Pool was dirty, stains on the comforters of the beds, stains on the couch, stains on the walls around the toilets, all ice machines were broken in the entire hotel apparently. For $500 for 2 nights I definitely won’t be staying at this Hilton location again.

Really nice hotel, I liked staying here. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel (I didn't eat there) but there is also a ton of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is right across the street from a mall. Parking was easy and the hotel was really pretty. My room was clean and comfy. I'd consider staying here again, but would take this into consideration: Two things I didn't like: there isn't a hot tub like in the pictures. Just indoor and outdoor pool. I did use the indoor pool and it was heated and nice. I also used the sauna briefly, and that seemed a little outdated and dingy. Second, the room service honestly ruined the stay for me. Checkout is 12:00pm. I checked that several times to be sure. I was sooo excited to sleep in, but nope not on room services watch. 10:00am I hear pounding on the door, room service is there asking about towels. She didn't speak much English, which is okay because I speak some Spanish. I said we didn't need towels and it wasn't check out time yet and she said okay and she would come back. About an hour later, more pounding on the door. It's freaking room service again. I just wanted to sleep in and be left alone.

We stayed for an extended weekend to tour the NFL Hall of Fame, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and other points of interest. I thought the location was great with plenty of dining and shopping options all around and being about halfway between Cleveland and Canton. The hotel itself is in need of upgrading and smells quite musty throughout. We stayed in a Jr suite to which the size was great, and the bathroom was very spacious with a wonderful walk-in shower. We have one child that needed to sleep on the sofa bed. Once we unfolded it, the mattress was something you only see in horror films. It was disgustingly stained with either urine or blood. The hotel provides a bag of bedding for the sofa bed and the blanket was riddled with holes as well. When we book rooms, a hot tub and pool are a requirement. I verified both amenities via the pictures showing the property, however upon arrival we noticed the hot tub had been filled in and tiled over. This would've been a deal breaker had we known, and I consider that false advertisement and request those pictures be updated. It's a plus that they have an indoor and outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool was too cold for us. This wasn't an awful stay, but some of the misses were rather disappointing after traveling from MN, spending so much time looking for where to stay, and thinking this was the one. Hopefully Hilton will update this hotel sooner than later because it feels closer to a Days Inn than a Hilton.

We really only paid for the space, not the amenities. The room was dirty, nothing refilled, it appeared as though they were in the middle of remodeling then stopped to let us stay. It’s overpriced for what you get. I personally cleaned 7 band-aids, 3 candy wrappers, and a pack of gum out of the pool. Could be a great place to stay for a family with pets if it was just kept up with better. Staff did what they could with what they had.

The property is nice , but the cleaning and maintenance is poor , the sheet was dirty and with stains carpet never been vacuuming when you take a shower the shower head is shooting watr to the ceiling, you can see how dirty is the shower never been scrubs we found others people belonging on the floors, when we went to use the coffee maker was dirty is look like never been clean, the clock phone charger not working, but the front desk employs are super nice and friendly

My family and I checked in at 1:30 am. We went to the room and the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. They moved the room, staff went before to make sure it was clean. However, the bathroom still had dirty wash clothes in the shower, urine stains on the toilet, and hair in the sink. The $16 dollar breakfast was nothing more than a greasy continental breakfest.

Everything was pretty good. The check-in staff were absolutely amazing. They were able to answer all questions and were very friendly. Parking was a little different compared to other hotels, but once you knew where to go, it was a walk in the park. The room we stayed in was great. I will say that the walls are paper thin, so if you are a light sleeper, you may be waking up throughout the night. They also do not serve complimentary breakfast, but this was not a deal breaker for my husband and me because there were plenty of great breakfast options around or we could have paid to eat at the hotel.

The room is in need of multiple repairs. The faucet in the bathroom was extremely difficult to turn on. The countertop in the bathroom had a large crack in it that it appears someone had tried to fix. There was a phone or cable wire running from one wall to another - like a clothes line - without being covered or affixed to the wall. One lamp didn't work, the A/C intake and exhaust vents looked like someone pried them off and they had chipped paint. Areas outside of the room were fine, but the room was in poor condition for a Hilton.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable — I slept better than I have in a long time. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or assisting with small requests, they made everything easy and pleasant. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d happily return on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel was nice but the room was not. Paid for a king size bed and received a full size bed. The toliet took 7 minutes to refill after each flush. The shower was a roll in kind and it leaked all the way to the door for the hallway. The front desk did give me two complementary breakfast tickets for the inconvenience.

Checked in a went to my room. One of the key cards did not work and got locked out of my room. Had to go all the way back to the lobby to get it fixed and was already running late. Then the room was one 80 degrees. The air conditioning did not work in the room. Reported it by phone and in person and was told Maintenance would look at it. I advised them I would at minimum need a fan if it could not get fixed. The air was never fixed and no fans or any other options were offered or received. Had a horrible sweaty nights sleep. Then to top it off there was zero hot water in the shower. I mean yes a cold shower felt ok after the 80 plus degree nights sleep but I still would have preferred a hot shower so my muscles could relax first thing in the morning. Overall the room was service was horrible. On a positive note the restaurant and waitress was great. Food was excellent as was service.
Checked in a went to my room. One of the key cards did not work and got locked out of my room. Had to go all the way back to the lobby to get it fixed and was already running late. Then the room was one 80 degrees. The air conditioning did not work in the room. Reported it by phone and in person and was told Maintenance would look at it. I advised them I would at minimum need a fan if it could not get fixed. The air was never fixed and no fans or any other options were offered or received. Had a horrible sweaty nights sleep. Then to top it off there was zero hot water in the shower. I mean yes a cold shower felt ok after the 80 plus degree nights sleep but I still would have preferred a hot shower so my muscles could relax first thing in the morning. Overall the room was service was horrible. On a positive note the restaurant and waitress was great. Food was excellent as was service.

My college-age son and I stayed in a suite while visiting my parents at StoryPoint down the road, so it was great having a lot of extra room and privacy. One main room includes two king-sized beds, and the other main room includes a desk (where my son parked his laptop), living area with sofa and chairs, plenty of lamps, and a kitchenette (with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker), which was especially helpful one night when we warmed up take-out leftovers. The bathroom includes a shower plus a jet bath tub. This Hilton is our go-to hotel every time we visit, and the location is excellent, with the mall directly across the street, and plenty of shopping and restaurants in the vicinity. My son got in a workout in the weight room. There were a few issues with the room. A door knob for the bathroom came off, a train rack in the closet was loose on one corner, and the TV in the living room section did not get service, but the front desk was very responsive and repaired the doorknob while we were gone. We just used the TV in the bedroom section. It wasn't a huge deal, but the ice machine on our floor as well as the 2nd floor did not work. Everything was very clean. Towels were changed, beds were made, and everything was tidied up every day. Sheets were not changed, which was unnecessary and much more environmental. This hotel is not super luxurious, but for family members wanting space and convenience location-wise, it's a comfortable, tasteful, and reliable choice.

I always stay here but this latest visit was extremely sub-par. Front office staff was rude and dismissive and I’ve never experienced that treatment here prior. The HVAC or something broke at 3am making a horrible noise all throughout the floor. I had to call the front desk, they did alleviate the issue quickly.

We stay here every year for a weekend golf outing. Place is great. Indoor and outdoor pools for the kids. Very clean and staff is great. Kayleigh at front desk is the best She got us in our rooms very quickly. She is an asset to the company

The in hotel restaurant was amazing! The staff was SOOOO nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk (1-11-25) mid afternoon was soo nice even though i kept bugging her with stuff, she did hook me up with another free warm cookie. She also was so quick to provide me with a robe when i asked for one and a tooth brush (I was a grease fire apparently that day lol). Not my direct server at the restaurant but shout out to Shawn/Sean, soo helpful and he want even my server...

Really nice hotel, I liked staying here. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel (I didn't eat there) but there is also a ton of restaurants and bars within walking distance. It is right across the street from a mall. Parking was easy and the hotel was really pretty. My room was clean and comfy. I'd consider staying here again, but would take this into consideration: Two things I didn't like: there isn't a hot tub like in the pictures. Just indoor and outdoor pool. I did use the indoor pool and it was heated and nice. I also used the sauna briefly, and that seemed a little outdated and dingy. Second, the room service honestly ruined the stay for me. Checkout is 12:00pm. I checked that several times to be sure. I was sooo excited to sleep in, but nope not on room services watch. 10:00am I hear pounding on the door, room service is there asking about towels. She didn't speak much English, which is okay because I speak some Spanish. I said we didn't need towels and it wasn't check out time yet and she said okay and she would come back. About an hour later, more pounding on the door. It's freaking room service again. I just wanted to sleep in and be left alone.

Very lucky to get a room last minute. Loved the location as it was not a far drive to Blossom Music Center. Room was very clean, hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. Though it was a full house, it was surprisingly quiet in our room. Would definitely stay there again if in the Akron/Cuyahoga Falls area.

Room was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. loved all the options. Everything was delicious. The Mimosa was top tier. The Overnight Auditor (Tall/solid AA gentleman) and Front Desk Attendant Steven who checked us out were beyond pleasant and welcoming. Also adored interacting with our breakfast attendant Emily. She was a real sweetie and was on top of things and pleasant in spite of some of the guests being obnoxious. Every visit to Cleveland moving forward will include a stay at this hotel.

There’s a lot of renovations currently and it’s a bit messy. The bathroom facet was broken and wasn’t fixed. The breakfast buffett wasn’t refreshed even after many ppl came. It was slim pickings even when I spoke to the host. For $16.00 I didn’t get my moneys worth.

This was a stop off to visit family in Akron. We absolutely enjoyed the hotel with its upscale lobby, wonderful decor and warm feel. The room was cozy, bed comfortable and the breakfast Buffett delicious! We had dinner at Beau's Grille and it was wonderful.

The morning coffee bar definitely needs a new brew and better creamers. 5 night stay last week for multiple rooms and every one complained how bad the coffee was. It makes you want to leave and spend money coffee or breakfast someplace else. It would increase your restaurant breakfast crowd. Do you need a marketing director? I have a few other recommendations…

Only the bar was serving food when we arrived around 9 pm. Food terrible loud live music. A disturbance in the hallway around 11pm. Handled well by staff. No tea and coffee available 24 hours a day. Staff pleasant

Staff was friendly and cordial. Buffet I think was overpriced for what it was. Called down to front desk for towels, they brought them to the room within minutes. Overall room was clean, but had some issues. For one sink faucet was about to fall off it was so loose. And bathroom door stuck shut, where you had to pull so hard to open, the doorknob was coming loose. Shower handle you had to pull so hard to turn on , thought I was going to break it. And i know this is knit picking but TV sucked....was the worst reception of any hotel i have ever stayed at.....thats my review, take it for what it is worth.

The hotel has a strong odor of chlorine which we thought initially was because of the pool, but as we were walking the hallways we could tell it was mixed with a strong musty smell. We were on the 4th floor and we couldn’t smell it there. On our 3rd night we noticed lots of mold (that was black) near our window in our room. We were leaving the next day and my husband asked for tape to contain it. They brought painters tape. I showed pictures of it to the front desk and she seemed shocked but did nothing to compensate us. It was disappointing.

It was green and you could tell hasn’t been cleaned for days or maybe for the season. The hotel itself was great but wish for the money it was what we paid for as a whole.

Staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. We ran into a food delivery issue with the local Papa John’s (never order pizza from there!) and because of the PJ issue the front desk attendant went out of his way to help.
