I had reserved 3 nights here with Expedia. The hotel only had a room for me for 2 nights and was sold outfor the third night. Also, all ice makers have been removed from the refrigerators in all the rooms and there is no ice machine in the hotel. I ended up going to a local store to buy a bag of ice. Had to pay extra $55 for my dogs that were already registered through Expedia. No ice. No late check out, even though I asked for one in my reservation. Two different staff banging on my door to leave, because it was after check out, after I had already told the 1st I was packing up to leave. Property had signs stating the entire property was non-smoking, yet my room reeked of cigarette smoke.

Property is in good condition. Reception desk all employees are super nice. Stayed for two weeks so house keeping was only on Sundays. Housekeeping was also excellent. There’s ample parking on site.

Check-in, Check-out were fine. We stayed there for 10 nights. Great location to attend the W&S Tennis event. Staff was very nice and friendly. Only problem is roaches. We found several during the first few days, requested them to spray which they did promptly. But, the roaches wouldn't go away. Maintenance person said, it is an old facility and they are trying. But, we can't deal with roaches. Made us uncomfortable.

The couches and table in the suite was dirty. There were also roaches and we left the property where we weren’t given an option for another room. & they still decided to charge us after the fact. The GM didn’t even cooperate after she heard her employee didn’t follow protocol.

The staff are wonderful and the room was clean, clean, clean. It was quiet so I could sleep well. It was disappointing that they don’t serve breakfast anymore, but the kitchenette has dishes, a stove, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cutting board and knives, so it’s easy peasy to fix your own breakfast to your own taste instead of things dried out from being kept hot til you get there. Big fridge and freezer, too. And did I mention it was super-clean?

Immediately upon walking in there was a disgusting stale cigarette odor as well as a dirty, run down appearance. I looked past it and got my keys. In the room it was even worse. The entire hallways smelled, the floors were dirty and that didn’t change when i walked into my room. I couldn’t take the smell, the shower was even stained and dirty. At this point i couldn’t even bring myself to stay there. I left within 15 minutes of checking in and checked out and asked for a possible refund. I was told i would need to speak to a manager and the employee (which was kind) took my information down but yet i never received word from a manager or any of my money back. Will never return.

The room was super clean and smelled clean. Which is so nice when you open the door the first time. The hotel was clean as well. They said queen bed but it definitely was a full size. Still overall nice stay.

The only inconveniences were a toilet that liked to try to run and some incorrect informations given with an online booking. The check out time is 11 in person while the follow up email stated 12 and a full breakfast availability was listed while the hotel only provided hot beverages. The room was clean, decently priced, spacious, and quiet. The full size fridge and little cook in kitchen is a convenience not often provided at this price range. We would absolutely stay again with no hesitation.

I picked this hotel because it was a good price for a full suite, and I was not disappointed. Full kitchen and bath (but tiny sink), living room and separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It was a great place to stay and spread out while I commuted in to Cincinnati (about 12 miles) each day. The manager stayed open until I arrived at 11:30 p.m., which was nice. Only small negative: they apparently don't do much recycling in Ohio, since I wanted to recycle my cans and bottles. But otherwise, it's a great deal if you don't mind the distance from downtown.

It’s semi remodeled. No frills hotel. Was super quiet. Nice to have your own kitchen. My complaint would be the bed, small, uncomfortable and squeaky.

This place is a decent hotel. The tv isn't great, all the channels don't come in. It's getting too pricey for me so I doubt I will stay again!

We stayed here while we we in town for a few nights. The room was very reasonably priced for how big of a space we had. Loved having the fridge. The room had a weird smell but there was a scent plugin helping out with that. It just smelled a little musty and old, maybe smoking occurred in the past. The bed was dated and not very comfortable, but okay for a few nights. The room was clean otherwise. The staff was very kind. The location of the hotel felt safe and was in a good business area where we were close to anything we needed. Bring a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. Our neighboring room had the TV on all night long and it sounded like it was in our room!

Booked the stay for a wedding in the area and I was truly only looking at which one was the cheapest. Not only was this the cheapest one I could find (I did not look at any motels) but I was pleasantly surprised by the room and service quality. The staff was friendly, the hotel had multiple items available to borrow such as hair dryers and air fryers, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well stocked.

This property was perfect for me and my dog Luna. I visited my family for a reunion. Born and raised there but in Fl for 35 yrs. Angela at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. She was very n top of things. Everyone there was very nice and answered without hesitation any questions I had because I had forgotten what was already explained to me. Everything was perfect and for a reasonable price. Great find. Thank you !

Checking is was time consuming, waiting for someone to come to the front desk. They obviously are understaffed and over worked. Room cleaning took until after 3PM to get into room, which was check in time. Staff were pleasant and courteous.

The staff was so nice. They said hello and goodbye to us every time, which was lots. If we needed anything, they were so gracious in helping us. We stayed for eight days. No complaints.

Very poor customer service. No one was at the desk for check in. Waited around, called on phone, no answer. After manager finally came to the desk we never saw anyone who worked there again. We passed by the front desk to unload, walk the dog twice, got the dinner, loaded back up and never saw another employee at the front desk or anywhere else. At night when the front doors are locked our room key did not read at the card reader to get back in. Picked up the provided phone, no one answered. Started to get anxious we were going to be stranded outside. Would have been locked out if not for another guest to help. Bed was old and broken in. Hall smelled like old shoes.

Only small negative: they apparently don't do much recycling in Ohio, since I wanted to recycle my cans and bottles. But otherwise, it's a great deal if you don't mind the distance from downtown.

Our stay was good - The room was spacious but the hallways, elevator and room itself did feel a little dated but this down to personal taste. The staff member on check-in was polite and helpful but we didn’t interact with any other staff member until check-out having only stayed one night. Parking was plenty but this property is not within a walkable distance of much in terms of things to do; not an issue for us but worth considering if you wish to stay and do things locally. We would probably stay again because of the price for what you get considering other hotels locally were priced a lot higher than this property when we booked.

We enjoyed our stay of 5 nights! We picked Cincinnati as the hub because we went to Ark encounter, Creation museum, Charleston W.V and Cincinnati Zoo. It was a wonderful location and good stay! It had a kitchen dinette, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooktop in case you wanted to prepare a meal of your own! We go back if we vacation in that area again! 🙂

Our family stayed here during a trip to Kings Island - the room was nice and clean and the staff was amazing and friendly - the only issue was the hotel does not offer a pool. But that is not such and issue, I would defiantly stay with this hotel location again

We stayed here while we we in town for a few nights. The room was very reasonably priced for how big of a space we had. Loved having the fridge. The room had a weird smell but there was a scent plugin helping out with that. It just smelled a little musty and old, maybe smoking occurred in the past. The bed was dated and not very comfortable, but okay for a few nights. The room was clean otherwise. The staff was very kind. The location of the hotel felt safe and was in a good business area where we were close to anything we needed. Bring a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. Our neighboring room had the TV on all night long and it sounded like it was in our room!

The only inconveniences were a toilet that liked to try to run and some incorrect informations given with an online booking. The check out time is 11 in person while the follow up email stated 12 and a full breakfast availability was listed while the hotel only provided hot beverages. The room was clean, decently priced, spacious, and quiet. The full size fridge and little cook in kitchen is a convenience not often provided at this price range. We would absolutely stay again with no hesitation.

The staff are wonderful and the room was clean, clean, clean. It was quiet so I could sleep well. It was disappointing that they don’t serve breakfast anymore, but the kitchenette has dishes, a stove, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cutting board and knives, so it’s easy peasy to fix your own breakfast to your own taste instead of things dried out from being kept hot til you get there. Big fridge and freezer, too. And did I mention it was super-clean?

The staff are wonderful and the room was clean, clean, clean. It was quiet so I could sleep well. The queen bed room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top, sink, and the cabinets were stocked with dishes needed including a toaster. The room was good size, the bathroom was clean and good size. The area around the hotel is VERY safe ( the hotel sits behind a fire station). There's no breakfast options. There is coffee amd tea option. My only negative was the bed was too firm for me. The staff were very nice and friendly. Good hotel stay for the price. I needed a clean safe very affordable price option for the night and this hotel was it.

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Cincinnati. Blue Ash is a beautiful city. Hotel was your basic no frills hotel. It did the job. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. There is no breakfast, but that is stated when booking.

Room was exceptionally clean, The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. There are no Ice machines, You need to fill Ice cube trays provided with water and freeze it in the freezer provided in room. Check in and check out was very easy. I myself will not stay again in this establishment. (NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST)

For how affordable this hotel was, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice layout that made it feel more comfortable than other extended-stay hotels we’ve used. The air conditioner worked great, the TV was easy to use, and having a kitchenette with a dishwasher and even paper towels provided was a nice bonus. The woman who checked us in was one of the friendliest customer service employees we’ve met in Ohio. She was welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ve stayed at WoodSpring Suites before, but we actually preferred this Mainstay brand It offered more space, had a nicer layout with linoleum flooring, and just felt more comfortable overall. Considering the price, this was an excellent value, and we would definitely stay here again.

Parking is never a problem. It's great having a full size fridge, microwave, cooktop and toaster in the room. The biggest and best asset to Main Stay Blue Ash is the staff. The staff is amazing! Kind, friendly, helpful and HONEST. On my most recent visit I accidentally left my wallet behind. Housekeeping found it and immediately took it to the manager. The manager immediately called me to report my wallet was found... and I hadn't even missed it yet. The manager put it in the Main Stay safe until I returned to pick it up. I'm not sure how many other places can boast of such an honest staff. It has always been the place I like to stay when in the area; and it will continue to be my go-to place. They don't serve breakfast or have a pool, but they make good use of what they do have. (There is a lovely outdoor seating area. And their large flowerpots with blooming flowers makes me feel welcome.) I appreciate their pricing reflects the lack of the extra amenities--they DO NOT price gouge. They charge reasonable, affordable prices. This may seem trivial to some, but I LOVE that I can take a soaking bath AND still watch the TV. (The design of the room is perfect for watching TV no matter where in the room you are.) Nice touch: they have small appliances you can borrow--in case you get the urge to use a slow-cooker for a meal. They're a convenient drive to a big mall, other shopping and restaurants.
