Room didn’t have any towels, went downstairs and asked the front desk for towels they said I could only have one. The room smelled of mold, found multiple spots of mold growing Found stains on bedding. I paid for a king size bed, when I went to check in I was told that room wasn’t available anymore, and got put in a smoking room that had two small beds which is not what I paid for, when I asked about getting some sort of a credit due to the room change he told he couldn’t do anything and to have a nice day. Very unkind, unhelpful, poor customer service.

My room was dirty. The shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in over a year and had crusty red fungi clinging to it. The bathroom too was overall hard to believe in terms of a franchise with a recognizable name. It looked like it was some kind of utility room turned into a bathroom but keeping the industrial drains--ugh I cringe thinking about it. The bed was creaky and uneven. The sheets and towels were mercifully clean. The furniture was old, worn, mismatched. The walls had many dirty spots, even stickers people had put on them over time. I put up with it but don't plan to stay there again.

I did not stay here. It was disgusting. Room smelled like bleach and wet dog. Carpets were not vacuumed. Hundreds of flying insects in room. I asked for another room and it didn’t smell as bad as the first room but was dirty and had those same flying insects. Got a refund and went to stay somewhere else.

Bugs, dirty rags in the shower, dirt, peeling paint. The mattress was hard, and loud. The whole experience was gross. We ended up cutting the stay short because we couldn't sleep.

The bathrooms needed remodeling. Lots of stains on the tubs. Dead bug on floor. Sprayed Lysol everywhere since we were afraid of bedbugs. Hotel was run down. The floor boards in one room were separated from the wall. I don’t think we will stay here again!

It isn’t a great place by any means but it’s the cheapest around so you get what you pay for I guess. Not even upset just a nasty room though. Multiple burn holes in bed sheets. There was a cigarette on the floor. The floors are dirty, I was hesitant to step on floor without socks. Basically, if you’re down bad and your back is against the wall this place will do. But don’t expect cleanliness by any regard.

The first room had a king mattress that was worn out and extremely uncomfortable. They moved me to another room with okay bed, but had over a dozen roaches. Night shift girl at front desk came and spent 45 minutes moving furniture & thoroughly spraying bug killer. She was very kind. Next morning, more roaches.

Don't stay here. My toilet was missing pieces. There was hair everywhere and it was filthy. Drug deals outside my room all night long. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Bed was uncomfortable and smells funny. The front desk clerk was making breakfast and coffee in the foyer with no shoes or socks. I will sleep in my car before I go here again.

I booked a few weeks in advance. When I arrived I was told no rooms were available for the specifications that I booked. I was offered an accessible room of the same type. I said okay and was then told none of those rooms were available either. They wanted to charge me the difference for the room I ended up getting. On to the room. Stink bugs on the wall and sun flower seed shells on the bathroom floor. You can even clearly see outside through the gaps around the door. I'm certain it will be a fight to get my deposit back do to the staffs mixups on my room. At least it was really quiet.

Checkin was great with friendly staff. Then, the room with sticky floors. The king bed had a box spring with factory plastic still on it. The mattress was one of the ten worst we have ever had in a motel. The springs were quite painful since most of the batting was gone. The mattress was encased in a bag which prevented our attempt to locate a mfr tag. Should have been replaced before the Obama admin.

Staff was super friendly! However, when we got into our room, the heat was set at 80, and the bed was so uncomfortable we ended up checking out at 5am. As soon as I laid in the bed, the springs went straight in my back. Shower would only work on ice cold or blistering hot. It was a good hotel to sleep for a couple hours, wouldn’t stay again.

I didn't stay there, used the app to get a non smoking room with a bigger room. When I went to check in, the guy at the desk said he only had one smoking room. The website showed multiple rooms available. He offered to let me see the room before we checked in. When I went in the room the putrid cigarette smoke was too overwhelming and the toilet was running constantly. I told him I couldn't stay there and he said no problem, call Hotels.com and they will call the hotel, he would tell them I didn't stay and the charge would be refunded. I used the chat option to contact customer service and they tried to call the hotel. The person at the chat said someone picked the phone up and it got disconnected. I told her he was there as it was watching the desk guy from my car through the window. The desk guy told the customer service representative that I cannot get a refund, totally lied to me. I didn't book a smoking room. I didn't stay at the hotel. The desk worker told me to go ahead and try to get the charge reversed with my credit card in a taunting way. Finally when I told the chat person that I would be filling a complaint with the state, she disconnected the chat. Not sure I will use this app again. They are advertising rooms that not available.

There were 2 homeless people out in front of the lobby upon our arrival. 1 was smoking and drinking a bottle of wine. The photos did not correctly represent the appearance of the hotel. The lobby smelled. We walked back out the door and left. Felt very unsafe and dirty.

The staff was very kind but the room was very run down. The shower faucet was falling out of the wall, there was dust and dirt on the light fixtures, paint peeling and cigarette butts outside every where. If you’re traveling as a solo female do not stay here. The clientele was shady.

The staff was very kind but the room was very run down. The shower faucet was falling out of the wall, there was dust and dirt on the light fixtures, paint peeling and cigarette butts outside every where. If you’re traveling as a solo female do not stay here. The clientele was shady.

This motel is for transients and drug addicts. The people next door to me were camped out all day and night in front of their door, which means I could hear their late night and early morning conversations. They had a nice pile of cigarette butts in a bowl on the ground, next to a beat-up work truck with a flat tire. How nice. The room was plain, and the sights and sounds were a little discomforting, but it worked for my purposes and it was cheap. Even so, I would never stay here again.

We left as soon as we walked in the door. Dirty and small room with broken furniture and fixtures. The light about the bed was held up with tissue packets. Unsafe area.

Do not stay here!!! Absolutely not safe. People living in hotel, sketchy individuals hanging out in the parking lot, and holes punched in entry door. Bathroom was dirty with mold and another hole punched in door. Lifted up the bed and it looks like they have a bug problem. Pretty upset that as of right now Expedia will not refund my money.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! There were dead bugs on the sink counter, splatters all over the walls, stains on the bed, the carpet was caked with dirt, the whole place is disgusting. On top of that there’s lots of weekly/monthly renters so it’s a seedy area. We left right away. NO REFUND WAS GIVEN! It would be cleaner to stay in a barn.

Don't stay here. My toilet was missing pieces. There was hair everywhere and it was filthy. Drug deals outside my room all night long. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Bed was uncomfortable and smells funny. The front desk clerk was making breakfast and coffee in the foyer with no shoes or socks. I will sleep in my car before I go here again.

Clean and decent property. We only had 3 pillows in the room for 4 people. The desk clerk wouldn’t give us another one. We were only sleeping there for 8 hours.

The furniture is falling apart. The big light over the bed was “glued” on with caulk, about to fall off if the wall was bumped. The shower curtain smelled sour. The bed, so bad, it was like sleeping on box springs. No cups in the room. No access to an ice machine. The cleaning staff appears to be trying to keep up but the mold and mildew stains aren’t coming off. The towels were clean, refrigerator worked more like a freezer, ac was good, shower was hot. In essence it needs a full renovation. It leases check out the bed, etc, in room 110.

The room was a non smoking room, full of smoke and every sheet/ cover on bed had several burn holes. No remote for tv. Water stains on sealing. Right after checking I was approached by someone who lived there giving me there work history and telling me what they ( man and woman) could do.
