Comfort Inn Blue Ash North

The owners first language was not English and could not answer my questions. The elevator was broke so had to go up 3 flights of stairs with 3 kids. Smelled like smoke, and was really dirty. The fridge didn’t seem to work. Horrible experience but that is what I get for $104 .

The hotel is clean and safe. The staff is excellent and super friendly. The only thing that was off for me was the pool temperature, a little too cool for me but it was clean and open.

Elevator didn't work. I am disabled and had to climb 2 flights of stairs.

Pool is closed only reason I booked it

Lobby and dining area was very nice. The rooms were horrible. Very dirty, carpet was nasty and had to were sock because it kinda felt sticky. Cobwebs in all the corners. Need to move couch and clean between the chair and the little side wall. Need to move cushions on chair and couch and vacuum ALL the food under them. Did not clean our room or leave towels. Elevator work phone without there. Went to dinner came back and it was broke so we had to use the stairs. I do not walk good very hard to do stairs, and when we checked out we had to carry everything plus our cooler for ice down the stairs If I would’ve read the reviews, I would seen that this was a problem, but this wasn’t the first time. Very limited breakfast, and had to eat breakfast with a prostitute that was sitting in there eating. And there was no question about it. You could tell she was a prostitute. I stay at a Comfort in at least eight times a year. This was the worst I have ever seen in my life, not only of comfort inn, but of any hotel. Staff is not friendly, and when I complain to the manager, he was confrontational. I would never stay here again, and I will tell everyone not to stay there when they need a room in the Cincinnati area. We had went there to spend a couple days I Kings Island. Do not feel safe outside. The other hotels in the area were very nice. There is like four hotels on the same property that you turn in on. I can’t emphasize how dirty it was. Did not have enough money to find other hotel

They need to notify you in advance if elevator is not working. I'm awaiting knee surgery and stairs are the worst for me and I had to climb up and go down 3 flights of stairs every trip.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. The only disappointment was the swimming pool being closed (apparently for a month). It's a solid hotel choice.

Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean.

My stay was okay but could have been so much better . I was late for check in but I was able to call and have them extend it which was cool but then when I got there the guy at the front desk charged me a $100 deposit which was not stated any where on the website he stated that they may or may not charge but it was at their decision . The hotel was nice and quiet but a bit far from everything . The pool was nice but it was cold . The sheets were not fully clean but they did replace it

This room should not have been provided to a guest until it was cleaned up. Room service is only every 3 days, it felt like we had to keep asking to get a minimum of new clean towels and toilet paper.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms and building were clean and breakfast was great. Excellent stay for the price!

Not clean at all. Elevators didn’t work. Carpets filthy. Holes in the curtains. Stains on sheets. Never go back. Hallways smelled like vomit.

employees were polite. though our room had a smell of mildew in it from the moment we arrived. while our bed was made presentable and very clean the rest of the room wasn’t in the slightest. very dusty. smelly. grime on the window seal. not to mention the stain on the “pull-out” couch😂

Room had very strong smell of mold. Sheets were dirty on arrival Hallways smelled of marijuana Staff gave us clean sheets, why should I have to make the bed. Was told to talk to front desk at checkout for refund or discount, I did, he told me I needed to address that with front desk at check in..what the heck!

Hello. Last Thursday my daughter and I stayed at the Comfort Inn Blue Ash Ohio. I have stayed in many Comfort Inns and have always been satisfied with our room, until this experience, it’s was disgusting. We did not arrive until late and we were exhausted or we would have asked for a new room or gone to a different hotel. When we walked in, the lobby smelled like mildew. The elevator was soooo dirty and made this horrible screeching sound when the doors opened and closed. When we got to our room, it was soooo stinky, it smelled different, like almost a petroleum/gas/oil smell. The room was GROSS,the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The floors were filthy and stained, the bathroom was DISGUSTING, the bedding also had the awful petroleum smell, and our pajamas in the morning smelled horrible from the bedding (we literally put our pajamas in a garbage bag because of the smell until we could get that odor out of them). I dropped something on the floor and when I went to pick it up, underneath the bed had garbage not from us. I took one of the washcloths to see if the bathroom floor was just stained or dirty and after a few scrubs the stains came up. In the morning, we rode down the elevator with a few girls who I am sure were “working girls (prostitutes)” which was confirmed when they mentioned that the elevator “always” makes that sound and when they went outside for a bit waiting for their ride. It was horrible and not a good representation of your brand.

Our tv had a huge blue line through the center making it difficult to focus on watching the tv in the evening

The room was outdated, and smelled musty upon arrival, and didn’t improve after airing out. Seemed like it was emanating from the drains. Bathroom tub was stained (hard water, rust). We missed the breakfast however the area looked clean and tidy upon arrival and departure. The location was perfect. Early checkin was convenient.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had everything I'd like in a room when staying for more than a couple nights. Plenty of space to work and charge devices. Good wifi (free). The bed was comfy, as was the furniture in the room. Plenty of hot water too. The building is an older building, but the room itself didn't feel old. I would stay here again when I return to Blue Ash.

Lights outside in parking lot were very bright and there are only shear curtains on the window. Was very difficult to fall asleep as I kept waking up all night long thinking it was dawn outside. That's the only real issue I had with the place, otherwise, very average hotel.

Water never got hot enough for decent, bathroom floor had cracked and broken tiles. The tub stopper was broken and had a slow drain while taking a shower. The room was not quiet as you could everything in the hallway all night and staff was slow to pick up trash and linens that were in the hallway.

I would use this hotel again despite the issues mentioned in the 'Cons' section. Price was right and the important items like cleanliness and location were good. Pros: •My hotel room was very quiet and don't remember hearing anything other than a few doors being closed on occasion. •Room was pretty clean. •Location worked out well for traveling to and returning from the places I was going to while in the area. Cons: •The staff was pretty non-engaging unless specifically approached and their engagement once approached was minimal at best. •Hot water in my room was lukewarm at it's hottest and made for a pretty cold shower. •The central part of the 2nd floor hallway smelled like heavy amounts of smoke and at a few points weed. I had a non-smoking room at the far end of the hallway and luckily the smell did not enter the room. Why smoking rooms would be set up right where all the customers have to walk through is beyond my comprehension. •Continental breakfast was poor quality and flavorless, including simple coffee. •All of the furniture in my hotel room was very dated, pretty heavily dinged and worn out.

Bed was very comfortable and shower was hot/refreshing

I know not a lot of people take baths anymore, but the drain plugged didn’t fit so nobody could bath. That’s pretty unfortunate with a six-year-old special-needs daughter. There was a loud noise that sound like a huge generator that kept kicking on and off during the night. There was two earwigs. Only had two very, very little garbage cans. Positive thing was is that the beds are very comfortable, pillows are comfortable. The pool is very nice. And not crowded lol. Makes me kind of wonder why nobody was swimming in it but my daughter and myself swim in it both days that we were there. Breakfast was just that. Not great but not awful. Overall, the hotel is decent, but we will try somewhere else next time in town.

Our experience was amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The staff was extremely rude. They require a $100 deposit and proof with a receipt. Their card machine was down so I had to use cash so I was unable to show them proof (temporarily lost my receipt) and the receptionist smirked and informed me there was nothing they could do. I ended up finding my receipt and she looked at me, went to get my cash and placed it on the desk, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Under the beds were spider webs, empty bottles, and dirt that was not ours! Never again!

Rooms are clean, pool area and gym were clean. People at the front desk were helpful and friendly. This is my second time staying here and i will most likely be back

Overall, the stay was okay. It was your average hotel, with a decent room. When I arrived, there was no desk attendant present, so I had to wait about 10 minutes before being checked in. The room was very humid when I entered and the temperature was uncomfortable. The shower head was low and the handle was very dirty. The bed was comfortable, minus the sheets feeling moist due to the humidity.

Housekeepers did not understand English

Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was not what I expected after reviewing reviews before booking. Bathroom toilet has urine droppings on the rim and one of the beds had hair on top of the comforter. Mattress need to be replaced. There was an expected $100 deposit required at the front desk, which I never saw when booking the room, and then when checking out, the girl behind the counter seemed to have trouble getting my deposit back to me. Will not book this hotel again if in the Blue Ash/Cincinnati area again.

We checked in and the guy at the front was great, there was a lady the second night she was great as well. Other than a few times we went to the front desk and no one was there it was great stay

I found the hotel to be clean and the room both clean and comfortable. The people who were working the front desk were very accommodating whenever I needed something.

Hotel OK, stayed several times in the past, this time they couldn't or wouldn't print me a receipt, said they would send it email, OK, but when I get back home I don't have any email, called them and they said for me to call my booking website .I go to the Dr in Cinn. often I will find a different place to stay in the future.

Stayed For Bengals Raiders Game. Wasn't expecting anything spectacular for $70 but I was impressed. Room was clean and comfy and area was quiet! Dining and shopping A1

For the price, this was a good hotel to stay at. The hotel next store was twice the price. Breakfast was below average and on a Sunday they cleared it at 9:30am.
