Breakfast was good, staff was nice. Beds were comfy nice tv. My family enjoyed their stay. We also took advantage and used the gym that was offered with your stay, good equipment.

Stay was fine overall. Room was clean enough and I wasn't expecting too much beyond that at this price point. Issue I had, however, was hotel was supposed to be non-smoking yet the lobby smelled like there had been a smoker's convention. My room only had a faint scent, so I was able to tolerate it but was dismayed when I found the exercise room had concentrated the scent to the point where I gagged when I walked into the room. I was unable to utilize the excercise room.

Stay was fine overall. Room was clean enough and I wasn't expecting too much beyond that at this price point. Issue I had, however, was hotel was supposed to be non-smoking yet the lobby smelled like there had been a smoker's convention. My room only had a faint scent, so I was able to tolerate it but was dismayed when I found the exercise room had concentrated the scent to the point where I gagged when I walked into the room. I was unable to utilize the excercise room.

Floorswere dirty, towels were stained, washcloths one hadwhat looked like grease stains on it another one had a plastic type wire woven in it and looked like it had meltedin the dryer. Ivit would have been used would proba ly scratched or cut someone. Will never stay at quality inn again.

The rooms are comfortable, great air conditioning, hot water in the shower and we really apreciated. What I didn't like was the cigarrette smell this place has since we arrived and opened the main entrance doors. The common area carperts looked dirty. The room smelled like cigarettes too.

The lobby had a terrible odor, very dated, the furniture was dirty. The breakfast foods were very limited and not restocked. The room was not very clean and the furniture was dirty. The bathroom door could not be fully opened because it hit the toilet. Coffee , tea and toiletries were not restocked.

The check-in was quick and easy and the front desk person was very nice. My room was labeled as No Smoking but it smelled of very stale smoke. Reminded me to bring an air freshener on my next trip. The room was mostly clean although the nightstand had a greasy spot. I also noticed that the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic, which probably defeats its purpose (unless you're trying to get around the no smoking rule). Overall, I would still stay here again as it was remarkably quiet and located away from main roads and the interstate.

The place is showing its age. The showerhead leaked profusely, and it was obvious there had been several attempts to stop it (without hiring a professional). The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Room was clean. Tub tap dripped. Bed comfortable. Spots on bedspread. Needs higher wattage bulbs. A/C works well and not too noisy. Lobby and parking lot need a LOT more lighting but that, of course, would show up how terribly old and shabby it all is. We had two separate stays in the same weekend because we checked out and family decided to stay longer so we checked back in. The first night we were skeptical because the lobby smelled like someone had just smoked a joint. The front desk staff was nice and helpful, and checked us in quickly without making us feel rushed. We entered the back stairwell from the parking lot, which looked like it was under construction because there were mattresses and lamps in the hall, smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke, and was not clean at all (luckily it’s closed off by two doors so we could avoid that hall the rest of the stay). Our room was decently clean but there were weird spots on the wall and curtains. The beds were very clean so I wasn’t concerned about the walls/curtains. The chair was missing from the corner of the room but we weren’t going to be hanging out much so we weren’t worried about it. A/C worked very well. The second room was not as good. Had the same weird wall/curtain spots but in different areas. The bathroom was in need of repair (clearly just slapped some caulk and sloppy paint in areas that needed repair) The room smelled intensely of wet dog- someone clearly had an animal in there. The A/C didn’t work very well; didn’t keep the room very cold or circulate the air enough so it still had that weird wet dog smell kind of lingering. It was too late in the day for us to switch the room. Overall for both days, breakfast was good- both hot and cold options.

The property was fine with the exception of the toilet. It was a very small toilet more appropriate for a daycare. Other than that it was quiet and clean. Nice breakfast area. Good place for an overnight stay. The only problem we had was the Check-in going through Expedia. I know I had in the right date but it was put under another date. It took a lot of time to get that transferred to the correct date. I will not use Expedia again.

The staff at the front desk was great! My room had a strong smell of bleach but after about 30 minutes with the window open it was tolerable. Several of the light fixtures weren’t working but everything else in the room was fine. A good place to stay at a reasonable price.

I reserved a non-smoking room but when I arrived, they lied and said I chose a smoking. I reviewed the room I reserved, and it was non-smoking listed on the reservation email. The service was terrible, the hotel was dirty, the linens were stained, and the shower didn't work well. I will never stay there again.

The check-in was quick and easy and the front desk person was very nice. My room was labeled as No Smoking but it smelled of very stale smoke. Reminded me to bring an air freshener on my next trip. The room was mostly clean although the nightstand had a greasy spot. I also noticed that the smoke detector was wrapped in plastic, which probably defeats its purpose (unless you're trying to get around the no smoking rule). Overall, I would still stay here again as it was remarkably quiet and located away from main roads and the interstate.

From the beginning to end this place was alright..staff was courteous I asked for a few extra things and got them with no problem.. location was perfect, close to everything I'll definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. Tub tap dripped. Bed comfortable. Spots on bedspread. Needs higher wattage bulbs. A/C works well and not too noisy. Lobby and parking lot need a LOT more lighting but that, of course, would show up how terribly old and shabby it all is. Ground floor room was under a weight room or vending or something and there was noise all night long. Staff very friendly and quick. Coffee in breakfast room undrinkable, bad quality. Fridge clean and cold. Neighborhood too sketchy to walk in.

Cigarett butts all over the entry….really disgusting! Dining room not very nice and no one keeping an eye on things at breakfast. No eggs, sausage etc. and limited breads choices. The whole place was not very nice …our room clean however.

I stayed here three nights while delivering my child to Oberlin College. It's not exactly a pastoral or small-town setting. But the hotel was fine. Decent rooms, decent breakfast. I considered booking something more expensive. I am glad I booked this place instead.

Our biggest issue was noise from outside and hallway even at 11 pm. Not many options for breakfast. Inside of hotel look very old and not maintained well. Room and bed was quite clean.Overall the stay was decent.

This place sucks. No elevator to the second floor. Carpet in the rooms are disguising, that my new pair of socks were dirty after on walking on that carpet from the bed to the restroom. When I went to the front desk, the clerk was laying on the guess couch barefooted. He then threatened to call the Police on me because I complained about the cleanliness of my room and facility. You literally had to warm your own breakfast omelet up in a microwave because they were half frozen. I have proof of all of these things. I also had hair in my shower and when I saw the Manager the next morning he basically said the condition of my room is normal and I spoke in a very calmly manner with him and let him know that this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Nothing about this place is proper. I requested a full refund for my stay and as of today after paying $265 for my room I was refunded only $51 dollars.

The room was clean but needed some help. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the hook was missing. The back of the hotel was cluttered with debris. The breakfast was just okay. But the clerk who checked us in was wonderful. Extremely pleasant. Went out of her way to be helpful. She gets A+.
