Radisson Hotel Akron/Fairlawn

There was no towels in the room,had to call the front desk to get towels and was told I can only get 2towels for me and my wife,towel rack was broke off the wall in the bathroom,it was a low budget hotel

Hotel has been under renovation since December. There were no amenities. The restaurant and pool were completely closed/under construction. The room was dirty and there was no hot water. We were furious. I could not find any way to contact Hotels.com but the front desk kindly refunded our money and we left.

The staff was fine but the property has drastically declined. I used to book at that hotel all the time and it was a great place. Everything looks abandoned now, there were bugs, the water was dark brown, the toulet didn't work. It was terrible

The first room had a sink that backed up and coughed up what looked like gravel. It qad damp and mildewey. We were given a new room, which was a significant improvement. Both rooms lacked washcloths and despite having irons, there were no ironing boards. The restaurant and bar were not operating. We could have stayed at a lesser priced hotel with the lack of amenities.
