I can't say enough GOOD about this facility. It is in an excellent location, very clean, wonderful front desk staff, beautifully decorated, the room was very spacious and very clean, and the breakfast area was great, as was the food. I will definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed when I arrived to find out that the room I paid for had been given to someone else. I was supposed to get a room with two queen beds. Went to room to find out they gave me one queen bed with a couch. No notice or courtesy email. Had to sleep on the sleeper couch and very very uncomfortable. The room next door was smoking weed and it was coming inside our room. Made me ill.

I was charged a late check out fee when no staff could be talked to (I called the front desk 3x tying to find out when check out times were and if I could get a late check out) and it was unclear when check out was because the phone in the hotel room said check out was noon and we left at 11:35. Called the hotel and the manger would not speak to me had a support staff talk to me instead and would not remove the fee. He was standing next to girl on phone and would speak to me (I could hear her ask him questions before she muted me). Phone in the room even said check out time was noon, hotel fees were inflated for the weekend by $50 from their normal rates (we stayed for 3 nights). I even had given them extra business with 6-7 extra rooms reserved for my bball team when they had problems with their original hotel and then came to this hotel. All for a $30 fee when I left the hotel 35 minutes past check out time and they wouldn’t remove the fee. Watch out they will over charge for rooms and charge you every little charge they can and claim they can’t take them off later. Manager doesn’t even have the business sense to speak to customers and explain rationale instead has his poor employees do his dirty work for him.

The only downfall of this location while we visited was one elevator wasn’t working. It was a full hotel and had to wait for the elevator between guests and cleaning staff. The breakfast was a bit disappointing for Hampton Inn but the hotel was clean and we would stay again if in the area.
