Overall the room, 107, was definitely better than the last one, 211. The one eyesore was the outdoor ceiling of the entrance Pavillion, which still has gaping hole with plywood hanging out of it that is cordoned off by garbage pails and yellow "Caution" tape. This is the first thing you see as you pull up to the front desk of the hotel. It was there in May, also. Other than that the stay was fine for the price. The location, next to Walmart, and many restaurants, perfect.

This hotel was a total dump! Besides it being dirty and very very run down the elevator didn’t work and we saw people on walkers etc trying to climb steps. My husband actually helped these people take their bags up the stair well for them to their room.

first impression was that the hotel was being used as a home for the homeless. cigarette butts and trash around the bench at the entrance. landscaping was atrocious. dead plants, missing ground cover, fake palm trees, etc. prepackaged everything on the breakfast menu. lamp cord on table in room has a loose wire, toilet paper holder in bath barely attached to wall, shelf for towels in bath damaged and loose, no iron, safety latch on entrance door to room half missing. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Felt unsafe. The older lady at the front desk and an older lady with housekeeping were very helpful and kind. They were its saving grace.

This place is disgustingly dirty and in disrepair. Smells like cigarettes and pot smoke. The shower was covered in soap scum. It was gross. Really bad location, also.

It needs a renovation.

Carpet very dirty, furniture extremely worn out or broken. No sink stopper, toilet seat fell off. No OJ, breakfast was only waffles. Room key didn't work and had to go back to front desk. Room was directly over entrance where loud people were talking until midnight.

The hotel smells wet and old, the 1st room had nuts in the bed and all over the floor, the second room a bugs crawling around.

Room had black mold, a pair of someone’s underwear on the floor, filthy table and chair.

Horrible horrible. Nasty dirty . Bathroom was filthy . Ice bucket was not emptied and mildew. Microwave dirty. Just nasty all over. Will never recommend no one to stay there. My bad experience with Expedia and now horrible hotel was just bad.

The room smelled like smoke. There where stains everywhere and mildew in the bathroom.

My room smelled terrible, the sheets were stained, there was old food under my bed, and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. I only stayed one night out of the three I booked because this hotel was disgusting.

This was an unfortunate choice to stay at this establishment. Both our room and our friends rooms were just not clean to a standard level (debris & dust all over and the carpets in the non-walking areas, bathrooms looked mildly like they were wiped down, the table tops were sticky and most of the walls looks like various incidents of residue spilt sporadically over them). But more importantly the rooms had very bad odours...unbearable really. Unfortunately we had travelled quite a distance and with the hall of fame weekend, much of the other surrounding accomodations were sold out or exponentially over priced. We almost didn't stay for our two nights (all the parties), but a trip to Walmart close by to secure some plastic sheets, sleeping bags, pillows and loads of assorted air fresheners...and with the AC cranked to keep the air "fresh" allowed us to "grin & bear it". No comment on the breakfast, we weren't taking any chances considering the existing experience. The rooms (ourselves & friends) we stayed in and the 3rd floor especially (terrible odour through the corridor) just should be allowable/pass suitable inspection. A very unfortunate situation, that has ultimately blacklisted any future consideration for any Quality Inn stays ever again. Hopefully the management team takes these reviews/results seriously and takes some action...not for us, but for the decent employees at the hotel who are just looking to work & not have the place shut down. Do NOT stay at this hotel!

Checked in ptac filter were extremely dirty. Cleaned myself. Remote did not work for the TV. The tables legs were so wobbly did not trust to use. Only one light bulb in the vanity ceiling light but could still see what appeared to be bedbugs on the shower curtain. There were also roaches. Had to throw away white socks after walking on carpet because they were so dirty. The whole place smelled musty and like cigarettes. Definitely showing its age.

So filthy to the point it felt unsafe being in there. The entire place was so coated with smoke and must that I had trouble breathing. The floor was covered in dirt and crumbs. The toilet had human feces sprayed in the bowl. The ceiling was caving in from a leak. The sheets appeared unwashed. We should have turned around and slept in our car.

the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in

Our stay was barely acceptable- the bathroom had mold in the corners and the toilet has not been properly cleaned in a while . Apparently, there was a water leak and the damage was painted over in some places and poorly repaired in others. Overall, this property has not been maintained for some time. Do not recommend.

Needs renovating, upgradings

The TV was too small for a king size room.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The TV was ran on WIFI and there wasn't enough broadband and you could hardly watch it!

Broken toilet seat. Dark bathroom. Helpful counter lady. Bathroom vanity separating from wall. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. Not coming back

Staff was friendly and efficient. Bed was one of the worst we've ever slept on. It was low so handicap could access, but too low for anyone else and extremely soft in a bad way. Paint needs touched up, and sink basin was fully cracked. Property needs attention to detail. Breakfast was adequate.

I liked the relative quiet. The only noises were when folks were loud in the hallway and the walmart big rigs' backup beepers drolled on in the wee hours of the morning. The staff were all personable and followed through on requests in a timely fashion. There was no eye rolling, or attitudes and nothing ever seemed a bother or nuisance to them. I saw them exhibit way more patience with several people who were obviously trying to get one over on the hotel, but they calmy and professionally listened then clearly stated why they had to follow the rules and deny their demands. I learned a couple pointers about customer service from observing them.

The entrance lighting was now well lit, I had to use my phone to find my way to through the room to turn on other lights. The floor was not swept well. There was debris on the floor from earlier guests. Bathtub was stained and the sink was cracked.

The service and room was dirty! They tried to charge me $122 more than what I owed! It took more than 48 hours to get my money back! The front desk was so rude!

Nice staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended the trip early, and despite booking through a third-party, getting a refund was super easy; I didn't even have to ask.

My stay was awesome. The staff was very helpful,friendly and polite. The room was clean as was the entire place. I will be staying again.

I booked a non cancellable room on Hotels.com. When I went to check in I was told I needed a drivers license for both me and my son. My son has cancer and was traveling for treatment. He didn’t bring a license or a picture id. I was told I would have to contact Hotels.com to request a cancellation. Luckily I had a picture of his license on my phone. You should be told BEFORE booking that this unit requires a drivers license for EVERY adult. This is an absolutely ridiculous policy.

Property is conveniently located, clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our light in our room wouldn’t turn off, so we went to the front desk where we were told if we wanted the light off, we’d have to unscrew it ourselves. When we started to say more, the front desk agent cut us off and said sorry, and then answered the phone. Our carpet was not vacuumed, the other bed was broken so we couldn’t sleep on it, there were multiple bugs like gnats and a half dead lighting bug. Our bathroom counter still had only soap residue on it and our shower head and tub didn’t look clean. The staff seemed to be too understaffed to care about our concerns, as every time we were at the front desk that was being talked about alongside mention of other things in the hotel that weren’t working.

Front desk staff was rude waited 2 hours for a room and watched multiple people get roomed that came in after me, there was hidden fees at check in that were undisclosed when I booked the room. The bathroom light to my room didn’t work and it smelled in there overall terrible experience didn’t even end up staying there

The carpet had chip crumbs on it. The hallway had a heavy marijuana odor. The bed blankets were very old and itchy. Next door to a Walmart parking lot. You can hear the trucks unloading all night.The breakfast was fine.

Perfect for what I needed. Stayed and went to the Champions Tour Golf Tournament at Firestone. Quick easy drive to the golf course. Nothing fancy.

General cleanliness was poor. In my room the bathroom trash was in there, in the coffee maker a used dry coffee pouch was in there, using the elevator it was always smelling of tobacco use. The front outside could be improved by cleaning and tendering the area to look smart and inviting. My stay did not meet my expectations. There were positives like the staff were very helpful. The closeness to Walmart and other shops is very convenient.

Book the room it said that it would have a city view. I’ve got their home if you want my way trees.

It was convenient to my kids home but the drive way was kind of difficult to access

Reception clerk was very nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed. Seemed like a lack of staffing. Continental breakfast was disappointing.

Breakfast was disgusting. No plates. No jam or peanut butter. We asked staff and they said they don’t supply these items. The coffee was terrible and the cereal was uneditable. Cheap cheap

Breakfast was sparce and stale. Housekeeping forgot towels one day and left the door unlatched. Empty wiskey bottles and drug paraphernalia in the parking lot.

Breakfast option was worst I have ever seen. They should make that optional if they can't improve the quality and selection of the breakfast

Upon checking in, I was hit with an undisclosed $60 deposit demand. Really had no choice (had I lived within 30 miles, the deposit would have been $100. Hopefully, I'll get it back in "3 top 5 days." The mattress was old and soft and the bedding and room case goods were worn. The tub enclosure had no grab bars (there was one outside), no non-slip mat, and the curved bottom was slippery. The "breakfast" had cold cereal, overly sweet prepackaged muffins, waffles, and yogurt. They had a toaster, but nothing to toast. No eggs or breakfast meats.

I thought this hotel would be cleaner, our room had a dirty microwave, the tile in the bathroom was dirty ,, toilet sits too low especially for our special needs daughter. Tv was tiny. Very disappointing. I was also told breakfast was hot, sausage/eggs but it was not, only bagels and waffles.. which orange juice was spoiled , Not sure I willl stay again.

Quiet getaway during The time to celebrate my birthday. Nice and quiet. Good breakfast cereal, and waffles and fruit.

Below average ; rooms were ok but the breakfast was terrible ; ran out of most everthing on the weekend. No housekeeping services & fitness room is a joke.

Hotel was in disrepair. Understaffed. Had to wait for room to be ready hours after check in time. Breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, waffles and cereal.

I chose the hotel because the description said a breakfast was included. When we travel, we like to count on having a decent cup of coffee first thing in the morning. That didn't happen at the Quality Inn. We came down the first morning and saw that the coffee machine was broken. In it's place was a small coffee pod maker similar to what was in our room (not good coffee). I took a bagel but didn't see any butter or cream cheese. I inquired at the front desk and was told that they were out of butter, it was ordered and they'd have it in 2 days. (There was a Walmart in the next parking lot.) The microwave in the breakfast area was filthy inside--no excuse for that. On subsequent mornings it was apparent that the staff did not tidy up the breakfast area during the 3 hours slot that it was available. Cereal was spilled on the counter and used cups from the waffle maker were also on the counter. The pillows in the room were comfortable, but the mattress was worn. There was also a very strong, musty odor in the room. It didn't look like the filter in the cooling/heating unit had been cleaned. The bathroom was clean and partially remodeled. Obviously the owner/manager dropped the ball here with a timely order for breakfast items and a replacement coffee machine.
