Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Columbus Airport by IHG

Useless in-room Keurig (no cups), pool always closed, bathroom mirror seemed to be cleaned with a wet sponge or rag, bathroom ceiling frame rusted, room clean otherwise, staff universally positive, breakfast buffet OK staff on duty (Shirley?) was hard working, keeping items stocked and table cleaned after each use. The big issue was doubling your rates because of the Sonic Temple concern-because, as you said when we asked-you can. It's the America Way after all.

Staff was amazing! Rose greeted us with such kindness! Breakfast was great, with various choices. Ms. Shirley kept everything readily available and was very kind! The rooms were clean, a bit outdated but not an issue. Water was hot and shower pressure was fantastic! The indoor pool was the icing on the cake! Huge, nicely lit with blue lights and good temperature!

Airport shuttle so convenient and driver was excellent

Staff was very polite, room was clean. Breakfast was good except they were running out this morning. I liked the coffee machine. Parking was good. Some airport noise this morning
