the pool was very small, very shallow and very cold. It hadn't been cleaned overnight. The suite was spacious and well appointed but the hideabed was not comfortable, the mattress didn't fit and left the head of the bed slanted downward.

It was a great stay overall. However ine of the guests had a dog with them that consistently barked. Also, the website said a hottub and it was broken and they decided to not fix it and close it indefinitely. Wensite needs to be updated for that.

We brought our dog, so they were able to give us a room on the first floor right next to the outside door, it was perfect for us. Even being right next to the door, it was quiet in our room.

I've stayed at this location several times and never have any issues. I feel like the rooms are very outdated though and the carpet in the room is pretty disgusting. For a weekend getaway it's a decent place. The heated indoor pool is a plus during the winter months.

Spent two nights with other family. Large spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable hotel. Lots of hot and cold breakfast options. Pool and elevator were in working condition. My brother's room had a thermostat issue that was repaired the next morning.

Specifically picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was closed down, pool was freezing. Elevator broke during stay. Breakfast would be a 1/5. Not many options and the only protein (sausage) option was definitely a mystery meat. The lady working breakfast even stated she wasn’t sure what it was but it tasted like veggie meat to her - a huge red flag. Even after putting a do not disturb placard on our door we received numerous knocks. Not sure if that was staff or just some punk kids. This was suppose to be a simple, relaxing get away from life for a little. I would not stay here again

Didn’t have correct information on my reservation. Said I had to call Expedia to fix. Expedia said it was fine. Hotel said it was expedias fault. Second time this has happened at this hotel. Pool was too cold to use. No manager reception. Outside bbq area needed to be cleaned. Had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk. No housekeeping in room. Clock in room had wrong time and couldn’t correct as it was locked close. Some electrical plugs did not work. Glasses in cupboard were dirty. Had to wash them before I could use them.

We stayed for four nights and multiple times we came back to no turndown service with a new "Do Not Disturb" hanger on our door knob. By the end of first day we had three hangers. And it seems like to us room service actively chose not to clean our room and make it look like we didn't want it.

Came to the area from out of town. When I walked into room it appeared clean but closer look found bobby pins on floor and clothing left in closet. Couch needs to be thrown out, obvious pets had used it. Fireplace has noisy 10 minute timer hat goes off automatically. I tried to talk to staff but was just told sorry. Look elsewhere if you are staying more than one night, there are plenty of other places nearby. I won't go there again

Clean room, nice staff. The only cons were the tub drained slow so when showering the water was rising up instead of draining out. Also on the 1st floor there are laced curtains, so people can see straight through all of the rooms especially at night, 0 privacy. We put sheets up so ppl couldnt see in. Breakfast was great. All in all my stay was awesome and i definitely would go back.

We enjoy Homewood2 properties. We were disappointed in the TV channel selections; we’re accustomed to having Netflex available. It was disappointing since we enjoy unwinding by watching our favorite shows.

The hotel service was great. They went above and beyond to make sure my minor concerns were addressed. They were always very nice and helpful. I never expected anything to be perfect but the customer service was excellent. I will definitely stay there again. It was not far from Ohio state campus which was great. Hotel in a great area for shopping and food nearby.

Clean room, nice staff. The only cons were the tub drained slow so when showering the water was rising up instead of draining out. Also on the 1st floor there are laced curtains, so people can see straight through all of the rooms especially at night, 0 privacy. We put sheets up so ppl couldnt see in. Breakfast was great. All in all my stay was awesome and i definitely would go back.

Specifically picked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was closed down, pool was freezing. Elevator broke during stay. Breakfast would be a 1/5. Not many options and the only protein (sausage) option was definitely a mystery meat. The lady working breakfast even stated she wasn’t sure what it was but it tasted like veggie meat to her - a huge red flag. Even after putting a do not disturb placard on our door we received numerous knocks. Not sure if that was staff or just some punk kids. This was suppose to be a simple, relaxing get away from life for a little. I would not stay here again

This is a nice extended stay hotel. The laundry area was great. Some parts of the hotel need a bit better cleaning and maintenance, but really we had a great stay.

We were in town for Sonic Temple. Hotels.com called me three times saying the property could no longer accommodate us and that they'd get another booked for us. I called the property directly, and they confirmed that our booking was still on record and that someone with another name had attempted to cancel it. It was difficult to receive/make calls at a 12-hour time of back-to-back rock concerts, so I was relieved that the hotel staff could quickly and easily confirm our stay. They held the room for us, and we were happy to come to a spacious and clean room after a full day of travel and concerts. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast options were great--especially the breakfast burritos. Thank you!

The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!

Drove 4 hours to stay in the area for a concert in celebration of our daughter's 16th birthday. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no room for us after booking months in advance. Instead of calling us to tell us there was an issue with our room, we were stranded in a town that had no vacancy within 30 miles less than $1k for the night. The front desk staff offered points to make up for the loss which was no help. We missed our dinner reservations, had to cancel all other plans and were late to the concert as we had to scurry around trying to find a place to get ready. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and how they did nothing to make it right.
