Best Western Clermont

Our room was very clean, quiet, and overall comfortable. The door opens to the outside just FYI. Overall, no issues with this stay.

Good place to go and by the next day or three days; if you are interested in moving to Cincinnati; meaning if you are spending time for business purposes on town is a place to stay; but for vacation 😉 is not. The staff were good, the room service lady and husband were friendly and efficient. Breakfast is good. Although, there was a night that we came and we couldn't park; because a U-haul truck was taking 4 parking spaces; unfortunately the service desk gentleman did not want to leave the counter because he was the only one person at night.

It was an older property but very well maintained. Clean room, daily fresh towels, comfortable bed. The location was very convenient for us, visiting family and friends and shopping at Jungle Jim’s the best supermarket in the USA. Would go back any time, no complaints, highly recommend.

Decent large rooms, mostly old, beds are terrible, nice breakfast

It is supposed to be pet friendly hotel, but there’s no trash cans anywhere around the property to throw away used dog bags except in the middle of pet relief area. Disposal cans were placed in the middle of the field and you cannot get there unless you walk on the water logged grass. I guess they try to make things easier for themselves for not letting people empty trash from their cars, but isn’t it part of the hospitality business?
