We stayed for two weeks visiting family. My husband called to make sure the pool was operating, which it was for the first few days then it was shut down for renovations. The elevator was down often. The first floor smelled like marijuana. Our room had dirty walls with holes in them, dirty carpet, dirty air filter, dirty and rusted refrigerator (which froze everything we put in, knob didn’t work to adjust temperature), TV stand was broken, some outlets didn’t work. I asked the front desk for extra bath towels (we had 2 adults 3 kids staying) and they would give me washcloths and hand towels instead. I only had housekeeping one time and I had to ask for it twice because they didn’t complete it the first time I requested it. Front desk was rude when I asked for new bedding due to my young son having a spill. I will give them credit for breakfast being good, but overall we were not satisfied at all. I booked a Comfort Inn due to having great experiences with them in the past, but I could’ve booked a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn and had the same experience but for way less. Choice Hotels should be ashamed of this location.

Very tired and rundown. Main building's a/c wasn't working (worked well in our room, fortunately), elevator was broken, so we were forced to use the stairs with a disabled dog who needed to be carried up and down the stairs. People were camped in cars in the parking lot. Trash, weeds, and filth outside in the landscaping and grass areas. Fresh vomit on the sidewalk that didn't seem to matter to the host. Horrible access and even worse exit of the parking lot. Water pressure was great, but aside from that, it was a miserable stay. I refuse to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The fridge was broken and warm and the elevator was broken almost the entire time and I had a disabled family member who had a powered scooter we couldn't get out of the hotel bc of a broken elevator! I asked for a refund

Pool is extremely cloudy with a door that does not secure. The soda machine has pricing of 1 dollar cans, but when you press the button, says 2 dollars. Breakfast was average. The sheets in the rooms looked dirty. Overall was only a good one or two night stay heading to somewhere.

Overall a good stay the only two negatives are that there’s only one entrance and exit into the parking of the hotel which was only accessible by turning right into the property causing me to make u turns any time I would come from a different direction. The other negative is that anytime it would rain the parking lot would flood

This hotel is run down and dirty. The air conditioner didn't work al all. There were water marks on the ceiling and it was peeling in the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. Walls had been patched and never painted.

Not much to like about this hotel. To begin with, there is only one way to enter and exit. If you want to go left out of the parking lot you have to turn right and turn around in a plaza. The pool was closed but wasn\'t mentioned at booking. The elevator does a scary bump upon descending. The room was filthy including unknown spatters on the bathroom walls. Dirty tub. Stains on the sheets. Doubt me? I have pictures. The "breakfast" was lousy. Eggs that I\'m sure were not actual fresh cracked eggs. The juices were so watered down. Yuk. Sausage and waffles and anything packaged were ok though.

There were still people in our room, so we went back down to the front desk and the person spent time calling that room and figuring out what happened instead of getting us a new room and then dealing with them. There were two suckers in my bed when I pulled back the sheets. There were crumbs on the floor, indicating that the room had not been vacuumed.

Entering the property was only available from one direction on road. Inconvenient. As for the room, furniture did not look clean and the bathtub still had black grime in the bottom. Should have been scrubbed and sanitized. All this along with lots of road noise and strong smell of marijuana throughout the property did not make this very family friendly. Will not stay again.

The shower curtain wasn’t wide enough to close. It made for a very cold shower so I purchased a liner. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The mattress on the bed seemed firm but I rolled to the middle. There were multiple stains on the carpet. This was a suite and wasn’t very comfortable or clean. My family stayed across the hall in a 2-bed room, and it was so much nicer.

Just okay. Needed a deep cleaning. Spray stains on walls and pet stains on carpet. One looked fresh. Stayed here, but would splurge next time. Back door where we entered was a little trashy.

Our family stay was amazing! The staff was very professional, patient, kind and courteous. House keeping was excellent, checked with us daily to see if we needed anything, The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable! Thank you for Great Service!!🙌🙌🙏😊😎

My room was not throughly clean. There was an eyelash on the phone, dog food on floor, stains on the comforter, ripped comforter w/stuffing coming out and a smashed bug on the wall. However, the rest of the property seemed clean and the food choices were good.

Extremely loud all night. Paper thin walls so you could hear everyone coming and going. Music playing. Drinks being made at 4AM. Girls showing up to rooms. I would not recommend or stay here again.

Our room had two queens and was very spacious. Bathroom was pretty big with excellent water pressure. Included wall mounted shampoo and conditioner which was nice as well as wall mounted body lotion if you didn't bring your own. Internet was fine and beds were comfortable and clean. The complementary breakfast was surprising good and the staff was friendly. It is a busy area so traffic would impede walking to the many local restaurants or activities. One entry and one exit into/out of the lot can be frustrating as the traffic is fairy heavy as mentioned before. Overall and good stay and would book again.

Dirty floors, noisy sqeeking beds, a room that kept getting filled with both Marijuana and cigarette smoke through our door to the point that our eys burnt and noses irritated. All rooms were supposed to be 100% smoke free. When we told management amd requested to be moved to another room and floor, he gave me a can of air freshener as our resolution instead. The place is also very loud. Everytime a door would slam from other rooms it would make you jump, and or wake you up from sleep. You could feel the floor vibrate when doors where shut as well. The person next door would cough, probably from the weed, and it was loud enough to make you think she was in the room with you. There is only one entrance and exit into the hotel, and the street is ridiculously busy. To get in you would need to pass it and find a place to turn around to be on the side of the street the hotel is on. You can forget about trying to turn left out of the hotel...it won't happen. Bottom line is, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and I have stayed in many many hotels in the past, so thats saying something. The only advise i can give to you all is, dont be lured in by the lower price. Its not worth it. Don't stay in that hell hole.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I hope this helps someone avoid wasting $100. The TV didn’t work, and when I left my room for the evening the door wouldn’t even latch — you could just push it open, which felt unsafe. In the morning, I was woken up by the loud beeping of the ice machine in the hallway. Overall, this place feels like a $60 motel. For the price, you can definitely find something better just down the street.

Well, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Our air conditioner was not working properly in the room. There was also only one luggage cart available for the whole hotel.

Dirty floors, noisy sqeeking beds, a room that kept getting filled with both Marijuana and cigarette smoke through our door to the point that our eys burnt and noses irritated. All rooms were supposed to be 100% smoke free. When we told management amd requested to be moved to another room and floor, he gave me a can of air freshener as our resolution instead. The place is also very loud. Everytime a door would slam from other rooms it would make you jump, and or wake you up from sleep. You could feel the floor vibrate when doors where shut as well. The person next door would cough, probably from the weed, and it was loud enough to make you think she was in the room with you. There is only one entrance and exit into the hotel, and the street is ridiculously busy. To get in you would need to pass it and find a place to turn around to be on the side of the street the hotel is on. You can forget about trying to turn left out of the hotel...it won't happen. Bottom line is, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had, and I have stayed in many many hotels in the past, so thats saying something. The only advise i can give to you all is, dont be lured in by the lower price. Its not worth it. Don't stay in that hell hole.

We REALLY appreciated management stepping in to help us revise a 3rd party reservation and we ALWAYS appreciate the consistency and convenience of this location. Staff was quick and professional. Breakfast had tons of options compared to other hotels. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Elevator is old BUT it’s probably an older hotel and they’ve kept it updated. It would be hard to upgrade an elevator I feel like. It still works so why fix it?! Would stay again.

Incredible customer service. Very accommodating and helpful in a timely way. Also, this hotel was clean without resorting to a lot of room deodorizers that I am sensitive to and that I find other hotels use to cover up a dirty environment. I would go back there anytime.

Our family stay was amazing! The staff was very professional, patient, kind and courteous. House keeping was excellent, checked with us daily to see if we needed anything, The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable! Thank you for Great Service!!🙌🙌🙏😊😎

Our room had two queens and was very spacious. Bathroom was pretty big with excellent water pressure. Included wall mounted shampoo and conditioner which was nice as well as wall mounted body lotion if you didn't bring your own. Internet was fine and beds were comfortable and clean. The complementary breakfast was surprising good and the staff was friendly. It is a busy area so traffic would impede walking to the many local restaurants or activities. One entry and one exit into/out of the lot can be frustrating as the traffic is fairy heavy as mentioned before. Overall and good stay and would book again.

We had a decent stay at this hotel. Somewhat outdated and could use a deep clean. Staff was friendly. A lot to do nearby but the one way in, one way out of the hotel is a not ideal.

Close to interstate but you have to drive past it to access the parking lot. Room was clean, breakfast was typical. Traffic is crazy in this area. Don't plan on walking anywhere near.

Not much to like about this hotel. To begin with, there is only one way to enter and exit. If you want to go left out of the parking lot you have to turn right and turn around in a plaza. The pool was closed but wasn\'t mentioned at booking. The elevator does a scary bump upon descending. The room was filthy including unknown spatters on the bathroom walls. Dirty tub. Stains on the sheets. Doubt me? I have pictures. The "breakfast" was lousy. Eggs that I\'m sure were not actual fresh cracked eggs. The juices were so watered down. Yuk. Sausage and waffles and anything packaged were ok though.

Hotel would have been nice except the air was broken in our room, so it was sweltering, people were smoking weed and it smelled through the choke hotel. Fire alarms went off randomly at night (probably from the smokers). The breakfast was subpar and the whole breakfast area was messy. No drinks except water and coffee. Was told that they didn’t have anyone to work so that’s why it was unstocked and dirty.

The room was filthy. There were food stains on the bed and walls, a live cockroach crawling around, and there were hairs all over the bathroom. We talked to the front desk about it, and all he said was that he would contact Hotels.com to issue us a refund but it still hasn’t shown up on our account. Travelers beware!

Our room had a stench. It smelled like the sewer was running through our room. The carpet was damp the whole time. The toilet was not bolted to the ground and moved when you sat on it. The shower head was growing mold. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
