Best Western Plus Sandusky Hotel & Suites

The room was clean and tidy. No complaints about the room. I didn’t realize that when you stay multiple days housekeeping doesn’t come at all while you’re there unless requested. Kinda disappointing but not really a big deal. Staff was friendly and courteous. I didn’t make it to breakfast either day so I cannot rate that. Outside was neat and clean. Parking lot well lit as well.

Advertisers having a great breakfast what is subpar not much of selection it had a lot better and other hotels also elevator stinks something bad I don't know if it's dirty carpet or what

Everything was fine except on the second night there was a party in the first floor conference room just below our room with a disc jockey and music so loud it sounded like it was in our room. Party lasted until late and we were unable to go to sleep because of it.

Breakfast is good and hot, tasty clean ambience must try for families

Anthony at the front desk was wonderful! He told us everything we needed to know before we could ask. When our food arrived without utensils he got us everything we needed to enjoy our meal.
