Our stay was extremely disappointing and fell well below reasonable expectations. We were initially assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned. After requesting a different room, we discovered the bed sheets were dirty and had to change them ourselves because no clean room was available. The hotel’s pool, the primary reason we booked this property, was closed and out of service with no notice before our arrival. Had we known this, we would have booked elsewhere. Beyond that, the property appeared to be in serious disrepair. The exterior doors did not lock properly, creating a significant safety concern. Hallway ceiling leaks required buckets to catch water, and an entire section of the hallway was completely dark because the lights were not working. Our room also had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Between the cleanliness issues, broken amenities, safety concerns, and lack of communication, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We expected a clean, safe, and functional place to stay and received none of those. We hope management takes immediate action to address these issues so future guests do not have the same experience.

I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!

Rooms weren't cleaned; I did not get the room I reserved due to it not being cleaned, and that goes for several others who were there. I had to use my flashlight through the hallway in order to see to get to my room. The majority of the electrical wasn't working, the shower did not work and the pool was inoperable. There were so many issues that I cannot remember them all. The fire department should shut this place down for multiple code violations as this place was an utter fire hazard. You know that's true when an inspector out of Columbus said to me, "This violates every fire code possible". It is a very nice place, however, within the lack of maintenance and management, both the maintenance crew, cleaning crew and management need to be fired as it is their duty to ensure the property is up to code and in working conditions,. And the pool was only a 3/4 quarter full with paint pealing and sand in the bottom, not to mention the mess of storage in, what was a beautiful glass screened in pool room.
