My stay was great. Hotel is in the middle of many dining options and shopping. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was very convenient. Bar tender Kathy was awesome ! Coffee station in the morning by the elevators was perfect !!! Overall a great stay!

My room smelled like smoke, right next to the washer/dryer/ice machine(which was out of order), water damage in the ceiling stains on the wall, stains on the couch, pool and hot tub out of order for the whole stay. Staff upon arrival was not check in receptionist, but neither acknowledge that i was there or said someone would be with me and had an odd personal conversation in front of me. Waited several more minutes before receptionist came out. The best part was checking out of that place. They were great about that and very helpful. Thank goodness.

We were very disappointed the hot tub was cold and jets didn’t work properly. Also after driving 800 miles we looked for in-house restaurant and bar area. Was told after arriving that the cook and bartender didn’t show up. Pool was warmer than the hot tub but clean and relaxing. Beds were comfortable.

Great stay but if Hot Tub was in service the over all rating would be a 5 star but since it was out of service and was given a heads up 2 out of 5. Everything else was great at the hotel.

Well, the check in person wasn't very friendly. She basically just gave us room key and said what room we were in.....No Hi, How are you, Nothing about the restaurant hours, Breakfast or even check out time. The lobby carpet was stained and dirty, the couch was also dirty and worn out. Our room .....Couch was well used, Bathroom had holes in wall where TP holder used to be, A non professional caulking job was I guess holding up wallpaper? And the reason we booked there was because it had restaurant and bar in site, When we went down for dinner......It wasn't open!

Used to love staying here until our most recent trip. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and i made the mistake of looking behind it. Entire wall was covered in black mold, wife who has asthma was appalled.

We first got into our room, it smelled awful, but we had to leave for an event. We got back 3 hours later and it was worse. I went to unpack and noticed on the ceiling and running down the wall was black mold. Also, the shower was dripping constantly. We went to the front desk and she was gracious enough to move us. In that room it was better, but when we got up the next morning, we noticed there was black mold all around the base of the shower. My husband said the faucet was dripping all night long and had to put a towel down to buffer the sound.

When I walked into the room there was a bunch of hair on the bathroom floor, I stayed in room 214 and in the corner of the ceiling it looked like there was a leak from the room above and the ceiling looked like there was mold on it! The pool was dirty and there was a strong smell of chlorine. We also sat on the patio and the landscape was dirty!! Was not impressed by this hotel!

There was dust and dirt on the headboards. The bathroom tub had hair and not clean. The toilet paper holder was broken and would not hold toilet paper. The sick was backing up. The air conditioner has thick dust on it I was given a garbage bag to hold the ice.

Mostly good. Compared to the other Holiday Inn properties we stayed in (3) on our trip this was our least favorite. Broken toilet paper holder in the bathroom, no blackout shade on the window, mold in the shower. Reading light broken, no grab bars where they are needed. The other hotels were great, this was a disappointment and the rate was higher.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Cleanest Holiday Inn we've probably ever stayed at. The only issue was at check in and it was no fault of the hotel and they worked to correct it as quickly as possible.

Our King Queen $200/50 room had a filthy sofa, broken sink faucet, dove liquid soaps that were not refilled or working, cobwebs in the corners and broken pieces of drywall on the floor, the ice machine on our floor (5) was out of order/service. The room was overpriced and disappointing, the mini fridge was dirty inside. The elevator was quite institutional like an old hospital feel -- TJ's was accomodating, but really we should be refunded or given some free room/stay credit vouchers...the property is not well kept a two-star rating is generou for what should have been a solid three.**

Just a note ... Everything was great except, the slow-flushing toilet and the heater was unbearably loud when it kicked on. However, the toilet still flushed, and the heater did work. The staff was wonderful.

It was 11:30 at night and the room next to me had blaring music and the sounds of what I can only guess to be furniture being flung around the room. I called the front desk to complain and after looking into it, they called me back and said it was maintenance fixing some plaster, at 11:30 at night?! I was told it was over, but far from it, next I got the sounds of a vacuum, more furniture being thrown around and loud music being pumped through the walls! (I recorded the entire thing)

Had to change rooms cause the heat didn’t work. TV was really small. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Door handle for bathroom was falling off. Rusty toilet paper holder. Jacuzzi tub was broke. My family left at 3:00am cause nobody could sleep of being uncomfortable with the beds and pillows. I feel like I threw $131 in the trash.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. The condition of the room was not great. Room darkening curtain was broken. Luckily I wear a sleep mask. Non functional lights, patches on the wall in the bathroom, carpet was gross. The bed was pretty comfy though.

Well, the check in person wasn't very friendly. She basically just gave us room key and said what room we were in.....No Hi, How are you, Nothing about the restaurant hours, Breakfast or even check out time. The lobby carpet was stained and dirty, the couch was also dirty and worn out. Our room .....Couch was well used, Bathroom had holes in wall where TP holder used to be, A non professional caulking job was I guess holding up wallpaper? And the reason we booked there was because it had restaurant and bar in site, When we went down for dinner......It wasn't open!

My stay was great. Hotel is in the middle of many dining options and shopping. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was very convenient. Bar tender Kathy was awesome ! Coffee station in the morning by the elevators was perfect !!! Overall a great stay!

Convenient location. A better hotel for the price than many along the highway. The surrounding area has many fast food restaurants, but nothing better than that--except for the restaurant in the hotel. The downside is the restaurant. I don't think it's managed by the hotel, but the food was not very good and quite expensive for what they served.

We were very disappointed the hot tub was cold and jets didn’t work properly. Also after driving 800 miles we looked for in-house restaurant and bar area. Was told after arriving that the cook and bartender didn’t show up. Pool was warmer than the hot tub but clean and relaxing. Beds were comfortable.

Very clean, Front Desk very pleasant and attentive. Home made cookies at front desk upon late arrival. Restaurant breakfast was just ok for being a bit overpriced. All and all , nice establishment and would definitely recommend.

My daughter was having surgery at the hospital close to the hotel. We spent the night at the hotel because she had to be at the hospital at 5:00 am. It was so convenient. From the time we arrived, we felt very welcome. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. It was perfect for our overnight stay. We did not eat at the restaurant, but we heard the food is very good. We checked out at 4:30 the next morning with no problem. We will definitely stay there again.

My room was still a little dirty. My room smelled a little musty and smelled sewer in the bathroom when I showered. Rest of hotel that I saw seemed great. Was disappointed the hot tub wasn’t working. This was my second time there with about a year in between and it was still down.
