The elevator was broken so I had to use the stairs. By myself with all my luggage. The staff were not helpful. Also the water pressure was so low I could barely rinse my hair. I frequent Dayton a lot but I won’t be going back to this hotel.

Did not feel welcome when checking in. Room was clean and tidy. Laundry room was a filthy mess, washer out of order, and smelled really bad would never want to use it. The door to the swimming pool was rubbing against the floor and very difficult to open and close it other guests thought the pool was closed as they could not open the door. The orange juice was watered down at breakfast. After staying six nights at Comfort Inn and Suites in Erie PA I signed up for a Choice card since having stayed nights at Comfort Suites n Waco TX and Bryant AR had been exceptionally good experiences. I would not stay here again a real disappointment.

They’re renovating currently, so finding the check in desk was difficult as the signage is unclear and contradictory. It’s currently 10:15pm and I can hear the workers on the first floor pounding in new laminate flooring in the lobby. Our room is freshly painted and decorated, but the tub surround old, damaged and moldy in areas. Additionally the shower had little to no pressure.

The indoor pool was not heated. One reason we chose this hotel was so my grandkids could swim. The water was so cold they couldn't use the pool. Very disappointing. Breakfast was about 45 minutes late being ready. The room was very nice, staff accommodating, and friendly. The price was right.

Stayed here with family who stayed in a different room. Hotel was being remodeled according to signage. Floors in the hallway were dingy, covered in drywall and stained. I didn't go to the pool, but my family member who stayed in a different room said there was "a film" over the water. Both of our rooms were mostly clean, possibly had been recently remodeled recently. My couch had stains on the cushions, the mattress cover had stains on it in both rooms on both beds. My shower curtain had dirty fingerprints on it. No visible mold in either of our bathrooms. The beds were average comfort, but they are on some sort of spring base, nothing fancy. There was a language barrier and a miscommunication on our both our parts, but they didn't make notes in our reservation, which they should have. There is also a cash deposit that was not listed or mentioned at all.

Booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and while I checked in, I noticed a sign that says pool is closed and it has been for over 21 days . Asked for extra towels and they would only give me one . Top part of the mini fridge had mold and was dirty. Apple juice and orange juice machine didn’t work for Break fast and the kids had nothing to drink. Would Not stay here again

Check in was smooth. No pool due to "technical difficulties" but the pool water had been drained long ago, so it was obviously something they could have posted. The room was very roomy, but the quality of the bed - the frame was just a piece of metal that groaned when you moved. The mattress was like sleeping on a camper. The couch was poor quality; you could read through the toilet paper - I was very disappointed as I paid 143.00 for the room. I've been in discount discount rooms where the quality was better. We were told there were no blankets for the pullout couch; the ice machine front fell off when I tried to get ice! My friends had a room too and the walls were so thin we could literally hear whole conversations and the people upstairs just walking around. I'm very disappointed.

Tired, dated, and ready to be retired, this hotel is overpriced for its state. Microwave malfunctions, carpet soiled, noisy beds, and the appearance of mould in the bathroom. And choosing a hotel with a pool to find it “being repaired” upon arrival is misleading, if not, false advertising. Disappointed.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stains on the walls of room, stains on the sheets, stains on the carpet, stains on the furniture, mildew in the shower, noisy people in the halls late at night. This place is more like a roach motel then an actual “comfort suites”. If my stay wasn’t non refundable I would’ve left immediately!

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and no issues. We were there 5 nights, in and out all day. They mopped thru the whole lobby etc daily. Full breakfast daily 6:30-9:30. Lots of eateries locally. We chose to stay an extra night & the front desk staff was very accommodating. They also have 2 car charging stations in front.

I liked the pillows and the bed. That's the main reason I always stop at Comfort Inns and Suites. However, They put me on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall right next to a big intake fan and every time it came on it rattled. It was very loud. I considered asking for a room change but I had already unpacked and didn't want to go to the trouble. That fan woke me up several times during my 5 night stay. Also, the lobby floor had mud all over it. I didn't want to walk in mud each time I went in or out so I had to watch where I was going. The carpets in the lobby looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. As I said, mud! There was trash outside leading to the entrance that stayed there all 5 days I was there. The ashtrays on the walls were full so people resorted to just throwing butts on the ground. The hotel was just very trashy looking from the moment I got out of my car until you got to my room.

The pictures online are not what the rooms look like. I felt deceived. The room was very filthy when we checked in. I struggled to even sleep there. The microwave was never cleaned. It was very nasty. The pillows smelled like sweat from other people. The reviews I read made it sound good but it was not. The walls had brown stuff like stains running down them and the smell of the room itself was gross. It’s very old and needs updated. No good TVs either, I won’t book here again. We stayed for the pool but it looked very dirty too. I suggest not booking here. I wish we had stayed elsewhere. The shampoo bottles had been used but since they were not empty they left them for the next customer. That’s gross! Seems like they are being cheap with everything. No vending machines either. They buy stuff and then sale it to you from their front counter. I would rather of had vending machines myself. I don’t care if it’s more pricey. I don’t always want to talk to a person to get something I need. But the worst thing was the dirty microwave and stinky pillows.

Nice clean hotel. Room was exceptional: clean, looks newly renovated with laminate floors, always great bedding, lots of room with 2 beds and a sitting area with couch, ottoman, desk and chair. Would highly recommend!

The hotel rooms were spacious. Not the cleanest place but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was as expected & everyone loved the waffles. I would stay their again but I was passing through so probably not

Nothing to brag about. Do not get a 1st floor room. You hear every little thing from the 2nd floor. The bed are on a metal box frame, so it's loud everytime you shift around

Well check in was a total chaotic. When I called and booked it they did not put it in the right name only in the notes. Had to call 2 different numbers till someone would help. The front desk guy was HORRIBLE not helpful at all and rude. They did not let us know that there was construction on ALL levels and that there would be no breakfast and charged the same amount. Was not stratified at all. And we travel in the summer all the time for softball. Worst experience ever.

Staff was rude. My fiance got locked out of the room as i was asleep and the staff not only made him a room key to get in but also gave my information because the room was in my name. Luckily it was my fiance and not a stranger Someone was smoking our first night staying and you smelled it through the halls

The mgr Hassin was very friendly, staff nice and constantly cleaning. My room was clean and nice. Would definitely stay again if in the area. They can teach DT up the street some customer service skills. Glad I picked my stay here. Thanks

The front desk has no idea what they are doing. Tried to get me to pay for my room twice by saying my card declined. Went online to my bank statement and the payment went through and the front desk employee tried to tell me I still needed to pay.

The area was quiet. I didn’t like the shower, it wasn’t bolted to the wall, also the mattress was horrible it sounded like thunder every time you moved.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I ended up leaving a night early losing the money I paid to stay. The room I stayed in had one of those locks that can be opened from the inside to prevent the door from opening all the way. This lock was broken and ended up opening as I left my room which meant I needed the staff to help me back into my room. The staff, conveniently, had a tool already made to handle this situation! How scary is that? Instead of installing a new lock they just made a tool AND gave me a piece of tape to use to stick it permanently closed, WTH? Not only that, one day at 8 am I left my room to go downstairs to toast my bagel. Upon returning (7 mins later) I see my door is open and no one is in the hallway! Imagine how you would feel?? Soon one of the staff members appear with new cups in his hand! No cart is in front of the room and there was no one in the hallway. Who does this? In typical fashion when talked with the manager he blamed me telling me I used of used a 'do not disturbe' sign! Are you kidding me?? I was staying for 4 nights so there is NO reason why they should've been in my room minutes after I left to go downstairs. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy too. Pay the extra $20 and stay someplace else.

It’s an ok place to stay. It was clean and in a good area close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Breakfast is a no go. Old instant eggs and dry tasteless sausage every morning. Just seems like things are shortcutted to save money.

Stayed one night en route to Florida. Quiet, clean, cheap & cheerful! Breakfast was sparse but the hotel had very few guests so why cook for the garbage. There was coffee for the road and some light food so no problem. I would stay here again.

Did not feel welcome when checking in. Room was clean and tidy. Laundry room was a filthy mess, washer out of order, and smelled really bad would never want to use it. The door to the swimming pool was rubbing against the floor and very difficult to open and close it other guests thought the pool was closed as they could not open the door. The orange juice was watered down at breakfast. After staying six nights at Comfort Inn and Suites in Erie PA I signed up for a Choice card since having stayed nights at Comfort Suites n Waco TX and Bryant AR had been exceptionally good experiences. I would not stay here again a real disappointment.

The indoor pool was not heated. One reason we chose this hotel was so my grandkids could swim. The water was so cold they couldn't use the pool. Very disappointing. Breakfast was about 45 minutes late being ready. The room was very nice, staff accommodating, and friendly. The price was right.

The hotel is in desperate need of updating. There was peeling paint on cabinet doors in the room, there was some type of smeared paint (?) on the inside of the room door, the couch in the room was stained, the food available for breakfast was not very good and seemed like it was off-brand items and the juice was definitely watered down.

The front desk person was sleeping when I arrived to check in at 5pm. The lights by the beds did not work at all. Breakfast in the morning showed 3 bananas, a few bagels and bread, and dried scrbled eggs stuck to the pan. At least there was a waffle maker and some cereal available too.

Booked 4 rooms because we had 4 familes with a total of 7 kids basically because the hotel has an indoor pool (October stay). Got there and pool out of order. According to Chuck E Cheese where we ended up instead of swimming, states the pool is always out of order. Guy at desk said I should have known it was out of order???How??? It is still advertised on hotel listing, doesn't say anything about not operating. So I guess if you're planning on using amenities you need to call first. Air conditioning didn't work in one room, centipedes in another room and blood on mattress in the 3rd room. Other than that the rooms were just average but for price I guess ok.

Unfortunately for a place that has 4½ star reviews I was a bit let down. I called a few days before our check in to make sure all was good and to ask for a note to be put in our reservation that it would be around midnight when we got in. The person on the phone would not do it, he said I would have to call back around 1130 that night if we were running behind. Then he proceeded to tell me about their cancelation rules since they were different from Hotel.coms. Not really a big deal to me since I had no plans to cancel. We arrived Friday about 1130pm and then I'm then told I need to pay an additional deposit on top of the 3 days I already paid for. Ive never had to do that before. Then we get to the room and I notice there's alot of water all over the floor in the doorway...I just grabbed towels and figured out it was coming from the refrigerator. So I take the towels down to the front desk ask for new ones and tell him what happened.... He yelled at me to never do that again and said he'd give me rags to clean it up. I told him it wasn't my fault and not my job to clean it up but I did. But it was done and I just said if it continues I would let them know so they can take care of it. He was very hesitant to replace the towels but after a little back and forth I got them. The breakfast wasn't much but it's what's expected for a free breakfast. Also the pool was out of order. It wasn't a horrible stay but I think I will stick with VRBO, staff was not friendly at all

Upon checking in and entering our room it was very run down looking and the room was very musty smelling with the A/C unit not working properly which instead of changing our room the front desk staff and to come in to get it working. The bed was terrible, the pillows were even worse and they were made for a child they were so small. The floor was warped and buckled throughout the whole room and was not taken care of properly. very run down hotel and would definitely not recommend.

When we arrived to check in there was no water and they were working on it. They did get it fixed later. Our bathroom had a smell to it. The bed had metal frame that made noises whenever you moved. Breakfast was good.
