there was no elevator to go upstairs the guy said also he said breakfast would be bacon juice etc there was none no bacon no orange juice no shampoo in the room smallest towels i ever seen but the bed was clean and the room was cool and clean so its a solid 3.5 stars staff was nice

No elevator and the stairwell carpets need cleaning. No security cameras by the well-worn side exit doors. Paint splatters on the hall carpets. Paint splatters on bathroom door, missing grout in bathroom tiles. Hot water only for 30 seconds. Room clean & neat, floor beat-up.

I was really put off by the exterior and surrounding area. Once inside our room was clean and roomy and the air conditioning worked great. Of note though. It is not handicap accessible to get to the second floor, no elevator. Building is also not handicap accessible.

The parking behind the building felt a little unsafe. We were the only car most of the time and a man who looked to be homeless was sitting on a bench back there.

Beds were comfortable. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and when you open the door of the fridge, it smelled really bad. Makes me think that they didn’t clean it or else they would knew it stunk. They put us on 2nd floor and didn’t have elevators so had to pack all of our things up the stairs. When I went down to inform about the fridge, nobody was there and even tried calling them. Got bit by fleas due to this being pet friendly. Water was hot.

This hotel had an excellent rating on Expedia and the pictures looked like it was clean and had a nice gym. It was completely misleading and didn’t look anything like the pictures. Our room was never cleaned, towels not replaced, or garbage taken out during our stay. Surrounding doors into the building we’re left propped open even after I informed the manager. Felt pretty unsafe. Never going back.

The wi-if is basically non existent, even if you join you can’t get anything. The hotel is a maze, you go in one door and you can not always get to your room. We were on the second floor and had to go up the stairs that was on the opposite side of our room, was told the room was at the top of the stairs, as I have a very difficult time with stairs and walk is not great! Also the key did not work on the outside doors. Not just ours!

I had to request another room due to a migration of fruit flies. After the transition, the same issue persisted. I had to set out several traps, but that wasn't enough! Housekeeping has to be requested upon which they do not service your room, but they only provide new towels and wash cloths. Additionally, there was the lingering smell of Marijuana in the hallway that seeped into my room on the 1st floor. I strongly recommend that you bring your own cleaning supplies!

Room was dirty but mostly with hair! Hair in the bed, towels and all over the floor. Floor in room obviously want mopped either as old spills were noticeable. Had to turn fridge temp up and wait several hours before it finally got cold enough to chill soda once I put them in. They did have breakfast items but at 7am the "hot" items were FAR from hot. Other then that toiletries were provided, no bugs (from what I could see) tv worked, a/c and heat worked, quiet rooms, close to wright Patterson afb and restaurant near by. Not horrible but not great either. Could use work on cleaning

I felt nice and safe. However, the cleanliness of the room was less than satisfactory. I had to do another wipe down. The walls had sweat stains and the floorboard seemed to be glued down with something black. And another room’s floor was like that as well. I felt like they needed to use a toilet bowl brush and wipe down the bathroom appliances. It’s like they straightened up the room rather than cleaning it.

Outside of property was falling apart , bricks were falling from columns. Inside room, floor was not swept up and had visible floor stains that could have been cleaned with a good mopping.

The room clearly wasnt cleaned before. There were parts of the floor that had water damage which was never repaired and also areas of the floor that werent mopped. When I arrived the toilet was not flushing properly. When I told the front desk, they just handed me a plunger. The lady had no intentions of making things right. The hallways smelled terrible. In fact, they had an air freshener plugged in on the floor in the hallway by the rooms.As far as noise, between babies crying, dogs barking in the next room and the herd of people either slamming doors or stampeding through the hallways after 10pm, there also was no quiet time enforced during sleeping hours. If I could give this negative stars, I would. For $285 for 2 nights, you would expect all of that to not have happened.

The property was not properly sanitized and located in a junkie area. You can tell the bed sheets are not cleaned, smelled like they spray cleaner on the them. The floors were very dirty as well as the bathroom. The pictures are super deceiving. You can tell this is more for junkies and x-rated activities. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Clean room. I say check in. Plenty of towels. However, thin walls: the guy on the second floor woke me up with his snoring; at 6am there was someone who pulled into the parking lot with music blaring very loudly for quite a while. My room was close to the hotel laundry facilities. Employees would go in there to talk over the sound of the dryers. There were some electrical outlet covers missing. I don’t know about the breakfast since I didn’t eat there.

Rude staff. Foul odors masked by lots of chemicals. Paper-thin walls (you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms). Paid for four nights and left the first morning and they wouldn’t refund my unused nights. I will never stay at a “Quality” Inn again.

My biggest issue with the hotel in Fairborn, Ohio was the poor WIFI connection. Continually would drop out or not connect at all. Breakfast was not that good, Staff failed to point out that maid service was ony upon request with my 3 night stay, so it didn't happen until half way through my stay there. Would not go back there.

The deposit for "incidentals" was $100. The room wasn't even that much. Their ice machine was broke for a while. Beds were hard and the AC unit only reached a certain coolness which with the bed being hard, it was also hot, so the sleep was minimal.

The hotel held value for the price. Room was clean, bedding updated and bed was very comfortable. AC worked well on a hot weekend. The area is about 20 minutes away from anything . . Area around the hotel was a bit run down and industrial like. Worth noting for some one who is looking into getting a room here.

Didn’t stay! After a long travel day we arrived at 7pm and there was not a soul around, front door was unlocked with a sign directing us to dial 0 on the lobby phone, which I did, the phone at the empty desk rang announcing “call from lobby”. No humans arrived. Being understanding we waited, my phone was dead so used their juice to locate another place to stay. I booked 2 nights and they got 0. Dodged a bullet with that one.

We had a broken lock and was moved to another room I said smelled like smoke. The front desk insisted no on smokes but we smelled it through the bathroom vents. Around the toilet base it was also dirty. I showed the front desk pictures but they didn’t seem concerned.

All of the staff i interacted with were friendly. Room was clean and cute. Water was definitely hot and with good water pressure. The free breakfast was good. Conveniently located close to 675 and I70. Good halfway point between dayton and columbus

I booked two rooms for four nights at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were given rooms on the second floor. I asked where the elevator was and was told there wasn’t one. I explained that we had an elderly guest who couldn’t use stairs and requested rooms on the first floor. They said none were available. When we got to the assigned rooms, one of the doors was wide open, which immediately raised safety concerns. Given the lack of accessibility and this alarming discovery, I decided not to stay and booked another hotel within 10 minutes of arriving. When I went to the front desk to request a refund, they told me the rooms were non-refundable. Only after I explained we were leaving did they offer rooms on the first floor—by then, I had already made other arrangements and no longer felt comfortable staying. Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to resolve this. The manager avoided my calls for days, and when I finally reached him, he told me the owner would not approve a full refund and refused to let me speak with the owner directly. I paid for four nights in two rooms that I never used due to accessibility issues, safety concerns, and poor customer service. All I want is a fair refund.

Our third time staying here. Nothing fancy by any means. However, staff is always great. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nice little breakfast spread as well.

All of the staff i interacted with were friendly. Room was clean and cute. Water was definitely hot and with good water pressure. The free breakfast was good. Conveniently located close to 675 and I70. Good halfway point between dayton and columbus

We found this at the last minute after our VRBO host failed to contact us. It was clean, friendly staff and reasonably priced. The location was slightly inconvenient for me, but that wasn't their fault.

The hotel held value for the price. Room was clean, bedding updated and bed was very comfortable. AC worked well on a hot weekend. The area is about 20 minutes away from anything . . Area around the hotel was a bit run down and industrial like. Worth noting for some one who is looking into getting a room here.

My well furnished Accessible Room was a considerable distance from the entrance and the breakfast room. However there was a rear entrance with parking just outside the old awkward door which I used to unload/load my car. Breakfast was a bit above average compared to similar hotels. Hotel was quiet and in a central location not far from the Historical Airforce Museum. Facility lacks automatic entrance doors, but has nice baggage carts.

Great place for the money when visiting the air force museum. Staff were very friendly to us. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, but can't complain for the price. Has laundry facilities which was an excellent surprise. Would come again!

Everything was close to where we needed to go. Found some nice mom and pop stores/restaurants in the area. Hotel staff was very nice.

The room was clean, the motel was a bit outdated. I was a single traveler put in a king room that had adjoining doors to the room next to me,(which was a king room as well) it was one door from a side stairwell and exit. And this wasn't the securest of buildings nor neighborhoods.

there was no elevator to go upstairs the guy said also he said breakfast would be bacon juice etc there was none no bacon no orange juice no shampoo in the room smallest towels i ever seen but the bed was clean and the room was cool and clean so its a solid 3.5 stars staff was nice

Rooms were surprisingly big and comfortable. However bath needs updates. Breakfast was basic: eggs, sausage, bread, waffles, but good enough for a few days stay. Hotel was quiet and clean.

Placed in the first room near the lobby on the ground floor, had parking right outside our window and we were close to a bar that was open late. We heard sounds constantly all night, and the car parked outside kept getting in and out and revving the engine at all hours. Room was clean but obviously in some disrepair, needed painted and updated. Lobby also need updated, paint and cleaned more thoroughly. Breakfast was ok, the milk had a very strange flavor and the orange juice tasted outdated or expired. Overall, it was an average stay but I definitely felt like they put us in a room that was undesirable due to The use of a 3rd party service to book.

Staff seemed nice, but hotel was dirty and dated. The carpet in hallways were stained badly. My room was terribly dirty. There were food stains on wall, a curly fry on the floor by bed, bedding was stained. Also, the back door by parking lot was broken. So no need to use secure key to get in. My room was right next to this door. Luckily this was only a few hours for me to get a shower and head back out. But I will definitely not stay here again.

Rating: 1 star (would give zero if I could) Misleading photos, filthy room, and no refund. Avoid this hotel. Our stay was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The photos and description online were extremely misleading and look nothing like the actual property. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk, and we waited 15 minutes for a clerk to show up. Check-in was painfully slow, and the computers didn't work properly. The room was unacceptable. There were urine stains on both beds and long dark hairs all over the comforters and pillows. I never even looked at the sheets after seeing that. Wet water rings covered the furniture, as if someone had just left. There were spider webs all over the walls and window sills. The first-floor window was "locked" with a small stick, which is a real safety concern. We stayed less than an hour because the room was so disgusting. We had to wait for the clerk to return just to tell her we were leaving and that we were unhappy with the condition of the room. We requested a refund and were denied, even though we barely used the room. This place is unsanitary, unsafe, and poorly managed. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The person that checked us in wasn't very friendly but not rude. No other complaints. The room was very clean and well maintained. The area inside and outside of the hotel was clean and quiet. It was a short stay so we didn't use the amenities or eat breakfast.
