Stayed for 3 days over Labor Day weekend. Room was spotless and plenty of room. Bed very cozy and great kitchen in room with everything you need. Outdoor pool was great and there’s also a great patio with large gas grill and outdoor fireplace. Breakfast was spot on with plenty of options. I will be back again.

Breakfast was yum, beds were very comfy. Pool access was close to room and made our stay much more fun. Grill was accessible as well but seemed to need cleaning. Everyone greeted us with smiles and answered our questions in a kind manner. Thanks for great time

Everything was great except for the inconvenience of work trucks taking up the parking spaces at the unit we were staying. I feel a notification should have been given prior to our stay as a courtesy. We were advised when we checked in and possibly could’ve been offered a different unit. Thanks!

We stayed just for a night and wish it was longer. Amanda worked at front desk she was very friendly and helpful. The room was just as advertised and the pool was relaxing and a perk it was heated. Definitely recommend staying here!

Kitchen didnt have a baking sheet. We asked and were able to get one. There are built in fireplaces that they said you can buy a synthetic log for but they were out of the logs.

The room was very clean & beds were very comfortable. Loved the layout of room too. But, interior was rather dated & the outside of building was a mess as they were residing/renovating. The pool area was average at best, but they did have a small sports court with basketball hoop. Overall, I’d say we enjoyed our stay.

Nice room, quiet. Lots of space, loved how dishes and cookware was provided. Pool was clean and tidy, lots of seating available, towels provided. Breakfast was all super fresh!

Property was well kept, and the breakfast always looked fresh. Amanda at the desk was very helpful and nice and gave me some information about things in the area. Pool was actually pretty nice as well, water was clean and fairly warm to enjoy. Bed was comfortable and plenty of large pillows. AC kept the room temp constant at whatever setting you decided on. No problems with the door key cards either, which is a nice thing. I will be staying here anytime I come into town to visit friends. Only drawback was exiting the area when wanting to travel North, as traffic was pretty solid during the workday hours.

We were in town for a short stay I don’t have anything to say about the staff, as we did not really deal with much of them, but the room was not clean. The couch had a stain that was sticky. One of the bathroom curtains had toothpaste smeared to it. Multiple spiders in the corners of the bedrooms. The kitchen table was dirty and had crumbs and stains on it. The curtains in one of the bedrooms had a splash stain on it. There was a clothing sticker stuck onto the wall, like someone just pulled it off a pair of jeans and stuck it on the wall. The thermostats was literally hanging off the wall. I didn’t take a photo of everything just quick stuff as I noticed it. We haven’t really ever had a bad experience at a hotel or stayed in one that was dirty until now the walls look very scratched up. There was urine in one of the toilets and wasn’t flushed, I could go on. For having to pay at $250 deposit, which is more than we have had to pay at five star hotels we were shocked at the level of cleanliness we’ll lack there if we will not be back.

Hotel was just okay. Definitely could have been cleaner. Rugs, curtains and couch not very clean. Kitchen and bathroom were clean. Breakfast as not great. Not a great selection. Hotel was close to where we needed to be for a few days. And definitely felt safe.

Pros: cold air conditioning, full-size fridge and freezer, free premium cable for movies etc., big room, nice pool. Cons: Pretty much everything else- Cave-like tub shower combo room with a low ceiling and dark light, stained carpet that needed replaced, schizophrenic decor from area to area that seemed pieced together. The mirrors on both sides of the dressing room area meant no privacy except the “cave”. Kitchen accommodations were good but only for 2 and we had 3 in our party (son). Constant smoke smell in the room that got worse at certain times of the day, definitely an ongoing thing and not something from the past. Beds were OK but not great. Found a few dead bugs on the floor which made me feel better because I don’t think they would’ve been dead if they hadn’t sprayed at least. We had stayed at the Sonesta ES in Flagstaff AZ which was delightful, this definitely didn’t live up to that experience. Feels like an afterthought or a conversion of a different hotel without any luxury feeling at all. I was surprised that it was rated three stars once we got there- I don’t expect for three stars but this doesn’t live up to other three star hotels. I had seen a lot of good reviews of the staff, And they were nice enough but not overly accommodating or eager to serve, more disinterested, if overall benign. We ended up booking another hotel downtown Cincinnati that was much more the type of experience we were looking for the rest of our stay. The place felt like an afterthought.

Curtains in living room were "ripped", along with sheer curtains. At bottom of stairs (outside) there were about 200 cigarette butts on ground. Reported all of this to asst manager who said she'd ask each department to take care of (maintenance, grounds, housekeeping) We don't stay in hotels often. For $450, we expected better quality.

Very friendly staff, easy to get to, right off the highway, and pretty clean. Only issue is the bed, in my opinion, wasnt very comfortable. It wasn't unbearable but just uncomfortable.

The only thing I wasn't happy with is the beds are right next to the sink area where there is no door separating the rooms to block off the light if another person is using that area while the other is sleeping

The front desk was very kind upon check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. My bed was a bit sunken in on the side closest to the closet. The tub has a slow drain so a bath was out of the question. We could hear the people upstairs all night long.

This is the third time I have booked this hotel for a visiting family member, each time with rave reviews. My mother’s recent stay was perfect. Alex, the hotelier who checked her in, was so very helpful and pleasant. My mom loved her stay. I will be having more family stay next week and they have already booked their room on my suggestion. Highly recommend.

My family was here for a quick over night (about 7-8 hour stay). I wish it was longer. The place was big and COMFORTABLE. The kitchen area was a nice size. Front office staff was amazing. Hope to come back some day!

I booked this hotel through HOTELS.COM, when I checked in at the hotel, I was charged an EXTRA $100 that was called a security deposit. It wasn't until AFTER I saw the charge on my credit card, that I noticed this. When I brought this to the hotels attention, they never apologized. They told me that I should have see this in the fine print and they told me "while they had a side conversation with another staff member". They will not be returning my money for 5 business days. On top of this experience, the ENTIRE property was under construction. Every parking lot had equipment all over as well as several parking spots taken up by supplies and vehicles. The breakfast overall was okay. But the set-up was a constant traffic jam. It was very difficult to get to anything if more than TWO people were getting food. Overall, not a great experience. I can overlook some things, but from start to finish, the staff at the desk were not very customer driven. I am still at a loss that they didn't even attempt to offer an apology. Basically telling me this was on me. I wouldn't come back to this location.

Stayed for 3 days over Labor Day weekend. Room was spotless and plenty of room. Bed very cozy and great kitchen in room with everything you need. Outdoor pool was great and there’s also a great patio with large gas grill and outdoor fireplace. Breakfast was spot on with plenty of options. I will be back again.

Very clean, bldg being renovated but we did not encounter any noise. Only odd thing to us was there was no water available at breakfast. We were told we had to go into the workout room if we wanted to get water. Breakfast was very adequate. Would use this facility again.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend to go to King’s Island with some friends and we had a great stay! Customer service was wonderful, breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable and I was surprisingly shocked at how much you got for the price we paid! The room we stayed in was basically a studio apartment! Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave and full sized fridge! A cute little sitting area is provided with plenty of bathroom counter space and I loved how many mirror options they had for getting ready. Would definitely stay again when we come back to King’s Island!

We stayed here to attend the Cincinnati Tennis Open. It was easy travel to and from the stadiums. The morning breakfast offered a basic, but good variety. Easy access to food and gas around the hotel. This might seem petty with all of our devices available, but the tv channel access was terrible. We couldn’t get reception on the same channel each evening, nor was it the same programming. Was just hoping to get a couple of evening matches on a bigger screen.
