They lost their liquor license a week ago which wasn’t advertised by the Marriott nor was that told to me when I checked in. Also that breakfast that they serve, yeah that never was open. Also the hotel smelled like pennies. Wouldn’t bring a black light to that place

Switched rooms due to the stains on the carpet and chairs. Like someone spilled coffee all over the place. Front desk stated “it’s a hotel, there’s not much we can do.” The windows to look out were not cleaned at all. Sheets on the bed had oil stains, had to change those. The bistro closed early than the advertised sign so I had to venture out my comfort zone for food and when I did go down to get things from the bistro, I waited about 10 mins before getting help. The pool area was closed so didn’t understand why did I have pay a resort fee when a lot of things were not available. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant though.

We really enjoyed our stay and the Bartender was the BEST please get him has much stuff to be able to serve customers the best drinks. The morning front staff was real helpful and nice. I will stay there again especially for the price it was really reasonable.

There was mold in the bathroom, shower and areas in the shower that had not been cleaned. Water leaked from the shower door. And the middle of the night the air condition began to not function properly.

Very unclean. Had to ask for someone to come clean the bathroom. Room dmelled funny. Ended up being from the moldy bathroom. Shower missing the rubber piece under the door so water just went everywhere. And there was mold all around in corners, etc since they hadnt been keeping up with scrubbing. Tried to go to free breakfast and 3 hours later it still didnt arrive! When the toilet seat broke, we moved! Horribele how the hotel is getting so rundown. Staff was very nice & apologetic. Good location. Just everything not go well. Fridge not work. Lobby giving lots of things away. I think theirs was broken too. while i was at the front desk- 3 other callers also were having things not work. Disaster!

I always stay at this hotel and never have any issues, it was always clean, not sure what has changed maybe new staff, however the first room I was in the sheets were dirty. Spots on the sheets and hair in the bathroom. They did move me rooms, but the sheets in the next room were dirty as well as the comforter. The front desk on duty was really nice wanted to move me again but I was so exhausted just wanted to sleep asked for new sheets and I ended up changing my own sheets. I did file a formal complaint and the manager was really accommodating and apologetic. Again not sure if they just have new housekeeping staff to train better or what but this stay was not a good one unfortunately.

This hotel is far below Marriott standards. No one at reception when we arrived, musty room with damp carpet, loud/old AC, soap dispenser ripped out of the shower wall, no hair dryer in room (and when I went to reception to get one, took someone over 15 minutes to find one), no daily service - which isn’t highly unusual these days - but they didn’t tell us nor post that info. So we returned to our wet towels still piled on the bathroom floor. Virtually no service, and not a clean property. Read the Google reviews - we wish we had.

The room was okay but when we returned to our room in the evening of April 11, there was nothing done to room. Dirty towels, bed unmade, etc I think we should receive a discount on the rate as cleaning the room is a usual service, which was not provided

The lobby smelled like a spoiled mop yet the floor was dirty. There were boxes in the lobby by a table stacked high which is unsafe. The third floor laundry shoot was dirty, with a pillow holding the door open, dirty floor and things hanging out of the shoot… for two days … elevator was small, and you had to share it with cleaning staff. Other than that it was decent.

The lobby area looks really nice and beautiful but the room was clearly pretty worn and not super well kept - lamp shade really banged up, scuffs all on the walls, bathroom floor a little stained. Also when we checked out for some reason there was a different credit card entered for our account that we didn't pay with (a MasterCard which we dont even own) that was entered manually by the guy at the desk when we checked in for some reason. We didn't get any additional charges or anything but it was very strange and we never got an explanation.

We planned a romantic getaway for Valentine’s Day. When we arrived our room was freezing cold. We had picked up food to have a romantic dinner in our room. We tried to wait and see if the heater would eventually warm up, but it did not. We had to block the heater with a coat, to block the cold air coming out. When we couldn’t take cold any more. We called and requested a didn’t room. Dining in a cold room, and then having to pack up and move to a different room, kind of put a damper on the experience

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in honestly better than mine at home same for pillows. Staff was friendly and was there when we checked in at 12:30 AM. Quiet all around building. Clean room and lobby. Location close to where we needed to be the following morning.

Bed and bedding were SUPER comfortable! Shower is a good size and towels were fairly soft. The hotel was quiet and comfortable; it's smaller than some other hotels, which means you won't have to walk far no matter where your room is. I listed a preference for proximity to the elevator and they placed our room right next to it! Seems like they were similarly attentive to spacing out the occupied rooms so people did not have noisy neighbors. Unfortunately, the satellite TV could only get 2 or 3 channels, the shower leaked quite a lot around the door, and one of the bedside outlets was dead. There is no morning coffee in the lobby and coffee packs in the room are decaf only. These minor negatives would NOT prevent me from coming back, however. Overall, It was a good stay.

No TV service Was originally told maintenance would come to look at it. 4 hours later went to front desk and was told it’s been out since Friday. Possibly would be fixed by Sunday morning. Sunday it wasn’t fixed yet so bought suggested cable to go from iPhone to hdmi ($50 ) only to find out no way to adjust volume ( max only ) and connection timed out ever few minutes. So no Sunday football For the hotel brand and price point extremely dissatisfied. Towel rack by sink falling off the wall 2 towels 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths and no floor mat for a reservation for 2 adults

The only con I have is that we booked 2 rooms with 1 king bed and 1 double pull out couch. They only had King beds and a chair. Not the best situation but it could have been worse I guess.

When we checked in, at 5 pm (2 hours after check in time), we walked into a dirty room. After informing reception, it took another 30 minutes to assign us to a different room. They wanted us to wait for the room to be cleaned. Not acceptable.

Front Desk Staff was remarkable. Why above and beyond service.. My cell phone charge was left at my previous hotel. One of the front desk staff, I wish I would have gotten a name, but she went out to her car and let me borrow a phone charger for a couple of hours.. Very impressed with both the fine ladies at the front desk.. Nice work..

Front desk staff walked off the job with a lobby full of guests and nobody else knew how to check people in. Had to search for a new hotel at 10pm.

I was very underwhelmed with the staff. When I requested my room to be made up they grudgingly sent a maid to replenish towels and empty the trash. The bed was left unmade and the coffee station was not replenished. The following morning I asked the front desk if they would get me some coffee packets for the room. Their answer " that is the Bistro's responsibility and they are closed". The correct answer should be let me get that for you. I ended up going to Starbucks,

Despite the reservations and paying full money for 2 rooms with double queen beds, when we arrived at 10 PM, we were told there are no rooms available and were sent to a different hotel which had only 2 stars, no AC, infact one of the rooms wasn’t even cleaned. And not payed any difference back despite such inconvenience and low grade service.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in honestly better than mine at home same for pillows. Staff was friendly and was there when we checked in at 12:30 AM. Quiet all around building. Clean room and lobby. Location close to where we needed to be the following morning.

Not too keen on the Starbucks bistro inside this Courtyard. Definitely check the accuracy and quality of the food prepared. Also would NOT accept Room#101 in that toilet is so low sitting and difficult to get back to standing.

We really enjoyed our stay and the Bartender was the BEST please get him has much stuff to be able to serve customers the best drinks. The morning front staff was real helpful and nice. I will stay there again especially for the price it was really reasonable.

They do not offer breakfast and their retail food service didn't open until 7:00 AM. There was no coffee available in the morning and they were out of caffeinated packages to make in your room.

Our stay wasn\'t pleasant at all. When I was checking in, I asked if yall had a UPS discount (most hotels do), the receptionist searched for a bit & said, "I got it on there for you!" We went up to our room and first couple things we noticed was the wallpaper falling off the walls, loud heating unit, and the shower looked like it hasnt evem been touch from the last guests. An hour after being there, my phome dinged a bank notification for $380, I declined it as that is not even close to the amount I was told (this was 11ish at night). The next morning i woke up to another bank notification for $360. I decided to go down and talk to the receptionist to try and get some clarity. She was somewhat helpful and told me she would look into it further. As I was walking back to the elevator, I saw a note on the pools door saying "closed until further notice (wasnt there when we arrived) & that was a huge part of why we booked this hotel. I got my family ready for breakfast and we headed back downstairs.. After talking more with the receptionist, I decided to cancel our reservation for that evening and find somewhere else to go. As we were leaving, we looked into getting breakfast at their restaurant and it BLEW MY MIND to see it qas nearly $7 for 1 BOWL of cereal! Are yall insane?! I received my receipt by email some time later and was still overcharged and guess what?! No UPS discount on it.

It was clean. But there are some general condition flags - the ice machine was out of order; a door I went out on the main floor was broken and did not lock(!); while we appreciated being able to open the balcony door and get the fresh air (air in the room was kinda stale) - there was no lock or bar on that door (often there's a stick that can keep the door sliding open). There was no milk for coffee at the bistro in the morning (there's a grocery practically within sight of the hotel.). So. Ok.

Terrible stay! Was not able to check in till 5:00. The washers and dryers were down and linens were not cleaned at time of check in. That evening in the middle of the night the fire alarms went off four different times. Needless to say, not much sleep was had that night. Would not stay there again.

I requested a 1st floor room and didn't receive one, in fact they put me on the top floor. One of the beds was dirty and looked like the bedding wasn't changed. It was very wrinkled looking also.

At first glance the hotel looks nice. The lobby and hallways and even the room upon first entry seemed fine, but then it got worse. The bathroom was atrocious. Heavy glass shower door about to fall off the hinges. Everyone likes water pressure in a shower but this was insane. It was almost flooding the shower it was so much water. Moldy caulk and rusty door frames. Cracked and peeling ceiling. Insufficient ventilation to say the least. Sharp piece of metal bed frame gouged my leg from under the bed. The pool was overrun by a family who clearly rented one room and invited their entire extended family of children to take over the pool and then the hallways like little monsters. Destroyed the pool area, soaked the hallways. The staff were all dressed in street clothes. If the front desk agent wasn’t behind the desk I never would have guessed he was an actual employee. The “breakfast” was literally stacks of cereal cups, no milk, juice, water, or any drinks. Ohh and tiny stale muffins that were disgusting. 2 kinds to choose from. Nothing else. When I asked the man dressed at a woman behind the bistro counter for milk I had to interrupt their chatter with some off duty employees and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them as I asked for milk and they complained about having to “pour milk all day” This is clearly a franchise location operated by a typical cheap hotel owner. I will never return to this hotel
