This is great hotel! We really appreciated the variety in breakfasts and the late hours for the pool. My son is type 1 diabetic, and when his blood sugar crashed at 3 a.m., the woman at the front desk was very helpful. Everything was very clean. No concerns about safety and convenient to grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast good just wish for meat with it or potatoes. Waffles, ceral, breads, muffins, eggs, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy and yogurt Pool was nice just needs little attention but kids enjoyed it. Room very spacious and clean. I sure why they are a 2.5 they should be at least a 3

Absolutely clean. Staffis awesome and accommodating, especially with my pet. I love the wallpaper in the bathroom. It is so stylish. I would love to find it for my home. The indoor pool i liked. Im very sensative to cold, even though its heated, it was a little too cool for me.

Everybody was very pleasant to me and very courteous. And I like that very much. The breakfast was delicious. My room was very clean. I wasn't crazy about the price, but everything was fine.

We had a good sleep which is the most important. Air conditioner worked wonderfully. Bath showerhead was awful.

The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices to start the day. We had a king room with a walk-in shower, but it was a little small compared to other places. The only thing that would have been nice would have been to have an ADA-height toilet.

Stayed 3 nights Pros- beds fairly comfortable,although husband thought it was to hard, updated facility. Provided soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was usual hotel fare. Cons- Not hotels fault but what seemed to be a troop of tap dancers were above us and practiced from 4am to 7am 2 of the mornings. So did not sleep then.

The receptionist who checked us in was friendly efficient and helped us feel welcome. All of the staff from housekeeping to breakfast prep individuals were skilled and helpful. everything was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Went with my wrestling team. Great location and great people here. The breakfast was good and there was plenty. I will definitely be using this Hampton again. No worries here!

The property is well located, and the staff are generally attentive and friendly. However, they ran out of specific breakfast items before service ended most days, the pool closed for maintenance during our stay, and although we asked for a quiet room, we ended up with a very noisy neighbour that needed to be moved. The room phone was also broken, so we had to head to the lobby when we needed help. The elevator is also very slow. The room is only changed over every other day. It had some maintenance issues. Tv sometimes didn't have a signal. Overall, it was an okay stay. Nothing fancy, but also nothing that bad.

Room was clean..staff was helpful and very friendly. Took a while to get the hang of the air conditioner..but worked fine. Breakfast was hot and fresh, big variety. Location was close to good restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and did a great job keeping the place clean. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Would stay here again.

The property is well located, and the staff are generally attentive and friendly. However, they ran out of specific breakfast items before service ended most days, the pool closed for maintenance during our stay, and although we asked for a quiet room, we ended up with a very noisy neighbour that needed to be moved. The room phone was also broken, so we had to head to the lobby when we needed help. The elevator is also very slow. The room is only changed over every other day. It had some maintenance issues. Tv sometimes didn't have a signal. Overall, it was an okay stay. Nothing fancy, but also nothing that bad.

Room was clean..staff was helpful and very friendly. Took a while to get the hang of the air conditioner..but worked fine. Breakfast was hot and fresh, big variety. Location was close to good restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

I hesitated to provide this review as my stay had some frustrating moments. It wasn't terrible and there were lots of good things about the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. But when I arrived there were men's clothes in my closet. That tells me that housekeeping never opened that closet between guests. My bathroom, definitely had clean towels etc, but had no shower gel. None. If hotels are going to use the refillable bottles rather than individual travel sizes, then they need to make sure those are full when each guest checks in. No one wants to have to exit the shower wet and shimmy on the bathmat across the room to put hand soap on the washcloth. That's just distressing and uncomfortable. Lastly, housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking. I had just arrived back to the room and had just finished changing clothes, when I heard the door open. Thinking it was my husband, I went toward the door and found housekeeping. She apologized and asked if I had asked for daily service, then said they must have given her the wrong room number. In any case, if housekeeping is entering the room for a guest that hasn't checked out, they should knock to see if the room is occupied. It's these kinds of little things that turn a great stay into just an OK stay. (And probably for particular guests, a never again stay.)
