Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Downtown Area

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had an issue. This visit was a little different the wall outlets were sketchy with one missing its cover which left an open hole in the wall. We did find bugs in the room which was a first. It just needed some extra TLC. Staff however were amazing

This hotel was a bad choice on my part. First, a bridge NEXT to the hotel is being torn dorn. A crew was using a jack hammer after midnight Friday night to destroy the concrete. We heard trucks working during the night and could not sleep. Our air condioner rattled due to age. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was loud. The outlet in the bathroom was broken, and the room really was not clean. They dont do daily or even ever other day maid service. Both bathrooms in the lobby area were broken, the door from the dirty parking garage to the hotel is broken.

I didn’t do breakfast overall the experience was not great due to the age the upkeep and overall cleanliness I’m not a picky person at all but this place was rough our bathroom had something on the trip that may or may not have been poop idk it was just bad

Everything worked as it should. The rooms block little noise. Our room smelled like it was a favorite of the Marlboro Man in the 80's. The breakfast area is small and not well organized for a crowd.

The room was clean and the staff was nice but they gave me the wrong room. I paid for a king size bed. They put me in a room with a Queen. The windows were filthy to where you couldn't even see outside barely. I just expected better and the ice machines weren't working on the floors.
