Stay away! This is the nastiest hotel in the area. All you hear is people fighting and yelling. 2nd floor was so load! And then when you took a shower the tub filled up with water. Had to shut the water off let it drain and finish your shower! The breakfast area was so nasty and smelled like sewer! The pool was cloudy was not clear at all!!!! Could not speak with a manager because there was no one on duty. I will be calling choice hotels for a refund! And making a report to the health department!

I am very upset with my stay there.. The guy who checked us in was kind ride & short .. was not very informational when I asked him questions.. Then that night the next guy I talked to was NOT helpful at all. We told him the toilet was broke. IT WOULD NOT FLUSH! THEN we went to shower after swimming & we could NOT ever take a shower because the shower was broken too!! The faucet part thelat the water comes out of to take a bath or u pull the thing up to take a shower.shower come completely off.. we couldn't use the bathroom unless we poured ices buckets full of water to get it to flush!!! Then we told the 2nd guy about everything.. HE DID NOTHING!! WOULD NOT COME LOOK AT!! HE DOING IT FOR THE SHOWER?!! HE DIDN'T OFFER US A NEW ROOM! SO WE WAA STUCK. HE WOULDN'T CALL MANAGEMENT. SAID THEY'D BE IN IN THE MORNING @9 .. THAT WAS A LIE!!! BECAUSE IN THE MORNING @9.. WE WENT TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT.. THE GUY AT DESK TO US SHE WOULD NOT BE BACK TIL MONDAY.. WE COULD EMAIL THEM. HE WASN'T CALL HER FOR US & HE COULD NOT DO NOTHING.... I WANT MY A REFUND! I WANT MY MONEY BACK .. OMG I ALMOST FORGOT THE ROOM NEXT TO US HAD ROACHES!!!!

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. I’ve stayed at many Quality Inns without issue or complaint. When I arrived, I was given a room key that did work. Then given a different room entirely. Returning the second night, my room key did not work AGAIN, and it was reset to work. In this room, it was very dusty (specifically on the headboard of the bed). The window curtains were noticeably filthy from a distance and had holes (also would not close entirely). Other than channel up/down and volume up/down, the TV remote did not work (the TV was stuck with captions on and crop-zoomed in, cutting off a percentage of the picture, and I could not adjust it due to the remote not working). The lights by the sink near the entrance turned on and off on their own constantly, including overnight while I was asleep, waking me instantly (the only way I could ensure the lights stayed off was to unscrew the light bulbs and then just screw one back in when I needed to use the area). The bedside lamp also turned off spontaneously. The office chair was tattered and shedding pieces of its cover. The WiFi passcode did not work for the first several hours I was checked in. The staff at the front counter was helpful when presented with the key card issues.
