For the price per night I was a little shocked to see pitted and rusty bathroom components, no fan in the bathroom so way too much condensation, the mirror in the bathroom is peeling from the glass really bad, needs replaced for sure. It’s the little things that need attention to keep charging the high prices

Not enough staff. No one at the check in desk for about 10 minutes when we arrived. No one answered the phone. Drunk bar patron accosted us while we waited for someone to assist us with check in. Everyone we did come across was very helpful and kind. Simply not enough working to handle the workload.

The front desk staff was very helpful, the first kid I dealt with at the valet stand not so much, but the next valet was great. The room looked nothing like the pictures, not updated and in rough shape, but the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The parking was terrible, they expect you to make a 180 degree turn in a tunnel about as wide as my pinky. Also really a pain to get to the amenities from the rooms with the weird elevator security lol. I'd stay there again though just for the beds!
