The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, even when my 2 year old got a little messy with her breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and my kids loved the pool. Very family friendly, would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is excellent and first class from the moment you arrive. Greeted by warm cookies, customer friendly check-in, and a wonderful spacious room. So clean. Bathroom spacious and shower excellent. Hot Buffet breakfast was incredible. Pool and fitness room if you want it. Enjoy!

This was a well kept up place with a nice pool and a good breakfast included. the desk folks were friendly and kept the chocolate chip cookies hot and available. There was also ample choices of restaurants in the neighborhood.

The breakfast was excellent. But, the more important thing was the friendly staff, including the housekeeping. And it was the cleanest place we've stayed! I'd love to give it 25 stars!

The staff at this Hampton was rude. The bald bearded guy and the young lady with the brown permed hair that worked the counter were horrible. The room had a dirty sock under the bed, piles of dust in the blow dryer and a wrapped up aluminum foil in the desk. The only good thing about this place was the location and Thomas. I met the owner on my way out, didn’t complain then. Nice guy. The maids definitely need better training and those two clowns I mentioned earlier could take a few lessons from the chick Fil A employees. My family always stayed at this Hampton (wife is a Hampton awards holder) but now are staying elsewhere. Again hats off to Thomas - he is top notch!!

Breakfast was great! Only thing that could have made it better would have been bacon, but we enjoyed the chicken sausage. The room was exceptionally clean, staff are amazing as always! We come back to this same hotel every time we are in town!

Excellent hotel with east access to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was very low water pressure in the shower. All in all, we would most certainly stay at this hotel again.

We had to travel from MI to PA for a wedding we were lot looking forward to. After the wedding we decided to try to make some fun out of the trip. So we found an area magazine as Youngstown is about halfway. Our 8 year old saw an ad for this hotel and chose it because it was “award winning”. He made a great choice and I can see why it’s award winning! Clean, spacious, and close to many restaurants. Our stay was relaxing and fun. It was nice after a day of family stress haha. We will definitely stay here again if we have to go back to the east coast and need a halfway stop!

We had a beautiful room that was well maintained. We especially appreciated the noon check-out time. Gave us the opportunity to enjoy the delicious breakfast buffet without feeling rushed. We will definitely stay here again!

Paid $320 for a Suite. Jacuzzi tub was broke , and the Fan that controls the Heat was broke in not one, but both rooms. I had 2 kids with me who were all unpacked. Didn’t even bother going and letting front desk know as it wouldn’t cha be my stay because no other suites available and we would have had to pack up . Very unfortunate

Like: Cookies at the front desk! Recommend: Tell guests about the window curtains. I tried to tug and pull the outer, visible curtains shut, but no--they wouldn't budge. So we had to do with bright lights coming through the window all night long. Not good for sleep. Little did I realize that there was a hidden set of curtains behind the visible curtains. Oh well-- next time I'll know better.

I came for a weekend. I will say staff is friendly . Very clean room which is very important to me . The free breakfast was not that great but atleast they tried. But the most problem for me was the bed . Super firm hard as a rock bed. If you have back issue just be aware.

This hotel is reasonable priced and is convenient to areas I visit. There were issues with the shower gel not being refilled prior to arrival and with the dispenser for hand soap falling off the wall. In addition, the staffing was very limited and I had to change my own sheets.

We were in town for a dance competition and everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff encouraged my daughter and her dance and made us feel beyond welcome. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

We were impressed with the facilities, the breakfast, and the staff. Our room was comfortable, clean, and in great order! The immediate area is rather drab (suburban sprawl, parking lots and fast food) but there are several good restaurants walkable from the hotel. The desk staff were especially pleasant and present.

Everything about this hotel is excellent and first class from the moment you arrive. Greeted by warm cookies, customer friendly check-in, and a wonderful spacious room. So clean. Bathroom spacious and shower excellent. Hot Buffet breakfast was incredible. Pool and fitness room if you want it. Enjoy!

Best waffles in town! Their secret is the waffle batter with cinnamon. Worth the stay on its own! Staff was helpful and considerate and facilities were clean and comfortable.

Family friendly, spacious rooms, 2 sinks in our room! As a family of four we really enjoyed all of it. I didn’t give a perfect score because the coffee machines were broken during breakfast. There wasn’t any apparent activity toward fixing them: As a mom of three that is my morning lifeline so it was a bummer. But there are single serve coffee machines in room. Not the same as the coffee brewed at the breakfast bar but an option as a back up.

We arrived late and left early. Both the check in and check out process were easy and fast. People were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was clean. The only even slightly negative thing I can say is that the lobby coffee was super weak. Other than that, we are satisfied and will definitely come back.

Very clean comfortable place to stay. I was impressed by the “brag book” of famous athletes and celebrities who have stayed here. Mike was extremely helpful in explaining that are room was away from elevator because it was a studio suite and regular rooms are closer. Breakfast bar was fantastic. Clean fresh food. Hot coffee in morning hit the spot. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Very nice location. We will be back and would recommend to anyone.

When I checked in the front desk, notified me that all of the elevators were out of order and had not been working for the past two days. In addition to that, the system was down, so none of our cards work to enter into our rooms. They would have to manually walk with us up to the room to let us in. The staff was amazing and very helpful through all of this, and the situations that were beyond their control. However, it would’ve been nice to have known these issues were going on when I booked the room. When I checked out, I was disappointed because I thought they would at least offer a slight discount on the room or a gift card towards a future stay and they did not offer anything.

Great stay. Room was clean and roomy. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. My only complaint and it’s a minor hitch was that the building’s side door couldn’t be accessed through electronic key. I checked with front desk attendant who reactivated the key but it still did not work. Otherwise a perfect visit which I’d recommend to anyone at the price.
