La maquina de las panquecas no funcionaba, muy mal o poca opcion de desayuno. Deberian mejorar. Las personas fuman en la habitación el olor se entra en las otras habitaciones

The facility was not as up to date as we hoped. The hallways and elevator smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The shower was a little hard to operate, but it was functional. It was advertised that they had pancakes and tacos for breakfast, but the pancake machine was out of order and no tacos. We had some cold cereal and prepackaged muffins instead. Staff were very friendly. We were thankful we found a place to sleep on short notice, but wish we knew it was more run down than what we saw in the pictures.

It was not clean. Carpet is old and dirty and room was not very clean. Bed sheets were dirty with blood and makeup.

The fully equipped kitchen suite was nice! Some of the overall appearance seems outdated and a bit run down to the eye. The thermostat took some adjusting to figure out. The degree numbers on the thermostat didn't move, but after a few hours the room eventually felt cold. The staff were nice and helpful. This wouldn't be a favorite hotel, but it was clean and safe enough that I would stay again if my top 2 choices were already taken.

The room was not at all what I had booked. The walls are thin could hear everything going on. None of the outlets worked in the room, except the bathroom and one on a far wall which is not convenient. Felt unsafe going to and from my room alone as there are no cameras in the hall.
