Clean and maintained. Conveniently located and very reasonably priced Pool is actually usable which is unusual for motels in this price point.

Only issue was the pool needs a little bit of maintenance but the staff was amazing room was clean

Everything was dated. Fridge door was falling off. Very dirty. I skimmed the pool before my son went in because there was visible hair and what not floating. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lots of places to eat nearby. Nice outdoor pool option. The hot tub was nice. Bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows. Room was really outdated. Noise level was high due to semi parking and high traffic area.

The only good thing I can say is, I didn’t get bed bugs from my stay. The pictures must be from the only room that they updated correctly!!! There was leftover pink silly string throughout our room. The bathroom was caulked in every crease without cleaning first looked awful and made everything feel dirty. When I lifted the mattress to check for bedbugs, it was dirty with sand under it. I wish I had time to go back to the pool with my phone. A pool was our own real want for this stay since we are here in the heat playing ball. The pool water was so cloudy u could not seen the bottom and it had so much stuff floating in it!!! There was no way we were swimming in it!!!!! There was not a coffee maker in the room as stated. The microwave door was cracked. The door to the outside had a gap that you could see through!!! They text me to pre-check in. I went through all of the steps only to be rudely greeted and asked to do it all over again. During the stay the texts continued and said to reach out with any concerns. I voiced most of these concerns without any response!!! When I checked they asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes she reprinted my registration and when I showed her she said yay that is all I can print!?! The building wide fire alarm seemed to go off for a while during our stay also. No one ever acknowledged it to us or what to do so we left to go get something to eat. The actual fire alarm in our room had a wire sticking out of it? Was it a camera over our bed?

Was not told the pool was closed. Room was very dated. Small things that needed repairs. I won’t stay there again.

Its ok of a place not nothing to write home about poool closes early. Not taken care of

The location of the hotel is very convenient, but the experience was poor because of: - people actually living at the hotel, they were very loud until very late at night; - door would not open with provided card; - terrible smell at the rooms; - sink drain was clogged; - breakfast very poor, no juice or water; - pool not heated and dirty.

My family was threatened by a group of 20 at the pool area. Start did nothing to correct situation. A group of 20 who where smoking marijuana in public which is against Ohio State law. They were also consuming alcohol from glass bottles at poolside. Desk clerk (Ad**) did nothing to correct situation. Repeatedly attempted to contact manager (Ka***) to success. I been forced to file a complaint with the Ohio State Attorney General Office at this point. Staff is useless and put family's at risk my there mismanagement! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I was very disappointed in the room. We paid for a whirlpool/hot tub in our room. It was filthy and did not work. If we wanted to take a bath we could have done that at home. When we plugged something in, the light had to stay on. The housekeeper needs to do a better job vacuuming. Spider webs and dirt along the baseboards.

I was bit by bed bugs I handled it very well and had spoken with the manager I was supposed to be refunded for one night of my stay but yet to have received the refund. I usually have good experiences with Wyndham hotels like days inn but not this time, manager was very nice but I never have received my refund.

We did not stay the night. The room was disgusting so we checked out right after checking in. We expect a full refund.

Cockroaches

My room smells like smoke. Outside my room smells like weed. I asked for clean sheets because I know they weren’t changed, there was dirt and hair on them. It was not worth $100 to rent this room.

Staff was friendly. But room was dirty and smelt like cigarettes.

It was a quick stop on a cross country trip. Room was dirty. Pee on the floor in the bathroom. Sheets and bed were clean. Very old and dated. Wouldn’t stay here again with 3 nicer hotels nearby. This was a dive.

I checked in with the housekeeping lady. The room was ok but the bathroom looked dirty. New toilet though :@) Three spiders and three roaches later I was done!!!! Breakfast was bare minimum with no sugar free or individual milks-no idea if the fat content of the milk either!!

The outside door needs to be repaired. There was a large gap at the bottom of the door where it was to meet the sill.

The floor in our room was warped and damaged. The people in the room behind us were loud and screaming all night long.

Ac didn’t work and was very hot in room

The TV channels didn’t work very well. The furniture was in below average shape.

Overall fine for a quick few hours. I-80 is right there so you here alot on traffic. bed frames a little cheapo metal but matress was comfortable.

Two of the rooms that I was given at first had lights out or AC not working. The room I was finally given was fine and comfortable. The staff that assisted me was very kind and helpful.

The building is old and in need of many repairs. Our room only had hot water. We could not get cool water our of any of our faucets. We heard other guests say the same thing about your room. Although the rooms have been updated the sinks and tubs are very old. The sink was cracked.

Other than a weird lack of ice buckets and a skimpy breakfast, this was the first decent hotel we found in sub-$100 range. Slight floral scent. Sink drained slowly. No ice bucket; front desk offered "bag or cups". Light leaked through windows. Breakfast included make-your-own waffles, but no proteins. No hot chocolate. Large/elongated toilets. Motel parking. No highway noise.

Worst stay ever! Sraff was terrible! Room key did not work!

We were told upon check in there was a $50 dollar deposit but would be returned after check out. It’s been almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the deposit back into my account.

The doors need to be replaced I had to check in twice once before I arrived at the motel then again when I arrived a waist of my time

John went out of his way at my checkout due to issue with deposit. He made sure I received it even thought he front desk person was not there at my checkout.

Employees went above and beyond to accommodate an extremely late arrival and allowing for a late check-out. Thank you so much!!!!

We've stayed here twice a year for several years. Its location off the Ohio Turnpike is convenient. The property seems to be improving. Our room was updated with new, comfortable mattresses and crisp, clean sheets with a washable sheet on top of the blanket which I prefer to a bedspread. The furniture seemed new and the carpet had been replaced with flooring that is easier to clean. The balcony railings were being redone. We always enjoy the variety of options for breakfast and the waffle maker. Will stay again during our next trip across Ohio.

Good area for atea of town and close to major roadways. Good shopping and everything's close.

Easy to get to

When we walked into our room it smelled of Marijuana. You could hear the guy in the next room talking ALL night. The bed had a sinking spot in the middle. The area was very sketchy. Not a real breakfast. Very bad experience.

Stayed for 2 nights. Not what I was expecting. Air conditioner was broken so room got hot. The shower had to slam the knob to get it to turn off. Bed was comfortable. There was a slight odor in the room (probably from lack of air) not bad for just traveling through to sleep. The night manager was amazing. Breakfast was lacking…cereal if ya like it you’ll be ok. Again for just sleeping since we weren't there for anything else it was ok.

We were surprised how quiet the property was. The king bed was very comfortable. In addition the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was OK and overall the facilities were clean. We would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was okay for the price. The cleaning people were very friendly as was the check-in/check-out person. The time for the complimentary breakfast was too short 6-9am is not that good and there was no juices available just coffee. The lack of an ice dispenser machine just made no sense. That was one reason I didn’t stay at another hotel.

Property was very worn and most likely fit the area. Breakfast was so so. Lots of noise outside our room.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The hotel was convenient - right off the turnpike Room was easy to access. The room was VERY QUIET! Breakfast was great!

The walls were extremely thin and i could here the room next and their entire conversation all night. 1am all i heard was the baby crying. Breakfast was crappy sweet food. No protein. No cream cheese for the bagels.
