Bathroom was nasty. Mold on ceiling in shower and on shower head. Rest of hotel dirty. Pool closed?? Damage all over

The pool was out of service, and that was one of the absolutes I wanted in a hotel on this trip, for the kids to enjoy, there was no notice when I booked the room or I would have booked somewhere else, but it still wasn't a bad stay all in all

Our stay was quiet. Very nice rooms and comfy beds. Downfall was the pool was very cold, granddaughters lips turned blue. Also, they do not provide towels at the pool like my other stays, which makes it inconvenient for guests to have to use bath towels, then have no dry ones to shower. I'm also going to put it out there, theres grim and dirt all around the inside of their pool. Pool is white under water etc, but if you look at the tile above the water, under rim of pool, its black all the way around, really disgusting that they don't get in that cold water themselves and really clean that grim off those tiles. Should of took a picture.

Pool was closed due to roof work, tv in room didnt work throughout entire building. Breakfast was awful. No compensation for amenities not being available, and not posted on website. Found out about pool when checking in, and about tv when teying to use it in the room. Beds were uncomfortable, and bathroom was tiny.

The only filter we used was a pool. Yes it had a pool. No it wasn't open! Place was filthy. No hot water to our room. We had a hard time securing our windows. Not a safe feeling! Breakfast was good for a quick bite before hitting the road.

I’m a mom with two kids. The room didn’t have coffee. The pool was absolutely freezing and there was no towels so from the gate it was a little rough. The faucet to the hot tub was very wobbly and like I said we had to ask for towels and we had to literally walk our old towels down to the front desk to be able to get new fresh towels Never again but we survived

Our room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needed a good scrub around the toilet and shower. The pool needed a cleaning around the tiles. Overall not bad.

Pool was broken. Not very clean, worse part is the train running behind the property every 55 minutes. Way too noisy.

For a free breakfast variety was good with a couple healthy options. Was set up on time with the hot food hot and cold was cold. Always like the orange juice option. Parking was good and well lite. Didn't hurt that Cracker Barrel was next door. Couple things needed attention, which I left a note about. Overall a good experience. Room was clean and set up the staff was available and friendly.

This property was way overpriced. The elevator seemed unsafe! Took stairs up and down to and from third floor bc of getting stuck and loud boom! Bathroom stunk and sink was outside of the bathroom. Shower curtain needed changed! Stains and stunk!

Towels on our room were dirty! Room smelled bad.

I have stayed at this hotel many, many times over the last 10 or so years. They’ve always had great amenities, good breakfast, and they were clean. This time, however, our room was not the best. The room had obviously not been deep cleaned well enough. There was hairs on the shower that absolutely was not ours. The towels were stained. The mattress cover was stained. The breakfast was minimal compared to other times we had stayed. The juice fountain didn’t even have juice. I was extremely disappointed with our stay and will not be staying here again.

As soon as I entered the lobby, it was the same temperature inside that it was outside, in the summer. The floors were sticky. That means the carpet was sticky. I walked up to the counter, and there was a guy on his phone and he didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. He was very impersonal and could care less that I was standing there when I got to the room, the floors were sticky, and there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. I did not take my shoes off the entire stay. Not a good place to stay at all. The entire hotel was warm and sticky. Why would someone stay here?

Several issues with the property including cockroaches and nasty floors. Our feet were black just from the first few minutes when we first got into the room. They had no managers available when we showed them the issues and their “fixes” for the problems were to move us next door. We booked a room with queen beds and got doubles, the clerk admitted it, then put us next door where the same size beds were “queen beds”. Now we are waiting for a refund and they conveniently don’t have a manager present to do anything about it. Don’t stay here.

Rooms were absolutely disgusting, dirty sheets , drain was full of hair , DNA stains on chair. Cracked floor tiles. Front desk service was absolutely awful. Very rude threw a pen when asked for money back. Room stunk. Door was kicked in , window was broken. Would NOT recommend

Our 3rd day out of 4 found what google pictures identified as a bedbug on our mattress. Notified management and they tried to say it was a fly that came in the window. Our window didn’t even open and it looked nothing like a fly! They offered to change the sheets. Only refunded the money for our last day when we left. Never going back.

The only thing I enjoyed here was Linda the night shift worker, otherwise our room was completely filthy. I had to wear my shoes at all times unless I went to bed the first day I took my shoes off and my socks were black from the filth. I also had to ask for new sheets as the ones on the bed had mold on them. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker, and there where people outside our window partying and smoking pot that blew in our window. The garbage on the side of the building was so overfilled it was all over the ground. Will never stay there again.

The bathroom had a lot of mold. The room smelled badly of mold and mildew even with the air freshener that came from the air conditioner. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep despite how exhausted I was. I would rather the bathroom be free of mold instead of new furnishings.

Despite the friendly service, my room had ants in the air conditioner and bed, and the cleanliness was lacking.

We traveled all day and got in pretty late. The first room they put us in had dirty towels and trash still in the trash can and had a smell. That was right as you walked in the door - we did not go in further to see what else was not cleaned. They tried to put us in a lesser room-asked about rate being changed if lesser. Said since it was through Expedia - couldn't change rate. I said that wasn't OK and he finally said he could put us in a "suite" and wouldn't charge the upgrade. Walked into the new room and vinyl floor inside the door was sticky. We checked the rest of the room and the bed was decent although the sheet had a hole in it. We were so tired from travels - we just decided to sleep & figure out what to do in the morning. When I got up - I decided to take a wash cloth to the floor and the cloth ended up almost black from my cleaning of the floor. I took the cloth down to the front desk after a conversation with Expedia. Was told they would have someone clean the room right away. We were leaving for our event so crossed our fingers the room was clean when we got back. That night - came back and keys did not work. We were given excuses on why- but had not put keys anywhere but in the cup holder of our car. When getting back in - the floor still seemed sticky and there was a piece of paper/string still in same place as it was before they "cleaned". HORRIBLE Hotel! Another event goer stayed there and said his floor was also sticky. So it was not just us. Disgusting!

The room was extremely overpriced for the condition of the hotel. It has been remodeled but still has signs of oldness. The hallways are dirty and dingy. The Showerhead was spraying toward the ceiling and no water pressure. Told them about it but never looked at it. Ended up fixing it ourselves. Outside entry door not locked. Had to walk down dirty towels to exchange because there was only one person working. Toilets extremely low to the ground. Any elderly person would have a VERY difficult time getting up. Language barrier with staff.

I wish that I had known that it is located right next to Railroad tracks. Trains went by regularly during the night and I did not sleep well. The person who checked me in was very unfriendly. The bathroom in my room was old with cracking paint and nothing like the nice rooms shown in the advertising photos.

Ok for the Hotels.com price. I didn’t realize it was close to a train track ( running outside our room) when I booked. Ask for a room away from the tracks would be my advice if that bothers you. The convenience of Cracker Barrel was a plus.

There was nothing mentioned on the website about the fact that the hotel is right next to a railroad. Neither did the person at the front desk tell us when we checked in. We found out only when the train shook the rooms' windows and it sounded like the train was going to crash through the wall. This happened sseveral time through the night. If you book at this hotel ask for a room on the front side.

Great room for the price, but the toilet wobbled and the faucet for the sink was not secure either. Room was clean, but definitely needs an update and a coat of paint. Otherwise felt safe and was fairly quiet. Lots of parking and well lit lot.

The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. The heater rattled all night, the bathroom light/fan was loud and rattled, and the hotel backs up to railroad tracks with trains coming through every hour thought-out night. We got no sleep at all . They also charged $25 for a pet fee, this is the most we have every paid. Avoid this location no matter how cheap it is.

It is a nice enough property just off the I-75 freeway. I checked in online ahead of time, so check-in at the hotel was quick and easy. I could tell the hotel was a bit 'worn' as the carpeting in the lobby showed aging. The room itself was ok, but the A/C was louder than I would have preferred and the shower handle rattled as I turned it, but it worked. All in all, a decent place for a onr-night stopover.

Not a bad experience. The bathroom in our room was sloppily painted. Just left a not great impression. Hotel itself was ok. Nothing great.

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. They doesn’t offer daily cleaning . I had to ask for it and to restock of new towels . Not please asking for service .

The night staff lady was great. Very attentive to our needs and always pleasant. The room itself overall was good. The bathroom shower wash rag holder needs fixed. The toilet lid/Seat was extremely loose. But overall satisfied with the hotel and room. We will be staying again next year.

The room was clean and the continental breakfast was better than most. However, as this is a "green hotel," you will not get your room serviced unless you specifically request it. Their disclaimer says they will only change bedsheets or linens every 3 days. We stayed a week and had to request room service twice, and for soaps, towels and washrags we had to ask 3 times. So it\'s wasn\'t 3 days in our case, it\'s not at all. In addition, the property is adjacent to a freight rail, which passed every 2-3 hours, including nights.

Place was disgusting. Staff was very rude. Definitely would not recommend.

Horrible staff

Spent a couple of days there. Great location for dining options and state Park visits.

We enjoyed our short walk to the outside. There was a nice area to walk around the hotel-green and mowed. Walking distance to a Cracker Barrel and a park with walking trails.

Location was quiet, convenient to event and Cracker Barrel was within walking distance.

We stay here each year in July. The staff is always nice and helpful. The room is clean enough and adequate for our purposes. The location is perfect! Close to dining and shopping. We will continue to stay here each year.

It held us over until we went to lunch before the festival. Good location and a lot of restaurants nearby. We'd stay again if we need to while attending the festival. It wasnt anything special, but we felt safe

Amazing stay for us. They were so nice at the front desk and accommodating. Breakfest was really good too! Fresh bagels and muffins were so good!

Pillows are wonderful! Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a little better than average. At least there was hard boiled eggs and sausage gravy.

Our family booked for 1 night only. Hallway smell like cigarettes, old frying oil and mildew all at the same time. We book a Non- Smoking room but the smell of the hallway went into the room. Room looked like was only partially remodeled. Bathtub was extremely stained, not functioning properly and remodeling debris on it. Went for breakfast before checking out and there was a ton food flies all over the juice machine. Poor selection of breakfast items and cleanness of area was in existent. Coffee jugs filled with dirty water. Overall experience, terrible. Thank God was only 1 night and we were out of there by 7am.

Breakfast was somewhat limited, and the available food was not replenished in a timely manner by the attendant. The auto pancake machine was a little slow, but the pancakes were very good.

Decent room— needed a fresh coat of paint etc. Looked like some upgrades/ refresh had been done; however job not finished. Breakfast OK— pancake machine was fun. Not happy to see a bunch of ants crawling around near the bread display ( display was clear plastics with a door) and the juice dispenser. Friendly service with a smile both upon arrival and check out. Nice that Cracker Barrel is across the parking lot! Also, Buffalo Wild Wings and Red Lobster are across the street ( but a bit more tricky to get to)
