I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn but never one like this one. Was very noisy all night,very old ran down, pool was indoor but paint on bottom was all peeling up, my room was on 2nd floor the beds were not to bad but the bathroom was horrible peeling paint on ceiling and mold. Would never stay there again.

Was disappointed in this particular Hampton Inn, elevator was very small and slow, whirlpool was not working and pool did not look clean. Work out room you had to go through the pool area to get to it and it was very warm and humid in there. There was some kind of leak or problem downstairs when we arrived, which I know was not their fault but didn’t leave a great first impression and there was no tv remote in the room so we had to go downstairs to get another one. The place otherwise was clean and the staff was friendly

Pleasant, beds very comfortable, like the indoor pool. The breakfast was great and the woman taking care of it was really great, nice person. Whirlpool was broken, and we had hoped to use it, late arrival, so that was very disappointing.

One of the best place to stay & they have beautiful swimming pool & gym. Our daughter was really enjoyed in swimming pool even breakfast was awesome & staff were so friendly.we really loved this place ❤️❤️❤️

Although the property appears a little run down and the plumbing wasn’t great, the customer service was excellent. We visited for the Half Ironman in Sandusky and were beyond impressed that breakfast (both sit down and bagged) was available from 4:30am!

I felt our room was a little rough for a Hampton Inn. The bathroom door was falling apart at the bottom, toilet seat was very flimsy, had a toe or finger nail on the floor and the fitness room could only fit 2 people at a time. Room 204.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room we stayed in. I had to exchange a pillow because it had somebody previous’ foundation on it. There were sunflower seeds all over the sides of the beds. The elevator was gross. It was not impressive. The only part about our stay that was decent was the breakfast attendant was friendly, kind, and professional as well as the gentleman running the front desk in the morning named Art was absolutely kind and caring in regards to our room situation.

Property was good, beds comfortable, and breakfast options were good. If you need to dry your hair take your own blow dryer the one in the room was disgusting. I refused to use it.

Very helpful and polite staff. The room was very clean and updated. It did have a slight smell, like carpet cleaner. The breakfast was great and fully maintained. Much better than most. Overall a great place to stay.

Did not request handicap room. Room had strange odor. TV channel selection sucked. Too tired from driving to take issue with front desk. Worn mattress needs to be replaced. ALL staff friendliness made up for room shortcomings and breakfast was great as usual. In future will check room before bringing luggage in.

Terrible stay. The property was clean. Was a disaster from the time we got there at 12:45 AM until we left. I did tell the blonde woman at the desk but she was like someone will contact me. Room was EXTREMELY hot like 80 degrees and we could not get the air below 66. The air seemed to be locked. So hot all night!! NEVER ever take room 201. It was the last room right by the highway all you heard was trucks, motorcycles, and cars all night!! The person in the room next to us had their TV blasting, and all they were doing was hockering, spitting and flushing the toilet like they were sick!!! Lobby was 90 degrees also and people were complaining. I didn’t even ask for a refund, discount, I just wanted to leave. No sleep AT ALL and had to drive all the way home. Can’t blame the hotel for everything but they could have offered something. Rachel from the breakfast was nice but everyone there was sweating it was so hot. We were told maintenance was working on it!!

My family and I were not able to stay at this property due to the fact that they overbooked the property. Then sent us to their other location that was 10 miles away so we were a good 30 minutes from where we were trying to go. We get to the other location and their pool is broken and they were not willing to discount anything they were actually going to charge us more. I will never book a room at this location again

I’m finding that Comfort Inns are middle of the road. Been to 2 in the last 2 months. The one in Findlay was pretty run down inside and out. The one in Sandusky Ohio had some work done on it but the mattresses were in need of being replaced. Staffing seemed a little short especially with breakfasts at both places. Been to other hotels where they check on the breakfast items all the time to keep them replenished and the coffee.

DaeVon at the front desk was great, very helpful and gave good recommendations on what there was to see and do. Breakfast was great! On a side note, our bathroom door stuck and was difficult to open and close.

Although the property appears a little run down and the plumbing wasn’t great, the customer service was excellent. We visited for the Half Ironman in Sandusky and were beyond impressed that breakfast (both sit down and bagged) was available from 4:30am!

Bed literally was indented it was so old. Had to sleep on the couch. Air conditioner was blowing warm air. Breakfast was wet sausage pattys and bagels with no cream cheese. Horrible.

Very helpful and polite staff. The room was very clean and updated. It did have a slight smell, like carpet cleaner. The breakfast was great and fully maintained. Much better than most. Overall a great place to stay.

Great hotel for a solid price. Clean, quiet, and solid breakfast options. Couldn't ask for more for a Cedar Point trip.

I’m finding that Comfort Inns are middle of the road. Been to 2 in the last 2 months. The one in Findlay was pretty run down inside and out. The one in Sandusky Ohio had some work done on it but the mattresses were in need of being replaced. Staffing seemed a little short especially with breakfasts at both places. Been to other hotels where they check on the breakfast items all the time to keep them replenished and the coffee.

The room smelled like feet my son was nauseous and kept feeling like he was going to vomit because of the smell so I sprayed it down with Febreze and wiped it down with Mr. Clean disinfectant, the comforter had blood stains on one of the beds so that told me they weren’t washed (I brought extra comforters) on top of that the tub had dirt stains and a clogged drain so I had some gloves and pulled out a chunk of hair out of the drain and disinfected the bathroom. Was told Housekeeping services can be provided every other day but it wouldn’t have been on the days we were there.

The hotel stay was ok but there was a bag of chips and a plate left under our beds so it makes me wonder how well they actually clean.
