La Quinta by Wyndham Cleveland Macedonia

The lobby was really nice and clean. The hall carpet and elevator tile was filthy. The drawers in the chest of drawers in our room would not stay closed. This caused a safety issue during the night. When walking to the restroom, the drawers would be in the walkway. I hit the top drawer with my arm. Other than the drawers, the room was nice. The shower head was great.

It was an average stay. The room could’ve been cleaner. There was hair in the tub when I arrived. Had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi. I received a call from staff to my room about a noise complaint that was coming from the room next to me. The staff was a bit rude about it. Other than that it’s a cool place to take the kids for the pool alone. I give it an 3 out of 5 stars. (P.S they have a longer hold on your credit card than most hotels. Mine’s was for $100.

Beds are awful. Like sleeping on a cardboard box. Left me with major back issues due to lack of any type of support. Breakfast items limited to powdered eggs, typical cereal choices and cheapo yogurt.

Everything was great. Room was nice. Third time staying at this location. Staff are very nice and helpful. Will stay there again.

First and foremost the property looks nothing like the pictures. The beds were worn out and extremely uncomfortable to the point we ended up not staying the last night. The beds were so bad that one bed was hard as a rock and the other was so worn out it had a giant dip in the middle that me and my wife kept sinking into. The room was run down to the point base boards were falling off in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful but this hotel is in serious need of a remodel and upgrade. I’m still trying to get my money back for the last night but the hotel said they would not refund me and I needed to talk to the company I booked it through.
