Hotel is under going renovation. Still needs some work.

I booked 2 rooms via hotels.com and showed the staff my verification. They only had 1 room reserved. It worked out but the mix up took a long time to rectify. My sink had no soap so I had to ask for some. The window was open in my room so it was 59 degrees in the room when I checked in. Towels are very scratchy! Breakfast was horrible! If there was any other option in this area when visiting family I would never go back here.

Cheyenne was running the desk at the time of our visit. She was very helpful and very polite. The hotel was undergoing some renovations at the time that we were there. But they were not an interruption to our stay. The rooms were clean and very well sanitized. I felt very comfortable staying there with my children. The prices were phenomenal compared to the hotels in the area. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was horrible! Waffle machine was clogged and wasn’t coming out. No OJ at breakfast just Apple and Cranberry Juice.

Room was ok, floor was uneven in the room we were in so the bed was on a tilt. Pool was closed, but looks like a nice area when open. The fitness room is outdated, equipment broken down to the point it needs replaced (electronics would not turn on on the electrical), the bike display was busted in, no treadmill.
