Place was dirty and smelt like weed in all the hallways. The room was very dated and did not even have a coffee pot. When I asked for one, I had to go back down to the front desk as the first one they gave me did not work. In addition they advertised free breakfast but there was no breakfast. They had hot water, coffee, and oatmeal packets. There wasn’t even bowls for the oatmeal. You had to use coffee cups. I will not stay here again.

Convenient location for our needs, close access to expressway to get to an event venue and close to bus stop to get to the city. Kitchen was useful and there is a grocery store and shopping nearby. Beds were not comfortable and rooms were dated.

The mattress on the bed had no support so I woke with a backache. The AC was either broken or just operated poorly as it was a balmy (and by that I mean HUMID) 75° or so… I had it cranked down to 68° though! It really wasn’t a comfortable stay.

The room was spacious but limited in supplies. Dishes and cutlery was provided by request at the front desk, which was fine, for keeping costs low, I’m guessing. The vending machines didn’t have bottled water for purchase. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were nice. Bathroom could use a little updating but it was clean and water pressure in shower was good.

Way outdated hotel. Ok for what was needed. Flight canceled and needed 6 hours of sleep. Close to airport. But super expensive for 6 hours - over $200. People were nice there though - particularly the shuttle guy.

Access to shops and highway. The rooms are outdated. The sink overflowed, the air didn't work properly, and they do not offer military discounts. Unacceptable and i will not recommend this property to anyone to stay, especially for what i was charged.

This was less expensive than places near LGA and we learned that you get what you pay for. It had the least comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, and because of its proximity to the highway, it was like a drag race was going right through our room the whole night. We survived for the one night but would not go back.

Clean, comfortable king size bed and the front desk clerk was helpful. The only part we didnt like was having to pay a $20 parking fee for the night. Typically parking is included in a hotel stay but not there. Angela at the front desk was helpful and understanding for the misunderstanding on my half. She did the right thing tho for what she could do. We would stay there again if we needed to be closer to the jfk due to inclement weather.

Front desk approach very poorly, and not friendly. They put 2 small pice of soap for face and 1 small soap to shower 2 people 4 times, I call and asked about the soap and was told that can shower 2 people more than once, but if I wants another one I can come get it.

This property is filthy. I had roaches in my room and was told by Alex the overnight customer service representative at the desk that this was normal because customers stay here for a long period of time and they are dirty. I asked for housekeeping and was told they were unavailable. I asked to be moved to another room and he couldn’t accommodate my family and I and the could he would’ve had to get approval from his manager whom he allegedly called several times and there was no answer. Alec had no way to rectify the situation and there were no managers available even the next morning when he said they would be. This is the highest form of unprofessionalism and a health hazard. The fact that this property has no basic standard operating procedure to deal with issues is a no go. Please do not go to this property they will allow you book a room and not have it once you get there and will refuse to give you a refund as well. Alex needs an abundance of training on customer service. I will never come back to that property ever again

I liked that the location!.. it was right by the Whitestone Bridge .. I didnt have to deal with alot of traffic.. which was a good thing!!.. the hotel was clean and nice.. my room was CLEAN AND NICE!!!.. My kids LOVED IT.. ME TOO!.. When visiting NYC.. I will be going there to stay!°😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. We booked for 2 nights and there was no toiletries in the bathroom, roaches were crawling on us on the bed, bathroom sink was clogged, shower had mildew and mold, breakfast included meant a muffin and coffee, and its $20/day for parking.

Rooms were ok... nothing special... they r saying breakfasr included but it was a JOKE.. there were few small kids muffins and coffee on small table... this is not even a continental breakfast.... they should improve

This property uses stock images from their brand and the property is not reflective of those images. Place was dirty and smelt like weed in all the hallways. The room was very dated and did not even have a coffee pot. When I asked for one, I had to go back down to the front desk as the first one they gave me did not work. In addition they advertised free breakfast but there was no breakfast. They had hot water, coffee, and oatmeal packets. There wasn’t even bowls for the oatmeal. You had to use coffee cups. I will not stay here again.

There needs to be some sort of seating area at this property given many people are still smoke. Limited options to access food or anything else if you arrive after hours (e.g., arrive and check-in after 10pm ET). Breakfast is not healthy and shouldn't be included in room rate. It should be provided as an option for folks to pay an additional fee to partake. I paid my fee thinking a contintental breakfast was included. cheap mini muffins, coffee that's not drinkable and breakfast bars is not a breakfast ... I doubt this property even included what many NYC jails offer.. Fresh fruit (e.g., apples, oranges, etc.) If more is needed from me in reviewing my stay, which is the second time, happy to do as such if you call or email me.

I have used Extended Stay at multiple locations and the LaGuardia location a few times for guests coming to NYC. This particular time, they had a broken A/C in 90-degree weather which could not be fixed immediately. Strangely the hotel wanted my guests to pay extra money to move to another room. Sad to see the breakdown of pride in business and deterioration of American service levels. Eventually after 2-3 discussions the hotel manager offered a 10% discount on the first night stay. They did replace the A/C after the first night and things were normal for the remaining days. Additionally, when we checked in, two of the stoves were on and the heat was felt immediately when we entered, which was easily turned off. However, when we mentioned this to the lobby the next day, the person's response was "any other complaints"?

Great neighborhood , clean place / room , refrigerator, stove and microwave are all clean and well maintained. staff were friendly and helpful, however breakfast was a cup of coffee & muffins, kind of disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our time there. Will booked again soon. Thank u all .

I recently had another absolutely fantastic stay at this property! Having visited before, I knew to expect a great experience, but the team still exceeded my expectations. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally pleasant, warm, and eager to help with a smile. The facilities themselves are impeccable—wonderfully clean, perfectly safe, and incredibly comfortable, providing the ideal environment to unwind. What truly made this visit special, however, was the genuine, personalized hospitality. I honestly didn't expect the staff to remember me from my previous trips, but they warmly welcomed me back, and that thoughtful touch was the absolute icing on the cake. Whenever my travels bring me back to the area, there is no question that this will remain my go-to place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone!
