The staff was super friendly, helped with the refrigerator, got extra towels for us. They appear to be updating the rooms, new TV. However no gym on site as advertised. Very much a 2 star property. The other hotel guest were questionable. Heavy pot smell on the 2nd floor, plus a visit from the local police, approximately 5 police cars and their officers showed up while I was in the lobby they asked the manager for a guest list and a master key.... had me very worried.

The staff at Super 8 were excellent. Our bathtub and floors were not clean. The toilet only flushed when we poured a garbage can full of water into it. The free breakfast was minimal. We liked the location with lots of parking.

Fast check in process room was clean but definitely needed some deep cleaning. Was an empty bag and a ketchup packet behind the nightstand a lil dusty on top of like lamps. Bed was super comfy. They are remolding so it was a lil noisy in the morning with all the renovations going on, but I understand that’s the only time they can do them. You are allowed to have pets and the people across the hall their dog barked a little bit more than I would like to hear, but overall, I would give it a strong eight out of 10 stars

When we arrived in the room the floor was cruddy and when we told the manager he offered to "let housekeeping know about it tomorrow". We went out and bought a mop and my wife cleaned the floor -- never did see housekeeping. Our two nights were punctuated by two or three loud buzzing alarms in the hallway. We left after two days-- nobody ever even came by to empty the trash or refill the toilet paper. Unfortunately I got sick after our second day and checked out -- the manager said they might be able to receive a partial refund if Hotels.com said they could. They also charged us for bringing our puppy to the "pet friendly" establishment- as advertised on hotels.com . So at this moment I really can say nothing good about the hotel, the service, or hotels.com .

Horrible hotel room, very dirty, the bathroom had water puddles on the floor probably from the leaking toilet. Peeling paint in the shower, mold in the corners and extremely loud air conditioning unit. Hallways reeked of smoke.

I usually don’t leave reviews but we stayed 5/3/25 and this hotel was not as expected. Rooms were very dirty ( dirty refrigerator, dusty, sticky substance on end table ), the lights didn’t work ( only had 1 table lamp and mirror light in bathroom ) and shower wasn’t even a shower ( there was no way make the shower part turn on, shower was dirty also ). The only part that was decent was the bed was comfortable but yet the comforter blanket had stains all over it. We booked 3 rooms and each room was filthy and we will never stay at Super 8 again

I got a non-smoking room but it didn’t matter because as soon as you open the door the entire building reeked of tobacco. Upon entering my room the entirety of it was covered in stains. I would not recommend. It was cheap and convenient for a VERY last minute change of plans but had I known the actual condition I would’ve stayed elsewhere.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the linens were very old. I think I could have seen through the sheet. There were strange stains on the walls and the property smelled like smoke. We couldn't turn the light off in the bathroom, and I saw a cockroach in our bathroom.

The hotel advertised as s being smoke free. The halls and lobby were so full of smoke we could barely breathe. There was no where to eat breakfast, and we didn't want to stay in the toxic air. Linens smelled like smoke even in the 'smoke free' room. There were bugs in the sink. The microwave and refrigerator could not be plugged in at the same time. The water pressure was barely adequate. Night staff was brusque and not welcoming.

The housekeeping staff as well as desk staff are all wonderful hard working people. Very friendly. The rooms are a bit worn but the beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The tv is big and nice. The WIFI leaves much to be desired as I have been working remotely for too long now and the WIFI is spotty.

We arrived at hotel about 2' o clock in the afternoon, went to check in and lady at front desk was a little rude with me. Our room was ready, and found out that someone else from previous night was staying over again and at this point we didnt have a room to stay in. Front desk clerk had 1 other room available and gave us that room, but we had to wait about an hour for that room to be cleaned.

We arrived at hotel about 2' o clock in the afternoon, went to check in and lady at front desk was a little rude with me. Our room was ready, and found out that someone else from previous night was staying over again and at this point we didnt have a room to stay in. I waited 20 min to check in. Had a reservation. Ended up going across to another because there was nobody to check me in after i yelled hello 10 times. Awful and smelled terrible. So they won’t issue refund even though they were not there.

When we walked in there was coffee all over the counter, the place reeked like smoke. When we got to the room, th keycards did not work. I went back to front desk and she came to room acting like I was stupid and couldn’t figure it out. She saw real quick how the cards dint work. Once I opened the door, we immediately noticed one was was not made and it was soiled. The front desk agent was still wit us at this time and she witnessed it as well. With no explanation or apology. She tried to get us to accept another room. Absolutely not!!! The hotel will not issue me a full refund. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Completely unacceptable.

Horrible is a gift. One man was there for 1/2 hour before I TRIED to check in. No body was at the desk, the phone was unanswered, there were guests that had checked in and their keys would not work. I left after 40 minutes of waiting no desk help ever arrived. The place is a dump and needs closed down. I was forced to drive four hours to get home. Customer service could not even reach someone there. I DEMAND a FULL REFUND.

The manager Mr. Patel as well as the entire staff was very friendly, they treated me like an old friend from the moment arrived till the moment I left. Everything in the room worked and the beds were comfortable. They had room service come around every day to ask about trash, towels, and whether I needed anything. Overall it was money well spent for the week I stayed there.

Checking in is always easy but their staff is not that friendly a few front desk people were pretty friendly but 1 woman everytime I go she’s very short makes you feel like your a inconvenience to her and 1 of the housekeepers seemed like she had an attitude cause I choose to stay another night other than that I enjoy my stay at super 8.

Check in was slow due to training. Refrigerator didn’t work, TV stations were very limited, air conditioning ran constantly no matter what we set it on. We checked out a day early and it took a long time. We weren’t in the room much or I would’ve requested a different room.

We had been in a hit and run, and needed to find a place close to where we were and that had possible service that we needed. The Super 8 was in a perfect spot. The room was outdated, but clean. Staff was helpful. Area questionable, but we felt safe. Overall, a good stay.

I Was in the area for 2 different reasons. And this hotel seemed to be in the middle of each event. My room was nice and clean. The overall hotel smell was Of Cigarettes, Although, my room was a non smoking room and smelled Fine.

I drive for a living so I booked this stay to get out of my truck for the night. Hotel smells odd I guess because it's old & they have smoking rooms. My tub drained very slow so I took a bathshower.. Breakfast wasnt all that, they had cereal, toast, coffee & waffles. The gentleman that works in the front desk in the morning was very nice.

The staff at Super 8 were excellent. Our bathtub and floors were not clean. The toilet only flushed when we poured a garbage can full of water into it. The free breakfast was minimal. We liked the location with lots of parking.

The room was clean and comfortable. Towel rack in bathroom was broken and rusted. The sink was brand new though. Signs said property was undergoing renovations. Check-in was ok but clerk was on phone and couldn't be bothered to give us info like wifi password, checkout time or breakfast hours. Morning clerk did not speak to us and made us feel unwelcome when we went down for breakfast. A simple good morning would have been nice or even a smile. Breakfast was very limited (cereal,waffles-if you could get close to machine and packaged sweet rolls) and seating area was very small with only two tables. We were on second floor and there was no elevator. I am a senior and it was challenging to get bag up the steps but I wasn't given a choice. It was okay for a one night stay.

The room was decent, but there needs to be improvements done. There wasn't enough electric outlets in the room. Couldn't plug in the coffee maker or the alarm clock. The lamps were unplugged when I got to the room. Breakfast was definitely lacking...

Bad experience this was the second time I chose this hotel. Not sure what happened but they canceled my reservation and ended up paying more for a smaller room. Was not happy this time around staff didn’t care and couldn’t explain why my booking was canceled.

From the moment of arrival in seeing white powder spread at the entrances I knew that I might have made a mistake in booking this hotel. As I walked up to my room the carpets were very dirty, it was as if they hadn't been vacuumed for a couple of weeks. The smell of the hallway suggested that as well. The keys that were given to me unlocked the door, however the door would not open whether the door handle itself was pushed up or down. When I let the clerk know, I was given a new room. Upon entering the room it was so dark when I turned the light on it was like having a nightlight. I crossed the room to turn the other light on and the illumination from that light was like adding another night light. It was at this time that I've seen cigarette burns on the bed cover sand the holes in the wall. At that point I thought to myself I needed to check for bed bugs however the lighting was so poor I could not do that. I immediately went downstairs and tried to check out, so I could at least have the deposit hold taken off my card and was told that I could not because I booked with hotels.com. At this point I was emotionally overwhelmed because the experience of the conditions and sub par accommodations was frightening, I knew I could not stay the night. Unfortunately not only did I spend a little bit over a $100 for the room but I also was told that I had to put a $100 deposit down for the room itself, I was out $200. I never expected to have to cancel due to room conditions.
