This is a great location, easy on off access to a main highway. Kids loved the pool and the small workout area. The breakfast they offer is wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable (temperature.) Thank you to the cleaning staff for refilling our towels! It was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Definitely not great food Options around. Rooms were ok - tub and shower were chipped and did not look clean. The one treadmill they have did not work so if you’re looking for a way to workout this was a bad option and you can’t really workout outside in This area.

The hotel was nice. The people were nice. The only problem wea the inside pool was to be heated but it was ice cold. When i talked to the front desk, she said that the pool was set at 72 degrees. Im sorry, but thats cold. We couldn't even use it.

Booked this location solely for the use of the pool. Drove over two hours and arrived later in the evening, checked in where the front desk told me what time the pool was open until. Got my young children ready and went back down to find the pool closed for reservations. Was not happy.

The employee was new so I think it was a legitimate mistake…he had 2 customers with same first name and so he transposed wrong information in the computer and put my credit card on the wrong room. Unfortunately I had reservations for a king bed and the room I got had 2 queens. As for as cleanliness …the rooms had been recently remodeled but bathtub was already full of mold in the caulking!!!

I would have given a 2 star review, but they are doing renovations so hopefully the property improves. The tub drained slowly leaving you in a flood of water while showering, housekeeping was subpar with dust and dirt around the perimeter of the room. Staff was friendly and food was typical continental breakfast. For the price I would have expected a more clean room and less construction debris.

Best part of the stay was the morning breakfast which was much better then most hotels. Housekeepers rarely show up but front desk staff get you anything you need.

Bed Was not comfortable at all. Not what we are used to with this hotel chain. Broken fixtures in the room. Mirror had a big chunk missing, wood above the window was pulled away and looked like it could fall at anytime, outlets under tv were pushed into the wall and the cover was just kinda set in front of it(it fell off), Broken floor tile. Very disappointing! And at over $200 a night I expected more from this hotel. We could have stayed at a hotel right by this one for less money but chose this because of past experience.

We stay at this hotel every year when we visit our family. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast buffet is generous. I would like to see more plant based food options. Like many businesses in Ohio, they are experiencing staff shortages for cleaning rooms but you can easily request fresh towels. We will continue to stay here.

The hotel is nice, the staff was friendly. Only problem we had was I ask about having the room cleaned when we left for the morning and were told as long as there wasn’t a sign on the door it would be done that day. Came back after a long day outside and the room had not been touched.

Nice hotel, very clean and recently updated. A problem in the kitchen caused the fire alarm to go off at 4:43 AM waking the entire hotel. We were not informed of the problem until we went downstair to ask. No one was evacuated. The safety protocol was nonexistent. The staff seemed unsure of how to work the kitchen or what to do next. We immediately left the hotel.

We checked in at midnight between our son's soccer games on a road trip. We had considered staying in Deleware but couldn't settle on a place. We drove the few miles out towards I 71. I wanted to be closer to Alum Creek state park which is nice place to spend a couple of hours if you have time The staff was friendly, the rooms were good.

It was close to the outlets. There were a few restaurants around and close to the town of Delaware. It smelled overly clean. Which wasn’t a bad thing. The blinds in our needed replaced but did their job. I would stay there again

Nice hotel, very clean and recently updated. A problem in the kitchen caused the fire alarm to go off at 4:43 AM waking the entire hotel. We were not informed of the problem until we went downstair to ask. No one was evacuated. The safety protocol was nonexistent. The staff seemed unsure of how to work the kitchen or what to do next. We immediately left the hotel.

When we checked in, staff forgot to tell us that as a member, breakfast would be discounted from 17.00 to 11.00 with a coupon but we were not told and didn't know to ask. The waiter was very kind and apologetic and applied the discount for us. The fresh fruit, yogurt and oatmeal were wonderful! Unfortunately eggs and sausage Luke warm at best. Bedding was super comfortable. Room was very clean and quiet! Will definetly stay again!

It was a girls shopping trip, which was very successful. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Had something for everyone. I definitely would stay there again.

Room was clean, ac and fridge were a little noisy, good location, breakfast was good. Was a foul smell in the lobby one night that triggered my gag reflux reaction but hopefully that was an isolated incident. Second time staying there. Last time all was good.

The General Manager is a terrible person and has no customer service skills. Made me wait for an hour and half for my room, threatened to cancel my reservation, because she said I told her that waiting an hour and half for my room was unacceptable (I said no such thing, it was another customer who was also waiting made that statement). She made other threats, I have an open complaint with ING corporate, hopefully they know how to treat a customer.

Rooms comfy some signs of using cheap materials. Overall fine and clean nice staff. Annoying corporate policies from what I gather. There is a work space in lobby that is not actually conducive to working because the lobby music is too loud and they “can’t” turn down. There is also only one elevator in the whole building. The day we checked out elevator inspector showed up early as I was trying to get a cart to load up our stuff and leave for an event my son couldn’t be late for. Thankfully the staff helped us get everything down the stairs since they couldn’t get us a check out later than noon (corp policy I’m guessing) we could have been back at 1pm. When going back up the stairs to double check we didn’t miss anything. The staff was trying to bring down one of their heavy cleaning carts because they could not use the only elevator. I actually helped them bring it down stairs. This hotel was designed for the bare minimum and it shows.
