Hello, Advertised check-in time was 3:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 2:30 PM and was told that my room would not be ready until 4:00 PM. I was on a tight schedule for a wedding and specifically relied on the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time when making this reservation. Because the room was not going to be available as represented, I had to go somewhere else to get ready for the wedding, then go straight to the wedding venue with no time to drive back to the hotel to check in. The front desk said they would call when the room was ready. They never did. The wedding lasted until after midnight. Ultimately we did not use the room at all. Staff offered zero help in alternatives. Management refused to refund our reservation. I understand that room cleanings may occasionally experience delays, but in this case the delayed availability prevented me from using the accommodation for the purpose for which I booked it. Terrible experience.

Room was clean, ac and fridge were a little noisy, good location, breakfast was good. Was a foul smell in the lobby one night that triggered my gag reflux reaction but hopefully that was an isolated incident. Second time staying there. Last time all was good.

The General Manager is a terrible person and has no customer service skills. Made me wait for an hour and half for my room, threatened to cancel my reservation, because she said I told her that waiting an hour and half for my room was unacceptable (I said no such thing, it was another customer who was also waiting made that statement). She made other threats, I have an open complaint with ING corporate, hopefully they know how to treat a customer.
