The pool was good size, but the overwhelming smell of chlorine was too much and it was freezing. Also, the towels were all dirty which was inconvenient. My children were slightly concerned seeing police officers walking around- they were kicking people out I'm assuming. The beds were a little too hard and the sheets could have been more comfortable. Breakfast was decently spread and the room was very clean. Very good location to restaurants, shopping and attractions as well.

While this Hampton is a little older it is clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Every single person working seemed to enjoy their jobs Customer service goes a long way to making a tired traveler feel comfortable. The pool was clean and temp was perfect. The fitness facility on site wa not much but they have partnered with a local gym so you can get a good workout in!

First off the elevator was broke and try to put us on second floor which was fixed but had to take a king bed and not 2 double. They ice machine was out . Pool was not heated . Breakfast was not good. No juice no milk and took 15 minutes to fix fix coffee machine. The heat was out of building in the halls and pool area . Rooms were ok but the bathroom was not. Water smell bad and the tub was rusted. I was in town to do my Christmas with my grandkids and I planned a great time with pool time. Checkout day the pool was warmer.

I was dissatisfied due to the elevator being out of order. I know things break, but arrangements should have been made for the elderly. I am 70 YOA and I had to lug a heavy suitcase to the second floor. On a very bright noote the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

I specifically chose this property because my children were on spring break and we were out of town 3 hours away for them to be able to enjoy the hotel for the pool. Once we got there to check in I was informed that the pool would be down for the two days that we were staying. There was absolutely nothing for my children to do for the two days that we were there. I just wish that if the pool is down they would put that on their website. I was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience.

This has been my second separate stay at this precise hotel. It has been a convenient one night stop on a long road trip. I was happy the first time and still happy the second time. The hotel is clean, quiet, has a comfy bed, and a good hot breakfast. I would cerainly stay here again. Thank you.

Worst Hampton Inn we've eber stayed in. Room smelled like mild dew. Room was very damp and all our clothes and the carpet were damp from the room. They didn't seem to care when i told them.

Room smelled strongly of mildew. Bathroom had mold in shower and on floor around toilet. Pubic hairs on the shower floor and long black hair on the shower wall (we do not have dark hair and had not used the shower when this was noticed). Toilet was dirty. Pump on the lotion at the sink was grimy and dirty. Went to the front desk and informed them and the girl at the desk handed me a pack of Lysol wipes.

I'm not sure why this place has such good reviews. It is extremely dated and the smell is awful. The hallways and our room smelled of mildew. If we hadn't arrived so late at night I would have complained to the front desk and asked for a refund. Very confused as to why it has such great reviews. It was really uncomfortable.

Our sheets were flipped inside out as if they weren’t changed before us. There were roaches in the room. I found 3! Would not stay again. I have two small toddlers who ate in the room so there were crumbs on the floor and they complained that it was dirty because they didn’t want to do their job. Nothing else was wrong with the room. I took all the sheets and covers off the bed to FORCE them to be changed for the next person !

Stayed here for the night after taking my nephew to comic con. Many food options around for dinner. He loved using the waffle maker for breakfast. Was clean and comfy for our one night stay. Would stay again if in the area.

The room was clean, staff were extremely friendly. Housekeeping were wonderful! The breakfast was good with a good variety - eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker with a choice of batter, then your basics. It is definitely outdated, but kept up. They were painting the outside while we were there, so they do care about appearance. The location was good. You will have highway noise because it’s literally right off the freeway (we could see it from our room). Lots of food and shopping options around. The 256 Pickerington area is a safe area. We were there for a week and the staff started to know us. When we arrived they had left a rubber ducky in the bathroom as they knew we were traveling with a toddler. LO thought that was cool. My only complaints were the bed was rock hard and there wasn’t adequate counter space on the bedroom (no dresser). This will be our new go to when visiting.

Our room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issues were with other guests talking loudly in hallway at 5:15am and guests letting their doors slam shut. Wish the hotel would put soft closures on the doors. We would still book another stay at this hotel.

We booked online, and the checkin process was very quick. The elevator was out of order and most guests were scattered around the first floor. Coffee was available all day, a huge bonus for me, and there was a drink and snack vending machine right near the lobby. Our room was very dark and was in definite need of some upgrades. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and everything just felt old. The bedding was very nice and soft, but the mattresses were super hard. During our two night stay i unfortunately was not able to get a lot of sleep due to that, but my husband loves a hard mattress and was a fan. Breakfast was the highlight of the trip. Not only did it rotate daily to include new items, but it was always hot. We went the first day when it first opened and the second day right before it ended. Overall it was a good experience, the location can’t be beat, but the mattress situation can’t be ignored.

The room I stayed in should not be a room they put guests in. Room 133 is directly next to the hotel elevator, housekeeping and the pool and fitness center. Constant noise right outside my room the whole night and early morning. Not sure why I was put here as I know there were other rooms available

When you turn on the bathroom light the exhaust fan automatically kicks on…which was super loud and obnoxious. The air conditioner in the room did not work very well.

Housekeeping decided to run the vacuum in the hallway outside our room door at 7:30am. Housekeeping had their walkie talkie at full blast speaker before 8am almost like they were trying to wake people up so they would check out earlier. Bathroom door in our room needs adjusted as it would not close unless you used your body weight to get it to fit in the frame. The woman working the continental breakfast started cleaning up at 9:45an even though breakfast was til 10am. Half the food was missing.

Man a desk needs a personality check. Mattresses were broken down and need replaced. Asked for late check out. Was told 11:30, which was fine. 11:08 front desk calls to see if we are checking out. Tell them we are. Walk out the door of the room and maid runs after us asking which room we left. Told her and asks us if we are done. Or was only 11.09…they were trying their best to chase us out. If it was an issue, they shouldn’t have given us an 11:30 check out

Two complaints. First, the chairs in the breakfast room were very uncomfortable. Second, getting out of the hotel area during rush hour was a mess. Otherwise, good stay.

This has been my second separate stay at this precise hotel. It has been a convenient one night stop on a long road trip. I was happy the first time and still happy the second time. The hotel is clean, quiet, has a comfy bed, and a good hot breakfast. I would cerainly stay here again. Thank you.

The room was clean, staff were extremely friendly. Housekeeping were wonderful! The breakfast was good with a good variety - eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker with a choice of batter, then your basics. It is definitely outdated, but kept up. They were painting the outside while we were there, so they do care about appearance. The location was good. You will have highway noise because it’s literally right off the freeway (we could see it from our room). Lots of food and shopping options around. The 256 Pickerington area is a safe area. We were there for a week and the staff started to know us. When we arrived they had left a rubber ducky in the bathroom as they knew we were traveling with a toddler. LO thought that was cool. My only complaints were the bed was rock hard and there wasn’t adequate counter space on the bedroom (no dresser). This will be our new go to when visiting.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts had good choices. We've stayed here 3 times now, and it has been great every time. Comfy beds, and hot showers. I will be back.

We booked online, and the checkin process was very quick. The elevator was out of order and most guests were scattered around the first floor. Coffee was available all day, a huge bonus for me, and there was a drink and snack vending machine right near the lobby. Our room was very dark and was in definite need of some upgrades. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and everything just felt old. The bedding was very nice and soft, but the mattresses were super hard. During our two night stay i unfortunately was not able to get a lot of sleep due to that, but my husband loves a hard mattress and was a fan. Breakfast was the highlight of the trip. Not only did it rotate daily to include new items, but it was always hot. We went the first day when it first opened and the second day right before it ended. Overall it was a good experience, the location can’t be beat, but the mattress situation can’t be ignored.

90% of the parking lot was resurfaced so we were told to park next door at Cracker Barrel. That lot was unlit and had people sleeping in their cars. Ended up parking in the street. The breakfast was unappealing with cold entrees and a broken waffle iron. The dining area furniture and decor was dilapidated and uninviting. Bed was not comfortable. I always seek out Hampton Inns when I travel. Maybe it’s time to change my search to another brand.

Stayed here for the night after taking my nephew to comic con. Many food options around for dinner. He loved using the waffle maker for breakfast. Was clean and comfy for our one night stay. Would stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. We had a room that had just been renovated, and everything was clean and bright. Our bed was quite comfortable and the shower was great. The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, and there were lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very professional and nice. We felt welcomed. The breakfast offered many choices of bith hot and cold food, including fresh fruit and healthy choices like oatmeal with lots of items to add in. We thought the price was a good value and we would stay here again.

The pool was pretty cold and there weren’t any towels on our second night. There was a lot of construction happening and people constantly peeing in the windows of the pool area, which made me a little bit uncomfortable with my very small daughter. I suggest putting fogged glass in there for a little bit of privacy.
