Our family enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the pool area several evenings and it's in walking distance to restaurants, the pier, lighthouse and Park. The hotel was clean and comfortable for our stay.

Price was excellent. We had two queen beds and a double sofa bed. Perfect for a family. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean pool. Centrally located. Convenient for walking. We would definitely stay there again

This place is unique. It felt like home. Very clean and the staff went above and beyond to take care of you. I would stay here again!! It is located in the perfect place. Walk to just about anywhere you want to go. It was very quiet, and the pool was a bonus. You can swim late too. There is no complimentary breakfast, but you can walk to Ala carte for a great breakfast. Two thumbs up, for sure!!!!

This was just an meh stay. The room was basic two beds, fridge, microwave, table and 2 chairs, and sink area. The door didn't really close all the way. There was a gap between the door and door frame. That freaked me out a bit so I had to prop something else up to make sure it couldn't be opened. The doors open to an outdoor balcony that was sticky and probably never cleaned. The pool was cute but very very small. Depth was max 4 feet and there was always a ton a people in there. Only like 10 seats around the pool. The location is great a couple minute walk to JetExpress and a couple minute drive to the other Ferry stations. Across the street from park with a pier and water access. Wendy's is just a stones throw away from hotel. No problem parking. It wasn't terrible, but definitively far from great.

I called about early check in and they said that was fine and would call me when room was ready. Never called. Check in went fine. Hallways smell really weird. Room smells even weirder. The bathroom is in the center of the room, which I didn't really get from the photos. This was inconvenient with a kiddo staying in the room. I asked when the pool was open and the front desk clerk just replied "I don't know." I went to check out in the morning and the staff seemed annoyed I was doing so. But I didn't have any instruction to do anything otherwise so I'm not sure what the story is there. I've randomly used hotels.com and their ratings to pick where I stay and this is the first time that I have to say it was a bad experience.

What a surprise..booked sight unseen.quirky charming property 2 blocks away from jet express to putnbay.Delicious pool.the friendliest staff ever Lake views.. Price so reasonable.Rooms clean and cool. 5 stars

Easy access to back of building to go to and from your room without having to go through reception area. Front desk was able to help me with a late check in that was past their normal time. Was understanding, super friendly and made it easy for us to get into our room. Room was good and was clean. Also was quiet during our brief time there.

The room was dirty. The toilet bowl had a ring and obviously not cleaned. My feet were dirty after walking in my bare feet. The table needed to be wiped down. The location was convenient.

My friend and I like the location of this property as it is walking distance to downtown Port Clinton. However, we felt that the property is badly in need of a makeover. The wallpaper is peeling, the woodwork is scratched, and it generally looks very old and looks like nothing has been updated in a long time.

Excellent location, which is why it’s so expensive. Have a room that sleeps 5 comfortably, and that’s what we needed. It’s very clean, and very very outdated. 3 shower towels for 5 people was a little sad.

The limited lake view was a joke, you can barely see even a small area of water. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. The tv went out for a couple hours. The coffee maker was dirty.

We really liked the location, that was the best. We would have rather stayed in the house instead we were in the back building. A feel of an old motel. The room was something I would have envisioned in the late 1960's/70's. Clean enough. Didn't feel very private or comfortable . Appreciated the refeg. and microwave. Glad we only stayed one night. Really enjoyed the fact we could walk to many pubs, ice cream, restaurants , also able to experience live bands at several establishments. The lobby of the house was nice, they had a larger flat screen TV that we would have enjoyed watching Saturday college football games.

One major problem. The king size bed had a huge hollow spot on the right side. This meant that my wife and I both had to sleep on only one half of the bed.

The check in was easy and fast. The staff were helpful and sweet. The area is very close to everything such as restaurants shopping and the jet express ferry. Is right near Lake Erie all you have to do is cross the street. I highly recommend people stay here and will be staying here again.

Have stayed here several times. Very nice place especially for price. Can easily walk to places around town, 1 to 3 blocks, including PIB ferry.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the pool area several evenings and it's in walking distance to restaurants, the pier, lighthouse and Park. The hotel was clean and comfortable for our stay.

Nice motel near jet express to put in bay. Close to downtown port Clinton restaurants. Have stayed here many times.

The check in was easy and fast. The staff were helpful and sweet. The area is very close to everything such as restaurants shopping and the jet express ferry. Is right near Lake Erie all you have to do is cross the street. I highly recommend people stay here and will be staying here again.

This place is unique. It felt like home. Very clean and the staff went above and beyond to take care of you. I would stay here again!! It is located in the perfect place. Walk to just about anywhere you want to go. It was very quiet, and the pool was a bonus. You can swim late too. There is no complimentary breakfast, but you can walk to Ala carte for a great breakfast. Two thumbs up, for sure!!!!

Room was clean and it was nice having an option that comfortably fit up to 6. I do wish there was a breakfast offered but otherwise it was nice and clean.

This is a great place to stay if you are planning on making a trip to Put-In-Bay via the Jet Express. The hotel is within walking distance. The hotel itself is nice. It is dated and quaint. This is something my wife and I appreciated. There is an outside pool on the property, but we did not use it because most of our time was spent at Put-In-Bay. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Great location! Across the street from the water/Marina with several walkable restaurants, bars, etc. Its old and definitely could use some updating but location is key and its right where you want to be for convenience. Would stay again for sure

This is a nice location, very friendly staff, and I enjoyed the pool. I would be glad to pay more and stay there again but it's in great need of improvement in the guest rooms. The outdated carpeting felt tacky on bare feet. Glad I brought my slippers. Couch was ripped. Furniture was heavily scratched and dated. Bed was lumpy. The worst part was the bathroom smelled of urine. I'm not saying it wasn't cleaned but I think it's too old to really get the odor out. Please fix it up and I'll come back to your gem in the rough!

I had a great stay! Exceptionally clean. Conveniently located to many restaurants. A lot of them are even in walking distance! I was pleasantly surprised by how close to the water we were. You won’t regret staying here!

Such a great location. We were able to walk to several of the marinas and great restaurants nearby! Will definitely be back! The pool looked lovely but didn’t get to enjoy it! Also loved the jacuzzi in the room!!!
