My husband and I took our Grandkids for 1 night. We swam in the indoor pool. Evening was okay but water temp in the morning was freezing. The desk staff was very friendly especially Amy. She granted an extra hour for checkout and went above and beyond with her smile and friendly service. We loved it!

When first walking into the front doors there was an Odor that we couldn’t distinguish. The smell was overwhelmingly throughout the whole hotel and in the room. On checkout day the elevator stopped working which led us to have to carry our bags down the stairs. At the end of breakfast I noticed the woman who works there taking the biscuits that weren’t eaten out of the bin and putting them back into the storage bags to be put out again tomorrow.

I spent a night with my wife and daughter at La Quinta Inn on December 15, 2024. The hotel has a small pool accessible late at night, and the gym is open 24 hours a day. The continental breakfast was fine. The area has plenty of shopping and dining options if you have a car. It's quiet and peaceful. I'd recommend this hotel, even for families.

The hotel is in a great location. It's part of a hotel row in Grove City, with plenty of options for shopping and dining. The access to the interstate highway is a block away, and it's a 10 minute drive to downtown Columbus. The hotel was pretty good. Good breakfast (with real eggs and sausage) and the room is cleaned daily. Good TV options and the internet service was good enough for me to do my work in the hotel room. Pool is for kids only and the weight room is bare minimum. The staff was civil and polite. If I'm in the area, I would stay there again.

The pool should be adjusted; the temp was very cold and the chlorine levels were extremely inaccurate as the moment you walk in, it just burned your eyes. We weren’t able to stay in pool area long. As far as other guests/noise level it was a huge disappointment. From 10pm-midnight it was none stop of the room across with loud talking and very consistent door closing (letting it shut itself so it was very loud). I finally called to the front desk at midnight to complain of noise level and they were going to send someone up to check it out. The noise still continued for another hour (1am). We were traveling and had to be up by 5:30 so it made it a long day for our family (little kids). Would not choose again here unfortunately. Wasn’t worth the money we had to pay for the room.

Pro: Good location away from the main road. Felt secure. Price was right. Breakfast great. Pool clean. BIG jacuzzi tub. Con: Pool closes early (9p). Getting back out to main road is a bit tricky. Jacuzzi tub inside bathroom. Room temp impossible to regulate. Parking lot not visible from room.

Super easy check in, breakfast was good. Staffia great!! Gym is nice and the indoor pool is a plus!! Cleaning staff were nice and always kept our room tidy!! Definitely close to shopping center across the street and gas station.

We had a great stay. The room smelled clean when we got in the room. They have a lot of awesome perks that the other La Quinta closer to Cosi doesn't have. The only negative thing was the temp in the pool was like ice.

Friendly staff, clean facility great location. Pool had too much chlorine, we all had burning eyes just walking into the room, breakfast was a bit under expectation , no surprises really so thats good. Fine for a one night stay but room was too cramped for a longer tenure.

This property was immaculate. Extremely clean with friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and the towels fresh. Its hard to find a property that has all of the elements align, but this one does not dissapoint. Will definitely stay here again!

I will definitely stay here again. The staff was extra friendly and I appreciate that Coffee was fresh. Our room was clean and our bathrooms were clean. Pool area was clean a very nice and clean place to stay.

Breakfast needs Some more healthy options . Liquid eggs are not good ! Our rooms bathroom sink was cracked in 2 spots and leaked below onto the vanity & floor . Room rugs are dirty. Flooring should be laminate and no carpets unless you steam clean after each use. USB connect on lamps didn’t work which is not good for charging which I could not charge my cell phone. Would not stay at this LaQuinta in Grove City in Columbus Ohio again .

very average hotel, the rooms smelled and felt damp and the AC did not work well until we moved the big curtains away from the vent, after that we had a nice cool room. other than that it was clean and quiet. no other issues, would stay again!

The hotel was very accomodating. I gave 4/5 stars on condition because the couch bed was broken in our first room, then the fridge needed maintenance in our second. Otherwise great experience!

The whole hotel was nice and up to date. The food was great for breakfast. The employees were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. There are couches in the rooms that fold out into beds. There are vending machines and hotel snacks to buy. Pretty much everything you need for a nice stay. It was also only 10 minutes to downtown Columbus which was very nice for us!

This property was the cheapest at the time amongst many others in the same intersection although the pictures looked better on the internet than then it was in person the stay wasn't bad.The staff was average at best ,breakfast was pretty good,the bed was comfortable,the pillows not so much .. the rooms are small and you can hear all the noise . Was woken up early to people rolling their luggage across the tile floor at the entry. In the AC heat unit blows the curtains open so there was light entering the room at 6:15 .. average stay at best .

The check in woman was very nice. The room was clean. However the furniture was rather banged up and had seen better days, the carpet was worn and frayed in places. We had small square pillows rather than standard bed pillows.

This room we had was not accommodating for elderly. The toilet was very low to the ground making it difficult to get up from it. The bed was so high that it was hard to get into it. Whoever designed these rooms did not consider an older person.

Extremely old and well worn hotel. First room smelled like smoke so we were relocated. 2nd room was clean but so damp it felt like we were sleeping on wet sheets. I would not stay here again

Initially , the room we were assigned after check in was warm humid and musty smelling. Turned air conditioning on to try and dry the air out plus hopefully remove most of the smell. Returned a couple hours later to find the air conditioner was not having much success especially trying to cool the room down . It was heading towards 10 pm and I went to the front desk to try and remedy the situation. Front desk manager, Amy immediately assigned us a new room a few doors down from our original where the air was working and able to spend a comfortable night of rest..

I had scheduled on line and called the property due to the fact I was traveling and would be a late arrival between 3 - 4 am. When we arrived I went inside and stood at the desk for approximately 5 minutes. There was NOBODY at the desk nor came to the desk. I then went outside moved my car and grabbed my luggage and returned to the lobby and stood at the desk. I called the phone # for the hotel multiply times and let it ring, still no person came to the desk. I then called the reservation line and a lady answered I told her my situation and she put me on hold and she called the hotel multiple times, she let it ring and never returned to the call. Finally after approx. 45 min a lady came to the desk stating she had no clue we were there and she does not answer the phone at night. This is ridiculous....the safety of this hotel, the employee never gave her name nor did she apologize. I would NOT recommend this hotel. A complaint to Hotels.com will be filed. A complaint to La Quinta will be filed. A complaint to the BBB will be filed. By the way I am 22 not a great experience for my 1st trip.

I work midnights so I called to see if I could check in ahead of time over the phone and just pick my key up the next morning at 8am and they accommodated me. Also, the man who checked me in saw that I was just getting in from work and was headed to bed and he moved me from the first floor with all the nose to a higher floor at no charge. I really appreciated that. I wish I knew his name to give him a shout out.

My daughter was in Grove City to take the state cosmetology test and I was to wait for her at the hotel. I came down to the lobby to check out and told them I needed to hang out for awhile in the lobby. They were fine with it. It ended with me hanging out for about 5 hours. I was knitting and reading and getting to know the lady Sharon who cooks breakfast and cleans later. She was very nice and helpful. I would feel very comfortable in going back there to stay.

My daughter was in Grove City to take the state cosmetology test and I was to wait for her at the hotel. I came down to the lobby to check out and told them I needed to hang out for awhile in the lobby. They were fine with it. It ended with me hanging out for about 5 hours. I was knitting and reading and getting to know the lady Sharon who cooks breakfast and cleans later. She was very nice and helpful. I would feel very comfortable in going back there to stay.

I don’t think I would stay at this location another time. We’re pretty sure cleaning crew may have stolen our Apple earbuds because we searched everywhere downstairs at the desk. Nothing was turned in, but when we do search for location on our it showed, it was there and then it was gone.

When I checked in … at 3 front desk person very rude not friendly at all … come to find out HE was the manager … they have to do better I won’t stay here again only because of the way I was treated upon check in…. Had 2 rooms… thought I had found a new hotel chain…I can go to motel 6 and be treated better.. that bad.. employees say it all depends on his mood?

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Wisconsin and we liked it so much that we stayed there again on our way home. The breakfast is incredible and the rooms are very clean and the grounds are impeccable.

Breakfast needs Some more healthy options . Liquid eggs are not good ! Our rooms bathroom sink was cracked in 2 spots and leaked below onto the vanity & floor . Room rugs are dirty. Flooring should be laminate and no carpets unless you steam clean after each use. USB connect on lamps didn’t work which is not good for charging which I could not charge my cell phone. Would not stay at this LaQuinta in Grove City in Columbus Ohio again .

Great location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by for liquor store beer and snacks. Breakfast was terrific. Sausage eggs waffles cereal bagels muffins yogurts. And a worker keeping it clean all am long.

Our spacious room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and the food was great! This is our home away from home and we love staying there along with our dog.

Ants on the coffee creamers. Told the staff but they were still there the next day. No juice in the breakfast area at 7:20am for a 7:00am opening. Staff fixed that. American flag was not at half-mast in memory and honor of Charlie Kirk’s death. Appreciated the parking spot for veterans.

Stayed for several days while our house was being worked on and had no issues. I work remotely and was able to work from my room with no internet issues. We had to extend our stay and were able to keep the same room. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was really good. Hot and cold options. Bed was veryyyyy comfortable and I loved the walk in double shower. Thank you, La Quinta!!

Things I appreciated: the front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, nice bathroom, fan in the bathroom, and nice mirror. It was pet friendly and there were poop bags outside. They had a laundry room for use. Things I wish was better: people with dogs were put in rooms on the first floor to make it easier for bathroom breaks and getting them to the room. The AC unit working better - ours would run for 5-10 min, shut off for 10-20, then run again, and repeat all night. Could not put a constant fan on the AC either. Closing off entrances that are under construction from the outside or at least the construction items being cleaned up if the door is able to be used.
